The owner was super sweet and friendly! She did exactly what I asked and even gave me her thought process on some other things I was curious about to edit my dress a bit. She was open to trying it but wanted to make sure the dress was fixed first before adding on anything else. It was done in less than a week! After it was fixed we both ended up agreeing that I didn't even need that second revision that I was originally curious about. She didn't try to push it onto me or nothing but seemed super happy to see me try on my dress. Super sweet owner and will be coming back with more clothes in need of changes haha read more

Cleaners are everywhere and many of them have a certain level of professionalism that helps drive their business. BN Cleaners lacks the basics especially with pricing. I contacted this business through an email message and was appalled by the response from the business. I guess the business owner feels that the surrounding population will tolerate her lack of professional character and pay the high price for their work. The picture I posted highlights the lack of courtesy to a potential customer. If you need your cleaning done please avoid this business and I guarantee there will be better service from a dry cleaner that is a little further from this location. read more

I have been coming here for several years now, to get various pieces of clothing dry cleaned or altered. The owner is always super nice and the work has turned out great each time. I feel bad sometimes when I get work done at the last minute, but she always accommodates me as long as she is not too busy. I would use her services more often if I didn't work from home and wore business clothing more often, but whenever I have a need, I come to BN Cleaners. read more

Look no further for a tailor/dry cleaning spot! Ganja is 5 stars if not more for her professionalism, compassion, kindness and affordable prices. I love that when you walk in she's got worship songs playing in the background. I brought my dress from Anthropologie that hasn't been cleaned in years. There was sweat stains on them and she miraculously made them disappear. It just took a few days so I loved how quick she was as well. Thank you so much Ganja for your hard work. You've made me a dry cleaning convert from the spot I went to in Laguna hills. This is it for us!! Looking forward to coming back. read more

The absolute best dry cleaner in town. Ganja is a wonderful human & runs her business impeccably. She recently went above and beyond for my husband and his dry cleaning needs amidst a personal tragedy in her life. We are so grateful for her professionalism and will continue to be customers for as long as Ganja is in business! read more

Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is in regards to alterations, not dry cleaning. She ruined my satin bridesmaid dress by staining it with oils (from greasy hands or something fell on it). I should have walked out during my consult since she kept talking about how she's able to charge whatever she wants because her clients have a lot of money and they don't care about pricing... She barely hemmed my dress and wanted $100 cash. When I picked it up, I showed her the grease stains and she LAUGHED and said that it must have been there since I ordered it online. But she knew that wasn't true and kept saying "that's not my problem" and laughing while I was visibly upset since that was a made to order dress and I didn't have time to come up with another solution. Absolutely horrible experience. What an insensitive soul. read more

Quick and great job on my pants! I needed them hemmed a couple inches and she made them fit perfect

I'm blown away by the incompetence of this place. I went to have my jeans hemmed and my jacket dry cleaned. I didn't want to bring in anything major without trying something basic first. The jeans were not properly hemmed as she didn't cut the correct length but instead folded it over. I brought this up to her but she said it was correct since it was slightly long. I knew it looked wrong. I checked my other 20 or so pairs of jeans that have been professionally hemmed but none of them look like this. She kept mentioning "original hem" to charge me more but still screwed it up. And my jacket WAS NOT DRY CLEANED. It smelled terrible like it was sprayed by some cleaning aerosol spray. It smells like the same foul chemical odor going around the business. The whole thing cost $53 and everything was screwed up. I literally went directly to a different tailor/ dry cleaner who said they could fix it but it may be too short. I am only thankful I didn't bring in an expensive suit for alteration. Next level incompetence read more

Good value and the owner is very sweet. She has done fast turnaround repairs for me and it turned out great.

Alterations are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. I was the MOH in a wedding earlier this year, with no other bridesmaids. I felt like I had to do my best to find the best person for alterations as I wanted my dress to fit and look as perfect as possible. I was not not disappointed at all! I received several compliments on the dress, BN definitely helped to make adjustments/alteration in all the right places. I am a lifelong customer! It's great to know if you find an item that you really like but know it needs a little altering you can buy it and BN cleaners will perfect it - trust me! read more

Timely return of item. Excellent work done, I thought the cost was very reasonable, more than reasonable, inexpensive.

