The lady at the counter was so nice. She even interacted with my child. She had my clothes done when I needed them, had them nicely cleaned & in great condition. The price was a bit cheaper than other places nearby, so I'm glad I got a good deal. I had her clean around 15 shirts, which all of them were done well. The lady was very nice. I came here to have my dress altered for prom. I was scared of seeing the stitching after the dress was altered. Luckily, she was able to hide the stitching and alter it perfectly. My dress took a little over a week to get finished because of the style of the dress. Wow what a diamond in the rough! I never would have known this place existed if I hadn't stumbled across it on yelp. I was specifically looking for a place to do some alterations on a suit that was too big for me. Luckily, I came across Crystal Cleaners, which is less than 2 miles from where I live. It was in a small crowded lot all the way in the back corner, but well worth it. At first, the woman working didn't know if she could do the alterations for me, but I assured her I was in no rush and she could take her time. It took a couple of weeks, but I was so happy when I tried on the suit jacket and it looked really good and fitted. I then tried on the pants, which also felt perfect! She gave me a very fair price to pretty much hand me a new suit and I will definitely give her my future business for alterations as well as any dry cleaning needs. read more

got a cigarette burn on my polyester pants and a ticket to the cleaner to get it fixed. It was a terrible job and and and she left little pieces of melted fabric which turn shiny when it's melted. The patch and the sewing job she did is extremely noticeable . I could have done a better job by watching YouTube videos. I also asked her if they could take the lint off the pants and she said there is no way to take the lint off she she said it is impossible there is no way. I mean really? there is no way to take lint off of clothes? I went to the 99 cent store and got an lint brush and took the lint off my pants by myself. I came here because of the good reviews. Maybe the alteration service is good but dry cleaning sucks. She didn't get any stains out on my jacket and when I asked about lint and feathers stuck all over my sweater, she said this is a dry cleaning service, not lint removing service. Basically, my sweater nor the jacket came out looking like they have been dry cleaned, just packaged. Also, very bad attitude. Too bad, it shares the same name as me. read more

Been coming here for years ever since Continental Cleaners in Cerritos changed owners when Shelly sold the biz. When Shelly owned it, she worked the biz so everything was under her watch. . All of a sudden, under new owners, 2 of my husband's commemorative Dodger shirts were "lost". Coincidence? I think not! (Owner is not there most of the time.) The workers had inserted someone else's shirts in its place hoping I wouldn't notice! When I returned the shirts that belonged to someone else, they pretended not to understand, couldn't speak English. I told the cashier, your workers stole my shirts. I asked for the owner, she would not let me talk to him. Never resolved it and I'm completely disgusted with them. They have the $1.50/item coupon but be warned, you'll lose your clothes especially your cool shirts. Crystal Cleaners haven't yet "lost" or stolen my clothes. Plus the Owner Choi is so nice. For those who gave them 1 star review, not all stains can come out. If you can't get them out, what makes you think they can work miracles? Pen marks, wine stains...probably not coming out , just get rid of the item. And Choi does great alteration work, to boot. read more
