I brought my favorite silk tie to have a food spot removed. I told them exactly what the food was and when I went to pick it up they said that the spot didn't come out, would I like them to try again. I said yes and they asked again what food cause the spot. When I picked it up and brought it home in better light I saw they ruined the tie. The spot was still there and by using harsh chemicals they left Bleach marks. They also press the tie leaving marks that will never come out. Will never go back !!! read more

I have been to this cleaners for about a month and the service is outstanding! The quality of service and turnaround time to get my items is excellent. Thank you for always providing service and quality. read more

I found my new local cleaners! Needed a quick turnaround and was met with a smile and can-do attitude that I totally appreciated. Kind and grateful are the feelings I had dealing with this business. Thank you BLUE NOTE CLEANERS! read more

This review is long overdue. We struggled to find a good dry cleaner in LA until we found this spot. My boyfriend takes all of our clothes here - suits, dresses for weddings, as well as everyday clothes that require cleaning and they always come back clean and at a very reasonable price. The owner is so kind and really goes out of his way to smile and be friendly to customers. I even took them my Anthropologie faux fur blanket after an unfortunate incident where a construction crew didn't put a tarp down to protect our belongings resulting in everything in the room including this throw blanket being coated in a fine layer of fiberglass dust/sandings. They cleaned it impeccably and restored it back to new, and charged way little than I thought they would for such a large and heavy blanket. read more

Absolute BEST EVER cleaners - from taking out stains that might have been there since 1969! Seriously tho, they have magic in removing imperfections. The seamstress is truly gifted - and can re-knit broken cashmere stitches and bring them back to new. Prices are very good. I miss the owner as he was a beakon of light however, the new owners ( as of 2024) are very kind and polite. It's a treasure to find this. read more

Two words: Consistency and good people. I appreciate their transparency and communication when I drop off outfits to them that have hard to get out stains & possible time constraints. I highly recommend blue note cleaners & will continue to use them as they are the most trustworthy cleaners I have found. read more

This has been my favorite dry cleaners in Beverly Hills. Always friendly, will work with on getting even a larger order done quickly. I honestly can't say enough good things about this dry cleaner!! read more

Alan is the absolute BEST! When I switched dry cleaners and found Blue Note, it was the best decision. I love this place! Alan (the owner) is always there. He works so hard and is always in a good mood with a smile on his face. He makes sure everything you need is taken care of. I'm always extremely happy with the cleaning. I like that it's more eco-friendly and yet the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Blue Note Cleaners. read more

Coming here from now on, they charge reasonable/cheap for the are. Did a good job and fast.

Alan runs a great and reliable business. It's convenient and the prices are reasonable.

Allen is the best! Attentive and great quality service! Great for laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations! read more

So kind, really nice and they not only held my clothes for weeks when I forgot about them but were able to help me get a stain out of my dress!! read more

Great alterations and great service too! Been coming here for years and never a problem

Sweetest dry cleaner. My clothes always come back impeccable and the initial stains I point out are always removed. Great prices and the job is always done when I need it by! read more

On the advice of a friend, I tried Blue Note recently. While the quality of the cleaning was just fine, the service and their pricing scheme, was not. I took a total of 6 items to Blue Note. I was a first time customer, and I had a coupon for 40% off. Before handing them the coupon, I asked what the "regular" price for 6 items would be. They could not tell me. They asked if I had a coupon. I said (not thinking fast enough) yes. Then they agreed to give me a price. So I asked how much of a 'discount' this was, they said 30%. I said oh, okay, well I have a 40% off coupon since I'm a first time customer... and the man said oops, that was the 40% off price already, and refused to lower the price any further. Of course, this '40% off' price was higher than what I regularly pay at another nearby cleaner. Not by much, but still... their coupon practice is just a scam. When picking up my items a few days later, they tried to charge me a higher price than what was quoted when I dropped off! Quality of the cleaning was good. But with so many cleaners around, I wont be back to Blue Note. read more

Brought in two items that needed 2 inches taken off. I asked if it could be done by tomorrow. I went to pick up following day and they were not finished. I saw the processes done in front of me took about 10 minutes they charged me $32. Horrible service by the Asian man (said he was the owner). Will not go back. rip you off. If you like to waste your time and have a bad job done come here. read more

This is hands down the best dry cleaners I've ever been to. The owners are the sweetest couple, and are always happy to see me. It's amazing how they remembered me after only going a couple of times. I'm usually the one that drops off and picks up the dry cleaning for the bf & me, but one day he dropped off the dry cleaning and he swore they remembered me by just my phone number. True enough, when I went to pick up our dry cleaning a couple days later, they asked me if that was my boyfriend who dropped it off, and the wife told me that he was a handsome man. EXTRA POINTS! They've been open for a while now, but their "Grand Opening" sign is still up. Good thing too! It gets you 30% off the dry cleaning services. Oh, and if there's a lot of clothes, the husband will always make extra trips and bring them all to your car. The only downfall is that the shopping center is kind of difficult to get into (it's the shopping center where Natale Thai is), but they have two designated parking spots just for them in the front that I never had to wait for. I think it's worth it- their genuine kindness and awesome prices, especially for the area = DOUBLE EXTRA POINTS. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but after going to Blue Note Cleaners for over a year and consistently being pleased with their work, I figured I should take the time to share with the yelp community what a great little business this is. I was first attracted to them because they use a more environmentally friendly wet-cleaning process, but I've continued to go to them because every time I walk in, they smile like they are glad to see a familiar face and quickly assist me with whatever I have. My sweaters come back looking fresh and new, and they even got out oil stains on one of my favorite dresses. Most recently, I went in with my usual dry cleaning and brought in another task: some french-door curtains that I needed altered. I knew that wasn't usually their work, but the lady who works there quickly agreed to take on the task for me and did so for a VERY reasonable price. I'm sad that other people have given this place poor reviews; I really don't see how it is even possible. They have handled everything I've brought in with extreme care and have done so with a gracious smile. read more