I came to get my dress altered but she helped me realize I didn't actually need it. Very helpful and very kind will definetly return if i ever need help again read more

THE WOMAN THAT WORKS HERE IS BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL i called to ask a few questions about a wedding dress cleaning and she repeatedly cut me off and refused to give me a rough estimate on pricing read more

One of the cushions on my couch had started to come apart at the seam, so I brought it to BN Cleaners. The owner did a fabulous job with the repair! Even though she initially told me it would take a week due to a busy schedule with wedding dress tailoring, she finished it in just a couple of days because she didn't want me to be without a cushion. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out. Highly recommend read more

BN Cleaners opened in my neighborhood just before the pandemic and we had always walked by but never needed anything cleaned until recently. I reached out to Ganga about alterations for a floor-length dress and she asked me to stop by to let her see the dress in order to better give me an estimate for her work. My fiancé actually needed his blazer cleaned so he brought it in as well. She quoted him a fair price and return time for pick up. He was really pleased with the blazer as the previous stains were lifted and it was nicely pressed. I brought the dress by on a separate occasion and she pinned it to the correct length. She gave me a fair estimate for the job and let me know when it would be finished. She did a great job on it. The dress is the right length and I'm really happy with it. She prefers cash but also takes Apple Pay but not AMEX. Parking is available in front of her shop. We were happy to give her the business as it's a local female owned business. Welcome to the neighborhood BN Cleaners! read more

I recently had ordered a last minute wedding dress due to a change of heart. My new dress arrived 3 weeks before my wedding and unfortunately did not zip up all the way. I had called around many places and none could help me with doing alterations until i called BN cleaners. I was told The alterations could be done so I drove up immediately. Needless to say my panic subsided and Ganja the owner was able to accommodate me and gave me a great alternative to fix my dress. This cleaners is a rare find and the alterations done to my dress was immaculate and done 4 days before my wedding. I was beyond grateful and highly recommend this shop! read more

This review is LONG overdue! The owner, Ganga has became one of my favorite people ever to interact with! She goes above & beyond for every single customer! I moved to Orange County a little over a year ago, and I'm so glad I found this place! This is the only place I truly trust with all my clothes, she even fixed my leather backpack for me! She's the most sweetest, caring, & thoughtful individual! Your clothes are definitely in the most safest care here. This is the most recent before & after I have. I was out of town and accidentally spilled my coffee on my pants and I sure thought this set would be done for. As you can see, they look brand new! Thank you so much Ganga, you truly are the best and can't wait to see you very soon! Xoxo read more

I just moved into the neighborhood and I was so lucky to find BN cleaners! Ganga is amazing! So genuine and trustworthy! She helped me out with hemming my leggings and the turn around time was so quick! The prices are also very reasonable. I definitely would recommend coming here and supporting a great small business! read more

This is a premium service at a premium price. The quality of the work is unbelievable -- I have been to many dry cleaners in my life and this is easily the cleanest my clothes have come back. The turnaround is pretty fast too. The owner is incredibly friendly and I feel like she really takes pride in her results. You pay for what you get, though: The prices are high and somewhat opaque, in some cases double what I have paid elsewhere. There is no posted price list and even receipts are not itemized. I wouldn't recommend this place to price-sensitive consumers. read more

Lost a pair of pants. I've only used this dry cleaner once before without any issues but we brought in several pieces to be dry cleaned and we were short one pair of slacks on pick-up. Owner was defensive when asked about this and said she counted the items when it was picked up. She blamed us for losing the pants after pick-up and she knew she counted everything before we left her premises. Just be sure to count the number of items with her when you pick up from this establishment. Her attitude was what really surprised me. read more

My husband has been using BN Cleaners for the last year for his work shirts and pants. The previous cleaners he was using was not able to get the inside of his collars clean. Every time he got his shirts back, they were still brown and dirty. My husband found BN Cleaners and he could not be any happier. His shirts no longer come back brown and dirty on the collars and they are always neatly placed in the plastic wrap with the sleeves placed in front of the shirt. Ganga offers the best customer service and is one of the sweetest people we know. My daughters were making their first holy communion and I noticed there was a small hole in the organza part of the dress. I rushed it down to Ganga and she said she could fix it. The next day I picked up the dress and it looked as if the hole never existed. Ganga took the time to delicately sew the dress and it looked amazing. BN Cleaners offers an incredible service at great rates. Ganga has never overcharged us or charged us for a service we did not ask for. The quality of service we receive from BN Cleaners on a weekly basis is FIRST CLASS and nothing less. Thank you Ganga for all your hard work and dedication to making BN Cleaners the very best in Aliso Viejo, if not all of South Orange County. read more
