That loyalty clearly meant nothing. Recently, I had an item done (not naming what it was), and they did it wrong. When I went back to have their mistake fixed, instead of owning it, I was met with attitude like it was somehow my fault or like I should've just taken the loss. After nearly two decades of giving them my business, that's the treatment I got. On top of that, their prices have gone up significantly. I understand everything costs more nowadays, but when other cleaners in Downey are offering better service and better prices, there's no excuse. That interaction was the last straw. After years of loyalty, this place made it very easy to take my money elsewhere. I've already found a new cleaners in Downey that values customers and gets the job done right. No hard feelings.

After driving home, I decided I wanted to pick up my tux a few days earlier, so I called Ara and asked. He was super accommodating and moved my pickup up a few days, free of charge. My alterations included taking in the jacket, shortening the sleeves, and hemming/tapering the pants. Everything was done cleanly, professionally, for a fair price, and with friendly service!
