Have you ever had the experience of anticipating to park in a handicap space only to find a car with no handicap placard parked in the handicap spot? A yellow corvette with no handicap placard was parked in the one handicap parking space right in front of a laundromat. It was New Year's Eve day, around 2:40PM, and I went to the Laundry Club to wash about 8 loads of clothes. I am 62 years old. I have a handicap placard. I have painful sciatica. Gout. It was a rainy day. With my hazard lights on, I parked behind the yellow corvette and went into FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop, announcing "There is a yellow corvette parked in the handicap space with no handicap placard. Does this car belong to anyone here?" There was no answer. I started to take pictures and called the Orange Police on its non-emergency line. During this time, a barber from FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop, came out to admit that the yellow corvette was his. He acknowledged that he didn't have a handicap placard, but he wasn't going to move his car. He stated that he was already parked and that I should find another parking space, that I should not make a big deal about it. He even said that he had $250 in his pocket, while taking cash out of his front pocket, and so it didn't matter if he got a ticket. He wasn't going to move his car. A man walking by came to his rescue, gaslighting me for parking in front of the yellow corvette. Now there were two younger men who tagged-teamed against me. I couldn't believe I was even arguing about being able to park in a handicap space when it was clear that the yellow corvette should not have taken the parking space in the first place. After a long hold--due to more important calls--I spoke to the police, providing context and a license plate number. I was told that dispatch was going to send a police car over. I feared for my safety, so I decided to leave, to go to another laundromat. I told the police that I was also afraid that my card might be keyed out of revenge for calling the police. I hope the police issued a citation with the $250 fine to the yellow corvette owner. I don't know. I didn't stay to make sure. Perhaps the two men gaslighted me to the police and were not issued a ticket. That would have been disappointing. Have other senior citizens or persons with disability ever experienced seeing a handicap space only to find a vehicle with no handicap placard was parked there? What did they do? And what should a senior citizen with a disability do in cases like this? Did I do the right thing? Should I just have shied away? Was calling the police the right thing to do? And did this offender actually get a $250 ticket from the police or did they all just laugh it off? Interestingly enough I had been a regular customer (not only at the laundromat) at FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop for years. My regular barber Sal and another barber Andrew are great guys, and I have been happy with their service. But as of 2026, I will no longer be a customer at that barber shop because of the owner of the yellow corvette, another barber there. I also won't return to the Laundry Club, next door to that barbershop because I am cautious about my safety and that of my car. What sense of entitlement. What arrogance. I used 3 of their washing machines to wash 3 quilts. I put one queen sized quilt in a machine that said it's for 6 loads. I put 2 twin quilts in two machines for '4 loads' each. I saw lots of blue fabric gooey softener all over the outside of the dispensers. I made a huge mistake by not realizing that the INSIDE of the dispensers were full of that mess. After washing and drying them, they smelled horrible, like an overpowering concentrated nasty smelling chemical. I brought them home and tried to air them out for two days. They just made the entire room smell really bad. My eyes were burning and my throat hurt from the chemical smell. I then washed them in my washer, with an extra rinse cycle, and even that didn't get the smell out. I just want to warn people not to go to this laundromat because the washers are obviously not cleaned, leading to overwhelming residue which will negatively affect your own laundry. read more

This was during a rainy week when my dryer stopped working, and I had loads of laundry I needed to dry. I remembered someone once told me that this place was new and clean, so I went out of my way to come here. I came at around 7pm, and the place was very dirty and small. Trash was littered everywhere on the floor, and the change machine was out of service. I did not have any quarters on me, but luckily I was able to scan the QR codes and pay online. I had forgotten to bring dryer sheets with me from home so I tried to use the detergent and dryer sheets kiosk, but it didn't work as it kept spitting the money back out. read more

Downloaded the app which requires a minimum of a $10 credit added to the account. Tried using the app to pay for a load (which at $4.75 is insane). Got an estimated timer so left to run another errand. Came back 20 minutes later and the machine hadn't even started. Had to go through the app again to start it, which took another $4.75 out of the account. So it took $9.50 to do one load of laundry an an hour of wasted time. read more

Laundry mat so yes rude people who cannot seem to find trash cans. Dryer sheets all over the floor and the small trash can inside door was full. There are a couple outside that could be used. Cheaper washers are in the back the 2 load ones $3.25. Ones in front when you walk in are 4 load ones and $5. Dryer is $.25 for 8min so 24 min was $.75. Not bad but hey it's close read more

Haven't been to a laundry mat in YEARS, but had some large loads that my home washing would have to work extra hard to complete. First, this location is fairly clean. No laundry mat is pristine, but this place is close enough. Parking is plentiful. Cost is average, but the machines did a good job. Only challenge is the change machine is VERY picky on accepting bills. I ended up going to BevMo to exchange my $20 to $5's, and that worked. Next time, I'll bring a roll of quarters. Best part about this location is the things to do nearby if you trust leaving your laundry while it's being washed. Paris Bakery! YUM! Zito's Piza YUM! Staples - if you're an office geek. BevMo! A Sushi place. A place to get pool supplies! (Ok - maybe not the best, but you can go shopping and at least 'pretend' you have a pool). I heard someone say the new owner was putting in, or has installed, free wifi. I didn't use it, but that's cool if it does. read more

Place is convenient to where I live. Machines are easy to use whether using the app or coin. If it were that easy I'd give it 5 stars, but place is all over the place. The place is always dirty, machines are always broken and never fixed, and people are dirty washing their dogs in the sink. Normally I'm used to someone working and keeping an eye on stuff but no one is ever there. Overall most machines work and that's what matters but place needs a touch up. read more

