Overdue review but I brought two pieces here to dye including a vintage chrome hearts jean and I…read morewas very disappointed in how both pieces turned out. The dye stained the silver buttons on the jeans making them rough and crusty, and somehow one side of the waist became shriveled in the process. The gray color was also not a great match to the inspo pic I showed them. I also brought a jacket here and it was completely ruined, the lining of the jacket became detached and made it sit weird as you can see on the bottom of the photo, and there's a darker splotch of dye on one area. I wanted a deep espresso color for this that we chose together and the color came out nothing like that. I couldn't even wear this jacket once i just had to throw it away. Do not bring your valuable pieces here!!! I will say staff is nice when you go in. However I texted them nicely about how my clothes are ruined and they have read receipts on and didn't respond. Horrible business!

Really disappointed with my experience here. I brought in a pair of white pants with one tiny, very…read morerecent stain, and they weren't able to get it out at all. Even worse, I brought in another shirt with some stains and somehow it came back looking worse than when I dropped it off. The most frustrating part is that the Adidas logo on the shirt was completely removed during the cleaning process. I brought my clothes to a professional cleaner expecting them to be handled carefully, and instead I got items back in worse condition, including a shirt that was permanently altered. Definitely would not trust them with anything valuable or that you care about.

I had a great experience with Pick n Drop. I used them for big blankets and comforters that were…read moretoo bulky for my machines. They also dry cleaned a down comforter. It was super easy to schedule a pick up online. Their prices are also listed online which is convenient. Additionally, they are available by phone or text which was important to me as I like to have a person to reach out to right away should I have any questions or issues. They communicated well and let me know when they'd be arriving. After my pickup, I got an e-mail with the price of my laundry bundle and a link to pay online. Clothes were done sooner than expected and they let me know when they were on their way. They were folded neatly in nice bags. First time customers also get a discount which was a nice gesture! Everything came out beautifully and neat and folded. Thank you Pick n Drop Laundry for being so wonderful!

I'm deleting my original review as the alleged owner Jack stated he plans on having me served a…read morelawsuit in the coming days and it'll be an "unnecessary headache" if I don't take it down. (See attached text message.) The following still stands, my dry cleaning was done poorly and they refused to fix it that night. They offered to fix it after the fact. But why would I go back after I was repeatedly shouted at to "get the hell out", take my business elsewhere, and eventually threatening to be sued? The younger guy is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Calling customers and their comments "annoying", "condescending", and "nasty" isn't a good look. (See response below and attached text message.) At the end of the day life is way too short to be dragged into court to litigate two skirts and a jumpsuit. So congrats Jack you won, now leave me alone.

I brought in a brand-new linen blazer that needed to be taken in at the sides, and she did a flawless job. The stitching matched the original construction perfectly, so you would never know it had been altered. She even pressed the blazer for me at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful touch. As a first-time customer, I also got to spin the prize wheel and received a nice discount, which was a fun bonus. What impressed me most was the turnaround time. Even though I told her I wasn't in any rush, the alterations were completed much sooner than I expected. Professional, skilled, friendly, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Suzy to anyone looking for high-quality alterations. I'll definitely be back.
