She doesn't speak any English and is always incredibly rude to me. One night, I had to confront her when she refused to let me start a load at 10:35 p.m. I get that the last wash is at 10:30 because of the drying time, but I only needed to wash since my dryer at home was fine. Even after someone translated my request, she still wouldn't budge. The translator was clearly uncomfortable with her attitude and even apologized to me on her behalf. I was so irritated--I would have been done by 11, a full hour before closing. I'll never give this place my business again, and I'm tempted to call ICE on her.

They also had coin machines and a vending machine for supplies that were helpful, and tons of places to sit, even some kids books and magazines to read. The only issue was that one of the machines got jammed when I tried to add my coins and I ended up losing around $5 when I couldn't get them unjammed and had to give up and switch to a different washer. I'd also already put my soap in so I had to buy more soap.

Consider being here for maybe 1hr-2hrs depending on your laundry. Provided: laundry cards, laundry baskets (to assist you in transferring loads), dryer sheets, restrooms. Please note, you need to use your laundry card for the restroom so you are technically paying to use their facilities. Our laundry came out fresh and clean, no wrinkles! I definitely recommend stopping by next door (7 eleven) for any laundry stuff you may have forgotten to bring for doing laundry. Also it's a convenient place to grab a snack and wait for your laundry to be done!

The owner is very nice and clearly takes pride in keeping both the inside and outside clean. There are always plenty of carts available, which makes things easier when it's busy. The only downside is that sometimes transients come in to use the restroom and may ask customers for money. It can be a little uncomfortable, but honestly that's not on the owner he can only control so much, especially when he's not there. Overall, it's a solid neighborhood laundromat and I'd definitely recommend it.

They have regular side loading machines and top loaders. Lots of dryers that don't get very warm even on the highest setting. You will feed the dryer quarters for a while. The washer did fine. I had a machine that stopped accepting my quarters when I was half way through feeding the required amount to start a load. I had about $1.50 to go and it was jammed. I saw the sign stating the money would be refunded if there was a problem so I moved to a machine to get started. Moved all my clothes out, started a wash on a working machine and went to the service door to fill out a refund form. Just then a lady folding clothes said what's the problem. I said the machine wasn't accepting more money to start the wash, so I need a refund for the money I inserted. She rolled her eyes and asked which machine. I walked her over and she began banging on the machine, tired to put quarters in herself. It didn't work for her either. The she pulls out something like a nail file out of her pocket and begins to insert it in and out of the coin slot. After a while it took the quarter. She looks at me and say see it's not broken. I said yeah well I don't have your little file tool and you saw it did not accept your quarters either until you wiggled your file in there. I didn't want to break your machine. Customers are only supposed to insert coins not bang and jam objects in the slot to get it to work. She continues to walk away saying it's not broken. Well I told her I have no more washing to do so I need the money back since it wasn't working properly. She refused. I pointed at HER SIGN and she said it's not broken and to find a customer who needs a wash and have THE OTHER CUSTOMER GIVE ME THE REFUND DIFFERENCE. Like what the actual heck. Terrible service. Unprofessional and did not honor her own policy. Then asks me to negotiate a refund with another customer. Wow. Stay away. Plenty of other places to do business with.
