I intentionally didn't point it out because I wanted to see if they thoroughly inspected and cleaned garments. When I picked it up, the stain was still there. I decided to give them another chance. Last week, I took in a dress I wore to a wedding. It wasn't visibly dirty, but I had been dancing all night, so it definitely needed to be properly cleaned. When my husband brought it home, it still smelled like my perfume and sweat, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. On top of that, I recently caught a major overcharge on my receipt that I had to bring to their attention myself to get fixed. Also, I was disappointed that they did not apologize for the mistake.