First time was today 3/4/18 came around 9:30pm, there was nobody there, except a girl sleeping in the back next to the 1990's vending machine and the 1980's TV. So first off the 12lbs washing machine was $1.75 and the dryer was $.25 for 6 minutes! I thought this pricing was a rip off. After loading our machines we thought we would get something for the vending machine. Rice crispy treat was $.75 and got stuck. After shaking it like a Polaroid picture it finally let it go. It was nice to have the place to ourselves but just had some ire feel to the place. This place really needs some TLC and needs to be updated for sure. read more

Omg! I used to come here and do my laundry and I thought they were the best laundry place. Now I come here and most of the machines are not working and they have no soap in the soap dispenser. They have no rolling baskets like normal laundry places do. I will not come back here and I had been coming here on and off for years. I wouldn't refer it to anyone either. read more

First laundry mat experience. My washer broke this morning and I have four kiddos ... So I didn't have much of a choice. I yelped the closest one to Anaheim hills. I was slow at learning the ropes and thanks to a few of the regulars - I found my way around. I read the past reviews - and most were written long ago. Flowers ? Not so much. I didn't see anyone working there the entire 3 hours i was there. Only one of the three change machines was working - so come prepared with plenty of quarters. The dryers are great - 25cents for 8 minutes and I didn't realize until i was leaving - you can just more quarters in - at the beginning so you don't have to keep going back (because 8 minutes doesn't dry anything ). A few machines out of order .. But for a first timer - not a bad deal. read more

4 Stars: This isn't your average smelly, sticky laundromat with homeless people napping in the chairs.No way! This place is, by far, the nicest laundry facility I have ever been in. As you may have already guessed, I am usually grossed out by the filth in laundromats, but I didn't want to spend an entire day washing a mountain of towels and linens from a vacation home, so I loaded up the car and headed out to find a place nearby. I had no idea a laundromat would be so hard to find around Anaheim Hills, but I spotted Laundry Club on Tustin and went inside to have a look around. The owner is on site and she is very pleasant and happy to answer questions. There are even live flowers on the islands between the washers. After seeing that Laundry Club is very clean and well maintained, I unloaded my car and got to work. They have gigantic washers that can handle up to 50 lbs. so I was able to wash, dry and fold five humongous loads in just under two hours. Woo hoo! That was $15 well spent! They offer same day fluff and fold service, which is hard to find these days. I might just have to give that a try the next time even though it would cost about $10 more. (That's how much I hate folding fitted sheets.) The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there weren't enough places to sit and wait. read more

I love this laundromat! It's one of the things I miss about living in Orange. It's by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been in. But the thing that really sells this place is Carmen. She is the sweet, sweet, sweet lady who works there every day. And I mean EVERY DAY! I don't think I've ever been there when she hasn't. This includes holidays. She loves to chat and is just so nice. Sure she may be a little weary at first, but when she gets to know you, it will be worth it. She even used to bring me treats sometimes. As far as the location goes, it's perfect. There's so much around. The mexican food place next door has really good (see; greasy, tasty goodness) food. There's also a bank, BevMo, Target and Trader Joe's all within walking distance, so you have something to do while you wait. So if you live in Orange and are looking for a good place for laundry, it is a must. And be sure to tell her I sent you! read more

If I could give a zero I would, these new owners do not care about this place. They ruined my clothes because a dryer is off balance and it was pulling the clothes onto the gasket by the door, all smuged with black stuff. You can tell the new owners are running this place into the ground they take all the money and never clean it or take care of the machines. Never money in the machines, today is Monday wth, something is always broken, lots of homeless people hanging out. The washers are durty, the carts don't roll because of the hair and threads caught in the wheels. Water leaking from the ceiling, walls, damged from machines flooding. You call them they never reply. The better business Bureau should come and investigate, make the owners fix it or get ride of it. read more

Most people go to the laundromat to wash dirty clothes, bed sheets, pillows, etc.. but I go to the laundromat to wash my dog's blankets, bed and bandanas... yes, he is that spoiled. =/ my mom wont let us wash his stuff at home since he sheds like crazy so we decided to take his stuff here and wash it! so it was my first laundromat i've ever been to and glad to say that it was a pleasant experience. the place was clean, NO bums loitering, and the owner was on site to answer my n00b questions (i thought the dryers on the wall were the washers; the owner was probably mentally shaking her head at me lol) so washers cost $1.50 (washes for about 30 mins) and the dryer is 25cents for 8 mins. not bad at all! i was able to wash and dry my dog's stuff for only $1.75. plus, you can fit a pretty big load in the washers. 4 stars for cleanliness, cheapness and cool name. Never opens on time. It's always late, sometimes up to two hours late and still no one would show up to open ... (the incompetence with those who run this joint is immense) Calling them to the number they provide it's pointless. Lost fate on this laundry and will NEVER go back again (suck on those $80.00+ a month of loss profit, you assholes). What a flawless experience! Since our dryer is having technicial difficulties we realize we need to get these clothes dry! So mom goes "go look for a decent Laundromat on yelp" and BAM! Laundry Club is the first on the list! I thought I knew my way around Orange pretty well but apparently not because somehow I've passed this place over & over! Its right by the Staples all the way in the back! They've got washers & dryers for small & big loads! We were out of our element at first since we forgot our detergent ! But they make everything easy! As long as you have change you can do it all! Wash, dry and buy detergent! LC is very clean and the machines work good and don't smell! I wish there was more seating but overall its a one stop shop! Now I have my go to laundry spot! You can wash for 3.75 {the bigger machine} and dry in 25 cent increments! ^_^ read more
