Polo Cleaners - They trimmed my dress to the perfect length - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Aliso Viejo, California

I was able to get my wedding dress cleaned with mud stains removed. Judging by how long it took me to bring it in, there was still a bit you could see left in it. Not a big deal though. It still came out beautifully! They are great. read more

Had my light cashmere sweater dry cleaned for $7.95. It was done on time and owners are friendly. Support local businesses. I'm

Burned holes in suit pants with their solution. Did not take blame. Went in perfect came out like this. She tried to blame moths. I have zero moth issues in my other clothes and certainly none that happened in the last 48 hours. Shameless lack of responsibility. Use at your own caution. In the meantime, my suit is now only a jacket. read more

They are extremely nice and professional - helped me with a quick turnaround request for wash and fold service. Would highly recommend them!

I've used Polo Cleaners for over 30 years (through their moves). The last visit, I took a pair of pants in that needed a rip repaired. The owner sewed it up while I stood there (very simple--about a minute) and charged me nothing. When does that happen anymore. Love these folks. read more

I've been getting my dry cleaning for some time now. 5 star professional service! Always done right and the owner is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended! read more

Been coming here for years. Wonderful staff and quality of cleaning. The owners Bobby and Nader are wonderful people.

Let me start by saying I am very picky with my cleaners because my family had been in the business for three generations. This cleaners is just okay. Lack of pride in their work and the place itself isn't exactly the cleanest. They definitely aren't cheap and their work is just so so. I will continue to drive the 30 minutes to take my cleaning to Raymar Cleaners in Dana Point. They are by far the best cleaners in the area. Hands down. read more

Best dry cleaners I've ever experienced. No need to go anywhere else if you're in the area. Truly the best!

Highly recommend! After researching around for reasonably priced wedding dress cleaning, I came across Polo Cleaners and they were responsive and very affordable! They were willing to work with me, and gave me a good price! Also they were quick, and called me directly to let me know that it is was done early. Just picked it up, the ladies there are super friendly and not only complimented my dress, but helped me put it in its dress bag. Amazing customer service! read more

Once in a while, you come across a business with such exceptional service that it becomes exhilarating. It's the type of feeling you get only when people go above and beyond the call of duty and you become so impressed by their actions that you feel both compelled and obligated to tell others. I had that experience at Polo Cleaners. I was a first-time customer who showed up a few minutes before closing. I had a large order and left some critical pieces at home. Without any goading or pressure, the gentleman at the counter invited me to go home and retrieve the missing items and said that he would wait for me until I returned. Wow! Not only that, when I returned he said that he would give me a huge discount on my order and, as promised, he did. If anything, I would have expected a surcharge for making him stay late, but no. His only concern was helping out his customers and he did so with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. These are the types of businesses that deserve to be recognized and rewarded. They are the ones that separate the normal and mundane from the truly exceptional. They earned my business and I think you should give them the chance to earn yours. read more

Alteration way too expensive. I went to a different cleaners and they charged me a third of the price.

This Cleaners is under new ownership and I could not be more pleased and happy! I will tell you in the 20 years that I have been in Aliso Viejo they are probably one of the best I have ever encountered. My clothes have come back absolutely in perfect condition. I buy alot of clothes in thrift stores and I immediately bring them to the cleaners and they come back like they are brand new. The lady at the front gave me a wonderful discount as I was a new customer in the beginning and I will continue bringing my clothes there and they are so conveniently located. I highly recommend them. read more

We have frequented a few dry cleaners in the area with mixed results. Every time we try something new, we look to connect with someone who genuinely cares to help us and build a relationship with. However, most of those occurrences are disappointing because the people at the places of business aren't listening/paying attention to the way we prefer our garments prepared nor do they want to know their customer. Fortunately, I have found wonderful people and service at Polo. They care for my items as if they were their own. They care to know my family and myself. They care to know our preferences for our items/garments and they care to fulfill requests based on our preferences. I also appreciate that they give me feedback about whether or not those preferences could change or destroy the garments/items. In all, we are grateful to have found such a great place with even better people. read more

Great quality and fair prices - and they ALWAYS get my clothes looking just right. I love their new location, too - very easy to get to off of La Paz Road near the 73 in the Target Shopping Center. Had a stain on pair of nice slacks and they were able to remove it. Also, the lady at counter asked first time here and I said yes and she gave me the 20% off coupon and told me to print them from their website online for the next time. I have made a few more visits to this dry cleaner and I am impressed each time. My clothes look great, don't seem like chemicals. read more

I try not to buy clothes that need to be dry cleaned. But every once in a while it's needed and I always come to Polo Cleaners. They are extremely friendly and have been in the business a LONG time. The woman at the front knows exactly what she's talking about. I've brought in silk fabrics and fabrics with jewels stitched on and they always come out perfect. I've brought in clothes totally stained and thought to be ruined but they always take extra care in cleaning every spot. It may cost a little more than other dry cleaners in the area but I think the service combined with the knowledge makes it worth every penny. :) They also provide tailoring for a good price, a good job, and is returned quickly. read more

Just moved here. Asked for price list. Owner said when I return to pick up clothes. Women's blouses are $7.50. Seems high to me...

WOW! My wedding dress was, in my opinion, beyond repair. I danced all night outdoors in my dress that had a long train, lace, and beading all over it. I even got barbecue sauce on it! I brought it into Polo cleaners and the wonderful woman behind the counter was like, "I can clean it no problem." What!?! I was shocked but she didn't even bat an eye. When I went to pick it up I realized that she was not kidding. It was just like new. I couldn't believe my eyes. I wish I had a before an after picture to show you. The train was spotless and even the BBQ sauce was gone. Thank you Polo Cleaners. I now understand why you have been in business over 30 years. The price was very reasonable. Thank you for everything! You have certainly gained a customer for life! read more

I want to say thanks to Polo Cleaners of Laguna Hills for taking care of us with their EXCELLENT service and quality. The owners are extremely friendly and nice. Top quality finishing on all my garments. They took in an old bed comforter that I thought would be rejected. It came back so much better that I was amazed. Well worth the price. I have always taken in my $200 jeans, but now I include many other pieces of laundry, because their method preserves color. My Armoni goes nowhere else. The personal customer service is unsurpassed. Family owned, the wife is so business friendly and knows the business from the ground up. The Latino lady who is there otherwise, is also knowledgeable and very sweet. I've used dozens of other dry cleaners over the decades. I tend to be a loyal customer until something happens that pisses me off. You, reading this, are probably the same. But, I must tell you that I've been with polo for at least 2 decades. Highly recommended! read more
