I took my work shirts here to get cleaned and when I went to pick them up the girl at the counter told me my shirts were not done because they were left at the front counter for days. Mind you my pickup was on Thursday and this was Friday. I dropped them off on Monday. Then another incident when I had a zipper repair it was supposed to be done in a week. I went to pickup my item and was told it wasn't ready that they never even ordered the zipper yet and it would be another week. I asked for a refund took my items and never went back. I brought my dress here to get the straps altered. They only did one strap and found out when I put the dress on for my engagement photos. I brought the dress back and the lady laughed and asked if I wanted the other strap done. Umm... ?!!! Obviously what kind of question is that. I didn't pay $80 for one strap and hemming. Took several pants for alterations. When I returned for them they had not been done. I asked why they weren't ready and they couldn't give me an answer. I had to leave the pants there another week. While it took them 2 weeks to get my pants done I must say the work was done well. For alterations they do good work, but don't rely on the work getting done on time. read more

I enjoy taking my dry cleaning items in. From walking in throughout the whole visit everyone is so friendly and helpful, the facility is very clean and seems well organized. We have taken our jerseys and our nice table cloths. Everything always comes out so clean they look brand new every time we pick them up. Yes it is a little pricey, I must say it's well worth it. This place is good, but I had a bad experience. I dropped off two pairs of slacks to get drycleaned the monday before thanksgiving, and the process was quick and simple. I came back to pick up my pants and it was nicely cleaned and covered in the protective plastic. I only wear these slacks to work so it was about a week before I actually put them on; turns out one of my slacks has been damaged and I wasn't informed of it. It seems like for the most part this facility suffices as a dry cleaners, but it's clear that they don't care about what happens to your clothes and won't notify you if they damage it. read more

So me and my boyfriend were calling places and seeing which place was the cheapest and we both called this place and they gave us two different prices they told me they usually charge $13 to do it but they said $10 to steam table cloths and they told him they usually charge $15 but will charge him $13. Not only did this cleaner ruin the back of our curtains, the asian woman in charge blamed everyone and everything but herself and her business. The damage according to her was a result of the sun, the material, luck, the condition... shame on you! One curtain needed a spot treatment at most for a stain and it was returned to us with major peeling and yellow streaks on the back... If I could give a zero I would. Palace Dry Cleaners will never get my business again! In September 2024 I purchased a Rose-colored Chiffon Evening Dress to wear in a wedding back east. The wedding was to be in November and my dress needed to be shorten. I searched the internet for a dry cleaner that could do the work and that specialized in alterations. That is when I saw Palace Dry Cleaners. To make a long story short chiffon material require a very small hem. Which I did asked Ms. Nicole the owner of Palace Dry Cleaners. Her answer was no problem, so I left my brand-new dress in her care. That was my biggest mistake ever. When I arrived to pick up my dress I quickly looked it over after paying the bill. My dress was dirty with several stains all over it and the hem on the dress in some places were 2 - 3 inches thick. Which is not meant for a chiffon dress. Ms. Nicole was nowhere in sight. I complained to the clerk who told me they could fix it. I left my dress for the second time in their care. Big mistake! I returned a few days later, my dress was a horrible mess. The dirt stains were still visible to the eye and now with snags all over my dress. The hem was now a raw hem with gathers all over the hem, and the lining in some places are longer than the dress itself. My dress is now destroyed, and all Nicole could say is, "it looks fine to me." She refused to refund my money for my now destroyed dress and the bill that I paid for entrusting them in some sort of level of care and alterations with my dress. I will never use their service ever again. The worst of the worst. Ms. Nicole Kim, you destroyed a beautiful dress, and I want all my money back. read more

I took a bridesmaid dress for alterations and I tried on the dress when I dropped it off so The lady could see how much the dress needed to be hemmed. I also needed to have a zipper replaced as the original one was broken. The dress was a turquoise color and the new zipper installed was white. Grrrr. The dress length was still long when I picked it up but I didn't have time to get it altered a second time and I wasn't about to pay extra $ since I had already paid $50. Horrible Service and Damage Clothes My husband took my recently bought Black Guess Jogger Suit to get it cleaned after ONLY wearing it once. We picked it up the next day and When we got home after picking it up we held it up to the light and saw there were black stains all over the jacket and it had been torn from the shoulder area. I then immediately checked the jogger pants and it was the same, it had black stains all over in front and in the back. Needless to say my $110.00 suit which I bought less than a month ago and had only worn once had been ruined by this so called business. I am so outraged that they took no accountability for damaging my suit when my husband went back (4/20/21)to show them the damage they had done. The rude lady blamed the torn sweater on the manufacturer and did not bother to apologize and only said they would "try" washing it a few times to see if the stains would come off. No guarantee that the damage they did would be fixed. When my husband started asking questions the lady was very condescending and almost sounded offended that he was showing her what they had done (i was on the phone with him while he was talking to her) she even had the nerve to say she would charge $5.00 to sew the sweater. Unbelievable that they had ruined my suit staining it with large black spots all over and she still asked us for more money to fix what they had done. I am furious that they offered no apology nor explanation of what they had done to my suit. If you don't want to risk your clothes, take it elsewhere. I was recommended to this dry cleaner by a co worker. I was a bit on the defensive side, being burned by my old dry cleaners. I decided to give them a whirl. I took my work ties and my suit and was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness and friendly nature of the workers there! Not only did she make sure I was content leaving my clothes there but she asked questions and ultimately I received a discount for being referred over from someone else. When I came back to pick up my clothes she told me that she wanted to keep one of my ties a little longer to make sure all the stains were gone. I was deeply surprised, other cleaners would have just given it back to you and thats it. Needless to say, I have become a regular customer now and am willing to refer anyone and everyone! I can comfortable bring in all my high end designer outfits, furs, leathers and all my dolls and WHITE COLOR clothes. I have noticed a few slacks of work on my cloth here and there which is why I stop going for a while, but this last time is definitely the last one. I paid a good amount of money for my cloth to be clean and it turns out to be that the usual " some stains can't come off" but not just that, this time all my jeans smell like they have not be clean and some had the same stains that I was able take off myself later after.
