Everything felt really efficient and modern. When I picked up my laundry, everything was neatly folded and packed with care, and smelled so fresh. You can really tell they pay attention to the little details. The laundromat itself was also spotless, and the representative who helped me was very kind (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name!) As a young Black man, it is deeply uncomfortable to feel watched and followed as if I don't belong. Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.

Changed the programming on the dryers from 10 to 9 to 8 minutes for $0.25.....well, ok. But today, dryers changed to only 6 minutes of drying for $0.25. Seriously?!?!??! As much as we like to support local businesses, it it is time to look for an alternative to this location. Very disappointed.

On my most recent visit, they locked the doors around 8:40 PM even though the business hours state they are open until 10:00 PM. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
