I expect my dry cleaning to come back clean and looking as fresh as possible and if a stain is permanent, I expect to be informed rather than to find out the hard way the next time I want to wear something that's been laundered. They explained the difficulty of the task but I wish they shared the price ahead of time and I would have provided another option for the alteration. My favorite place for dry cleaning and pressing. The owners are nice, the girl who works there is SUPER nice. I remember going in there when she was pregnant and then after she had her baby. She was always smiling and making conversation with me. It's only a few dollars to dry clean each of my dress shirts. Perfectly pressed every time. They chipped one of my buttons once, but that's bound to happen through the machines. The location is so convenient, too! It's right next to the laundromat where I used to do my laundry before our townhouse got a wash and dryer. I would drop off the clothes that needed dry cleaning, then go next door to do the rest of my laundry. After I stuff my clothes in the washer, I head over to the Target across the parking lot to buy some essentials or to just look around. They always treat me great here. Next day service. They don't do Saturday service, though, they'll take your clothes and all that good stuff. Their dog makes me laugh. I don't know why. Great place for suits and shirts. The gentleman even offered to fix the zipper on my suite bag at no extra charge. Very nice people work here. 1 star off for not lint-rolling. My black suits come back with lots of fuzzy lint stuck on them and my blue suit had a some chemical residue. Nothing too major. read more

Very pricy. I brought in two dresses, a dress shirt and pants, and a coat. Dresses still had stains on the bottom of both dresses. Dress shirt came back with an added oil stain on it. Dress pants was not starched as requested, and had animal fur all over it. Coat was the only thing that turned out okay. It's located a 30 second drive away from my place so it's extremely convenient. The people are suuuuper nice and always get my clothes back to me in a day or two when I say that I need something back ASAP. I've dropped off countless numbers of dresses, blouses, jackets, and various other expensive articles of clothing and I've never found a single thing wrong with them when I get em back. They're extremely reliable and do a fairly good job of altering my jeans as well. read more

To get it clean at alberts, when I took it out from the plastic to wear it, the vynil advertising had been burned off., I took it back and the Asian lady who works their Claimed that it was already like that.. :( read more
