WARNING: This place does not dispense hot water on a regular basis. Came in to wash clothes today since I needed to use a commercial washer and I put my money in and for 5 minutes the washer didn't dispense any water. It was just cycling with no water. The attendant told me that the hot water here sometimes doesn't work. I just have to catch it at a time when it happens to be working. Are you serious? She told me to just switch it to warm real quick and it will wash or she can stop it and we can "request" for a refund. And do another washer. Really? Like I'm going to go out of my way for a $2.75 refund and take another chance of no water coming out. I told her they should put signs stating that the hot water possible may not come out. She said the owner said no and doesn't want that. Seems like he doesn't care about the customers knowing. What a douche bag. So I lost half my wash having to wash my whites in warm water. Like standing in front of machines with the carts so you cant get past even when you say excuse me. Hella machines were broken and its not that clean. Hours displayed are confusing it said 24 hours service and the at the door opens at 6:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (midnight). Was not happy with a cleaning clerk, around 60/70 years old. He was on the phone while pacing back and forth to parking lot. I stopped to asked about washer machine and he snapped at me. He was sweaty and had some white powder in one of his nose nostrils. On top of that, I forgot 25cents in the chance machine, and the attendant was honest enough to bring it to me. Good karma here. This is over due. I meant to leave this review months ago when I used this facility for the first time. I give this place a 5 star rating. Here's why: It's 24 hours. It's safe. There's attendants that work there 24/7. One attendant came out to greet me while I was unloading my car and she offered to help me get my laundry inside. Since it was around 2 AM and I was alone, having this employee on duty made me feel very safe. The owner (Keith I believe his name was) was there and very interactive with customers. And when my cell phone died, the owner was so nice and let me make a call on his cell phone. It was CLEAN inside and out. This accounts for 3 of the stars in itself. Place had great variety of washers from single load all the way up to washers that could wash 6 loads of laundry. Detergent is priced like all other laundry mats I've previously been to: $1 each. this really is 24 hours! Easy to find location, well lit parking lot, and fairly decent sized laundromat. I love that I have a place to go to do laundry at odd hours of the night in the event that I realize that I have no clean clothes for the next day. That being said, like most 24 hour places, expect the unexpected. Like a 24 hour Walmart, you'll have weird people at weird hours.. floors need to be kept up and some machines need some TLC, but not too bad otherwise. Needs more seating though.. read more

I just saw that someone - I'm assuming the owner said he sent me a private message. I'm not on yelp much but I didn't receive anything that I can see. So if he did I'll just respond here saying that the laundromat was gross, dirty, the carts are falling apart and held up by tape. There isn't soap to wash your hands or clean the counters. I wonder if the water was clean inside the machines. It's super sketchy with creepy people hanging out. It's been a little more than 2 years that I've been there and it is still a cautionary tale I tell others. Look owner person, put some money into your business to make it better or close it. We shouldn't feel like we aren't safe and we def shouldn't feel like our clothes is dirtier when we leave. read more

It's awesome finding a 24 hour place. It seems reasonably clean. Some counter space, but not a lot. I can see it getting cramped if it's really busy, but late at night, we had no trouble. I didn't mind paying a quarter for the bathroom, it's pretty clean. There's a liquor store next door, but they close at 10pm. I'm just happy finding a late night place that isn't trashy or scary. read more

Okay, I agree with last person. Not a place to go alone at night. I use this facility for that middle of the night load when I was to lazy to go out during the day. However, the facility seriously needs a make over. Towels on the floor to prevent the water from flooding the floors from under machines. Floor is FILTHY! Don't drop your clean clothes on it cause you will HAVE to wash them again. Upside is there is ALWAYS an attendant on staff. Very friendly women at night. I like the fact that this place is operational 24hrs a day. I work graveyard so I'm usually up at night anyways or need to do things very early in the morning when most places are closed. The location was pretty clean and the machines looked pretty new (and clean). Their prices weren't too bad; $1.25 for regular wash, $2.75 for triple load, and $0.25 for the dryer. I come here every week from Anaheim. The attendant is always available, very friendly so is the owner. Very safe place to come (coming from a female who does late night laundry). Washing machines work well, never have a problem with them. No crack heads around, I don't know what these other people are talking about. Definitely come here if you need a place to wash. read more

Have been coming to this place for as long as I can remember never had a problem until a few days ago with a new employee. I went to wash my hands and to dry them I got my soap and some water drops landed on the floor. The lady came up to me and she was very rude practically yelling at me that why did I spill water on the floor and told me that she had just mopped that we (customers) should be cleaner... she then went and got paper towels and put them there for me. I wasn't the only one she did this too but I also overheard her telling another customer the same thing. I would've been ok if she said it nicely, but like I said she was really rude about it. I have never had a problem with the other employees they have been super nice when I'm there. They help me carry my laundry when I take my kiddos with me. And they always ask about my kids when I go alone.. they are super sweet and helpful. I think the only problem I have had is with that new employee.. read more

The machines are well kept and it is fairly clean inside. If you go after midnight on the weekends, there are usually some sketchy people loitering. Some come in to just play the coin gamble game. Last night was the last time I go there. Two people kept coming in and out, walking up and down the street and looking through the window.
