Let me start by saying I am very picky with my cleaners because my family had been in the business for three generations. This cleaners is just okay. Lack of pride in their work and the place itself isn't exactly the cleanest. They definitely aren't cheap and their work is just so so. It's the type of feeling you get only when people go above and beyond the call of duty and you become so impressed by their actions that you feel both compelled and obligated to tell others. I had that experience at Polo Cleaners. I was a first-time customer who showed up a few minutes before closing. I had a large order and left some critical pieces at home. Without any goading or pressure, the gentleman at the counter invited me to go home and retrieve the missing items and said that he would wait for me until I returned. Wow! Not only that, when I returned he said that he would give me a huge discount on my order and, as promised, he did. If anything, I would have expected a surcharge for making him stay late, but no. His only concern was helping out his customers and he did so with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. These are the types of businesses that deserve to be recognized and rewarded. I will tell you in the 20 years that I have been in Aliso Viejo they are probably one of the best I have ever encountered. My clothes have come back absolutely in perfect condition. The woman at the front knows exactly what she's talking about. I've brought in silk fabrics and fabrics with jewels stitched on and they always come out perfect. I've brought in clothes totally stained and thought to be ruined but they always take extra care in cleaning every spot. It may cost a little more than other dry cleaners in the area but I think the service combined with the knowledge makes it worth every penny. :) They also provide tailoring for a good price, a good job, and is returned quickly. read more

WOW! My wedding dress was, in my opinion, beyond repair. I danced all night outdoors in my dress that had a long train, lace, and beading all over it. I even got barbecue sauce on it! I brought it into Polo cleaners and the wonderful woman behind the counter was like, "I can clean it no problem." What!?! I was shocked but she didn't even bat an eye. When I went to pick it up I realized that she was not kidding. It was just like new. I couldn't believe my eyes. I wish I had a before an after picture to show you.
