When we confronted them it, they first claimed that the shirt was already ripped and then they claimed that this happens "all the time" because the shirt is thin. I chose here because my work uses them for dry cleaning and I'm glad I did. I bought my first suit for an upcoming wedding and wanted to look good and get it tailored. The owner(?) was very kind and understanding when it was obvious that I didn't know what to look for in a suit. She pointed out all of the areas that could and should be adjusted, and even said some areas did not need to be when I asked about it. You know a business is honest when they turn down your money. The alterations were done a few hours early in a couple of days and came out great. She waited for me to try it on and double checked that everything looked good. You can TRUST this company. How do I know? On my first order, I was really behind on my dry cleaning having just moved to the area about 2 months before. I didn't carefully check all of the pockets in my suits. I had no idea, but there were TWO $100 BILLS in one of the pockets of the clothes I dropped off. When I picked up my order, they had safety-pinned the $200 to the front of my order to show me that they found the $200 during the dry cleaning. I was so thankful and I even offered to give them $40 of it since they were honest, but they refused and the gentleman at the counter, I believe one of the owners, said "You don't have to, no no no, I'm just doing my job." On top of that, everything was done correctly and the clothes look great. The price was very reasonable and they gave me a first customer discount without me having to ask. The place I used to frequent has closed. I'm so glad I found this place!! My niece, soon to be goddaughters baptism is this coming Saturday so last weekend we went to go buy her dress. We were unfortunately given a badly stained dress (my fault for not double checking) and not sewn correctly to top it off (which I found out later when I received a call from the owner to let me know). When I arrived I was attended to right away. The couple that owns the shop are so nice. I let them know my predicament and they assured me they could help. They're the best in town for dry cleaning. I had an outdoor wedding where the bottom part of my dress got dirty and accumulated dirt&dry leaves. I had it dry cleaned here and Sharon was professional. I included my veil and when I got it after 2 weeks, it was back to how I first purchased the dress and is well-boxed. Makes me want to wear it again and fee like a princess! This is going to be preserved for a long time and they even had another box to cover the one that contains my dress. Not sure if it was her husband but somebody helped me carry and put the box in my vehicle! This is the worst dry cleaners , save your time and money. The lady the runs the store who I'm assuming is also the owner is shady. She tells you a price and then changes it when you pay. I started to request receipts and began asking why the price changes every time I turn the same clothes in. Not only that she will yell at you if you don't come on the day you requested the pick up. Heaven forbid there was an emergency or reasonable reason you couldn't make it , I just found that to be so rude. Lastly some of my clothes were damaged and she claimed it was most likely from me because "she didn't know how clean my closet was." Who says that!? Lol nonetheless , I hate writing reviews but this place deserves it. WORST customer service , below par quality, medium level pricing but poor quality . Sharon is amazing! She did a fabulous job on my husband's wedding suit, and in a short period of time. It needed a lot of tailoring. She hemmed the pants and took it in to make it more complementing to his body shape. She also did a ton if work on the jacket: shortened the sleeves and the jacket itself, as well as making it a slimmer fit. It was perfect! I know it was a lot of work to do in a short period of time so we are so extremely greatful to Sharon for putting in the overtime to get it done for us just in time for our big day! Make sure you double check the price you're given is the price you pay. I brought 4 Rams jerseys here and was told $13.85. I thought that was the total for all my jerseys but apparently that was the total for ONE jersey. My total ended up being over $50. Had the lady up front told me that in the beginning, I wouldn't have left my jerseys there. I moved here from Santa Ana recently and my dry cleaning bill for the same jerseys where I would go was $16 total. This place is way over priced and the lady in the front tried telling me excuses that the rent is higher in Lake Forest compared to Santa Ana and all this other bs. Dropped off a tuxedo my husband hadn't worn in at least half a decade. Asked them to rush it because we needed to attend a fancy wedding on the weekend. The staff was great about ensuring they could make it happen. When we came back two days later without our claim ticket, our items were waiting up front as if they were expecting us. They repaired zipper on my Cargo Shorts Dec 2017. Zipper broke again so I went in July 28 2018 to have fixed again. At first, after giving my phone number, I was told I did not have the zipper fixed there. I assured them I live right down the street and have not used another dry-cleaner in 15 years other than them. Finally they found my account by name and said "oh... its been almost a year" The cost will be $16 to fix the zipper. I simply said no thanks and left/ I will get the zipper repaired someplace else for $6. *I did not wear the cargo shorts very often after Dec 2017, until recently. They are very loose fitting, so not sure why the zipper would break so easily. I have had the shorts for about 5 years and the original zipper lasted 4 1/2 years. Poor business to not to offer a discounted price to fix the zipper again. read more

Sharon and her husband really want to make their customers happy and will work with you as best as they can. I came in to get 6 large curtain panels curtains sowed on to back panels, which was very tedious work because the curtains were not exactly the same length. Sharon is so sweet and friendly, and was up for the challenge. As expected, she did an amazing job with the curtains and worked diligently to make them look perfect. I'm rating this place 2 stars. Upon arriving, an older Asian gentleman quoted me with a breakdown of the prices for each of my articles which I was happy with. As I was leaving I realized I didn't have it in writing so I went back to request it from him. He gladly printed out the breakdown, and as the older female owner noticed that, she took my articles out of the bag, became upset and hiked the prices which had already been printed on the ticket for me! She tore off the tickets and printed new ones after-the-fact. I don't know what kind of business practices they have in Korea, but in America this is unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, she stressed that a particular dress I brought in could only be dry cleaned and quoted me at about $20. Upon checking my dress's tag, I read it said it could be hand washed, so I took it back home and washed it myself. She lied to get more money out of me. She had a very bad attitude; that of "give me your money and leave". The one good thing is they had my articles ready a day earlier than agreed. However, after picking my things up, the owner points out and asks, "did you know the lining of your dress is hanging out?" I said, no it was not hanging out prior to me leaving it here. She then quickly snatched the tickets off my articles and dismissed me to go on my way. If she had truly seen a flaw in my dress, proper etiquette would've been to have pointed it out and noted it prior to my leaving it there. Not afterwards. In any case, my dress was flawless prior to leaving it in her hands. In short, not only is she sketchy with her prices, but she also returned my dress altered from its original form, and she's rude; poor customer service. I was so impressed by the owners who took such amazing care of my wedding dress cleaning and preservation. It took 3 years for me to preserve my wedding dress. This small business and the owners were so careful with my dress and all of the beading detail. The price was very reasonable, and I was really happy with this service. They texted me pictures when the dress was clean and ready to be preserved. They asked if I wanted to come by to look at the dress since they knew how much I love my dress, so I ran by their storefront on my lunch break. I was so happy to see it cleaned and absolutely perfect again before they put it in the preservation box. When the preservation process was done, one of the owners carried out the dress box and put it into my car for me. These folks are so nice and thoughtful. I love that my dress is beautifully displayed in this box, and I'm so grateful for Cleaners 2000. I called them the next day with a question on where to store this safely, and they helped me so quickly.
