They were always honest with expectations and clear if a stain might not come out. Recently I took my military uniforms there and they did an AMAZING job tapering the legs. For anyone that has had uniforms, they are all the same length and need to get hemmed which makes it tough for slimmer, shorter people. My pants were too wide at the base of the legs and it just didn't look good. They tapered the pants down so they fit better, looked more professional, and still within regulations. They also took some stains out of my summer whites! If you are military and in the area, I highly recommend getting your uniformed serviced here.

Their seamstress permanently damaged two of my designer dresses during alterations. I was very clear, multiple times, about where I wanted the alterations made. Instead, she chose to alter them in different places, cut into the dresses, and sewed them into new spots that I did not approve. The result was not what I asked for, and the damage is not realistically repairable back to the original condition. At first, they acknowledged the issue and told me they would compensate me for the damage. Now, they have completely gone back on that and are ignoring me. After years of being a loyal customer and giving them a significant amount of business, it feels like they were only happy to communicate when I was paying them. They are also one of the most expensive dry cleaners I have ever used, which makes this even more frustrating. For the prices they charge, I would expect professionalism, accountability, and basic care with valuable garments- not unauthorized alterations, permanent damage, and then being ghosted when it comes time to make it right. I would strongly caution anyone from trusting them with anything valuable, sentimental, designer, vintage, or difficult to replace. I regret giving them my business for as long as I did.

There are no signs letting customers know that if laundry sits for just a few minutes, it will be handled this way. When I spoke to the manager, he was incredibly condescending. I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. But don't worry -- your reputation will take care of itself. Lol what's your yelp rating again?

What a simple service? At first I was a little worried about using them because when I called they said they are completely mobile, meaning that their plant is closed to the public but after overcoming my doubts I gave them a shot and boy was I happy I did, they picked up 10 pounds of my laundry along with a few dry cleaning items very professionally with a company van and uniform. I saw the pick n drop van in traffic surprising more than once being in the Los angles area everyday for work, so I decided to give them a shot since it said call or text for orders. Just sent them a text and immediately got a response to schedule a pick up. Had 2 big trash bags filled with laundry I had absolutely no time to do. This service is incredible! The workers are so professional and punctual. I first requested my laundry be picked up by the end of the day, and someone came by in less than an hour. My clothes were delivered the next day - clean, fresh and perfectly ironed. I later requested a pick up to wash my curtains and rugs. Saved me so much time and effort, at a VERY reasonable price.
