2022.04.16 Looks like most of the reviews refer to previous ownership before remodel. Current laundry is called LaunDream. Machine at home broke so came to this establishment despite the ratings. Much cleaner than expected, some machines needing maintenance but labelled. Another customer commented that Free WiFi is posted but no password provided. Additional parking and entrance in the back as front parking is a shared lot and little tight if you have lots to carry. 2 Magnum load 8x capacity $8 2 Mega load 5x capacity $7 2 Mega load 6x capacity $7 4 Maxi load (unknown) $5 9 Triple load $3.75 10 top load regular washers $2.50 (will break if overloaded) 36 front load large capacity dryers 25 cents for 7 min Not sure what famous actor couldn't get their clothes to come clean but all of our loads were fine. We spent about $1.50 for 42 minutes of dryer time on machine 54. Everything dried kinda patchy some dry and random items wet except one towel that stayed really wet. Brought our double sleeping bag here since our washer at home is not large enough to wash it. $6.50 for the Mega Load front loading washing machine. $0.25 per 7 minutes for the Stack front loading Dryer. Coin changer accepts $1, $5, $10, and now $20 bills and exchanges them for quarters for the coin op laundry machines. Wall paper is peeling, water stains on the ceiling tiles, poorly ventilated and smells strongly of cleansers but thankfully the doors can be propped open for some fresh air. There's ample parking in front by the grocery store and also more parking out back. When we arrived early (they open at 6 am) there was no line which was nice. Overall the building needs some repairs but the machines are in good working order (except for the ones marked otherwise) so we would return to wash our sleeping bag again. Open until 10 pm so the sign says last wash allowed to start at 9 pm. read more

First time in a laundromat in years. It was time to wash all of our bulky bedding. The place was brightly lit and the machines were all working. Lotsa others were here and everyone was friendly. The only issue might have been that the vending was almost empty for detergent and such. We brought our own so it was no issue. We were in at the end of the day so that may be why. read more

Depressing place. Today after putting money in dryer and turning it on it started tumbling the clothes so I went to wait in my car. I returned 20 minutes later, still spinning and inside the dryer it was ice cold. No heat even though high heat temp was selected. No way to contact them, no way to put a sign saying out of order so it will happen to another person. It says free wifi and there is no free wifi. No password and no network pops up. Poorly run and maintained. Expensive. $9.00 to wash 2 blankets in one of the 2 machines that blocks the entrance. Most of the machines do not have the trays to load soap, bleach and softener so you have to put it directly in the tub and on the clothes. Machines are really hard on clothes. read more

Worst place to ever conduct business, I am a superstar ACTOR and musician who is known around the globe. I've went to the golden globes & Grammys though I may not have won. I came to this establishment while visiting the area and believe me it was the worst decision I've made since I've been in So.Cal I am completely mortified with the customer service and results at which I received from using their service. Not only did NOTHING I put in the washer machine get clean. But it was in the VERY SAME CONDITION as when I took them off my body. I attempted to call the number. No answer, so I texted them. They received the messages for it clearly showed on my end it was read and received. I attempted to try again. The first time doing so it went to voice mail after 5 rings, the NEXT time it went straight to voicemail ; it did so every time after that indicating I was now blocked via telephone number. I could tell they must have thought I was another black guy NOBODY CARED ABOUT; for I'm standing in front of the cameras, though the LV hat & Burberry shades I have covering my face should have gave them a clue of my status. However my scrubs like sweats must have gave them another idea especially because I wore my sons Tesla sweater he gave me when he stopped working to open up his own company. This place is also riddled with homeless men who come in smelling like sewerage, while using the Wi-Fi smelling up the place. Trust me never come to this establishment even if your life depended on it. It's the worst place to ever conduct business. Below should be 6 pictures total though oddly only one is showing. The homeless men also follow you around when you attempt to get away from their stench. It's obvious they are attempting to van the smell around. Once again NEVER COME HERE save your money . You'd do better washing them by hand in a sink somewhere.. In addition to my initial review. I returned the day before bc my clothes didn't fully dry. The owner was here emptying the machines. Once I explained to him what happened he gave me a refund. Double what I paid. I used machine 29 & 6. So if you avoid those you should be good. read more

I came to wash some towels in a large machine. The price for the machine was $3.50, i put in quarters not really paying attention until I had put over $4 worth inside. The coins did not register and I lost my money. I called the management but they said they would reply by text. Have not heard from them since. Poor customer service, will not return. read more

I am only leaving 1 star because you have to. I had 4 loads of laundry all stolen from this facility. They took all my underwear, all my kids clothes, my clothes my towels and blankets. Who does that!?!? Then to make it worse I called the emergency line everyday multiple times and left voicemails and nobody answers or will return my calls. This laundromat has been for years. Great location and from our experiences always has machines available. We use the bigger machines for dog bedding and drop clothes. Speaking of the machines, they are good working order and do the job every time. They have all different size machines with prices for the washing machine $2-6.50 a load. The dryer is $.25 for 7 minutes. read more

Been here a few times now, it's small and some machines are not always fixed from the last time I came. The dryers do not dry my laundry very well no matter how many times I put in quarters.
