I had a great experience with Pick n Drop. I used them for big blankets and comforters that were too bulky for my machines. They also dry cleaned a down comforter. It was super easy to schedule a pick up online. Their prices are also listed online which is convenient. Additionally, they are available by phone or text which was important to me as I like to have a person to reach out to right away should I have any questions or issues. They communicated well and let me know when they'd be arriving. After my pickup, I got an e-mail with the price of my laundry bundle and a link to pay online. Clothes were done sooner than expected and they let me know when they were on their way. They were folded neatly in nice bags. First time customers also get a discount which was a nice gesture! I live in an apartment and it has communal washer and dryers, and it makes me sick. God knows what people wash and their daily lives and then the complex is great, but they don't really maintenance or clean the washers and dryers the way they should so this Service really is a godsend. If you live in L.A chances are you know how crazy and hectic life can be. I have very little free time, picking up and dropping off dry cleaning is inconvenient for me let alone doing an entire load of laundry. I was thoroughly impressed when I discovered this app. I contacted the company and in less than half an hour, drivers came and picked up my laundry load and about 10 items I had to have dry cleaned. It's natural to feel nervous any time you're trying out a new concept/business but my skepticism was almost immediately put to rest upon observing the transparency and professionalism of this company. My items were returned to me only a few hours later in perfect mint condition. The dry cleaned items look brand new, so much so that I could no longer identify the location of previous stains. Since then, I have been a frequent user of Pick N Drop Laundry. Also, Yelp users have a 20% off discount for their first use of the service, which I definitely took advantage of the first time I used the service.
