(See attached text message.) The following still stands, my dry cleaning was done poorly and they refused to fix it that night. They offered to fix it after the fact. But why would I go back after I was repeatedly shouted at to "get the hell out", take my business elsewhere, and eventually threatening to be sued? The younger guy is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Calling customers and their comments "annoying", "condescending", and "nasty" isn't a good look. (See response below and attached text message.) At the end of the day life is way too short to be dragged into court to litigate two skirts and a jumpsuit. So congrats Jack you won, now leave me alone.

I thought it must be taking a while, but when I went to pick up my dry cleaning, he said they were done. I asked why he didn't call, and he said he did, but didn't leave a message because "no one listens to their voicemail." So I had no idea (and if any of you have Spectrum cell service, you know it's endless spam calls). The re-soling of my shoes was low-quality and the pieces were poorly cut. They were not aligned with the design of the shoes. Two zippers on the backpack were replaced, which cost a little over $200. It was very nicely done. I won't go here again and I'm bummed that it went this way.

The only issue I had was that the material was too thick for the sewing machine and it had to be done by hand. I didn't have time to leave it for a couple more days, as I was going out of town, but they let me know I can bring you back at any time to add or to fix if needed - free of charge. I took two suits for their first cleaning after about 4-5 wears each, both came back with ripples/bubbles (due to improper pressing, usually too-high heat) where the outer material separated from the lining. That is something that can occur over time after multiple wears and cleanings, typically not after the first time getting a piece dry cleaned. Super disappointing for a basic $60 (per suit) cleaning. I can't trust Ritz with my more expensive pieces moving forward, and I will be cautioning my friends and clients the same.

They were always honest with expectations and clear if a stain might not come out. Recently I took my military uniforms there and they did an AMAZING job tapering the legs. For anyone that has had uniforms, they are all the same length and need to get hemmed which makes it tough for slimmer, shorter people. My pants were too wide at the base of the legs and it just didn't look good. They tapered the pants down so they fit better, looked more professional, and still within regulations. They also took some stains out of my summer whites! If you are military and in the area, I highly recommend getting your uniformed serviced here.

I called sleep deprived and desperate to get a laundry service to help me I the middle of the day when my puppy was sick. They sent someone out within a few hours to do an early evening pickup for me and I had my laundry back the very next day, dropped off before 12! Alex answered all of my questions on the phone, and was patient with me as I was a little scatter brained from lack of sleep and stress. The pick up and delivery driver was also amazing!
