I came here, was greeted with a friendly smile and reassured all the stains or problem areas would be addressed, paid up front and was given a ticket with a day it would be ready. Sure enough, i came everything was as it was supposed to be and areas addressed and I couldn't be happier! I was so impressed, that the following week, I dropped off 2 more down comforters to be cleaned and am waiting for them to be finished and picked up in a few days!