Great cleaners! They really go out of their way. Reasonable prices and you always get service with a smile. There is never a wait AND they have reserved parking. Plus, you can tell the people that work here are so hard working. read more

The owner here works SO hard. He's here every time I come to drop off/pick up my dry cleaning. I think these are the best prices I've seen anywhere, and the turn-around is always quicker than I need it. I've gotten a few things hemmed/altered too, and again the prices and turn-around are so reasonable. I appreciate the great service and the fact that they always seem to be open, but I wish the owner would take some well-deserved time off! read more

They may be great but exceedingly over-priced. The locals who can afford the $11 fee for cleaning a suit should continue to keep them in business, otherwise... my patronage will go elsewhere. read more

Blue Note Cleaners - Reserved parking for customers - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Love this place. They are so helpful and friendly. When I need something done they do it no problem quickly and always with a great outcome.

I started going to this place since Covid 19 and I must say the owner is handling clothing very carefully and follows all the safety precautions which makes the customer feel very safe to go this business. His pricing is very fair and he truly cares about the customers. Have been very happy with his quality of service. read more

Let's be clear. There are dry cleaners on LITERALLY every block. Usually more than one. The way to set yourselves apart is not to try to swindle your customers. This place seemed OK from the reviews so I called and asked for a price to dry clean a few items. When I arrived less than 10 minutes later, they tried to charge me more. I said I had called before and they said they had told me the some old special deal that was no longer offered. Who refuses to honor the price they had JUST quoted over the phone? I'll just walk a few blocks and skip the scam. Thanks. read more

I just moved into the neighborhood and have tried several different cleaners in the area and none come close to Blue Note Cleaners. Owner operator, professional workmanship and competitive prices. The other businesses loss is your gain Alan, keep up the great job. read more

I've lived in the area for 3 months now and am super impressed with this dry cleaners. You get Beverly Hills service and quality for not-Beverly Hills price and attitude. They are the nicest people and their service and attitude is top notch. Great prices still as the 30% off grand opening special doesn't look like it's going anywhere. For no additional cost, the wife fixes all my broken buttons and she even sewed some extra buttons on a shirt at my request for free. They haven't lost or misplaced any of my clothes and all my clothes have come back looking perfect. read more

Finally!! I found the perfect cleaners. Fazio quality but without the ridiculous pricing. The husband and wife who run the place are sooo nice. The wife apparently does all the alterations and she fixed my favorite pair of jeans perfectly. My sweaters came back looking and fitting great. They even replaced some buttons on my button down shirts for free. At first I thought the pricing would be outrageous cause it was in the beverly hills area but it wasn't. It was mid range which is fine. I've tried some other cheaper spots but get what you pay for. They remember my name the second time I came around which gives the place a great personal touch. Getting into the parking lot was kinda tough but worth it. read more

This is the cleaner I had been looking for since I moved to LA. The owner and his wife are super sweet and she is an excellent seamstress. She does all my alterations from taking in shirts to doing my suits. She did a Burberry Suit that fits me now like a glove. I think their prices are fine compared with my old cleanrs in Weho. I have never once had a broken button or anything to complain about and have been going there for a couple years now. read more

This people broke buttons on a vintage sweater, left a black stain on a yellow organza shirt, and they can't remove smells out of clothing. They ruined some of my clothes. I was so upset that I now have to find new buttons and hopefully someone who can remove that black stain. I didn't even want to go back to complain or say, "Hey! You ruined my clothes." totally sucks. :( read more

A very high end resale shop turned me onto this cleaners. What a blessing! I was astonished that they were able to make one of my mother's hopelessly stained silk scarf look brand new again. I also brought them evening gloves that another cleaners had charged a lot for without even fixing the problem. They had said that the makeup stains couldn't really be removed. Blue Note had no difficulty getting rid of the tell-tale signs. This review was way overdue - thank you Blue Note for doing the impossible! read more

Great cleaners ! Used them to first clean of my blazer , they done everything great and with good price ! Very pleasant packing !!

Super friendly and very fast. My daughter's competition dance costume was altered in an hour for 10 bucks! Awesome.

Gone to all the places in bev hills and this place kills them all. The best quality here- highly recommend.

I consider Blue Note like FAMILY now... well that if a Korean owned business could be a relative :). I've been going to Blue Note for many years now and they treat me really like family. The owner Alan is the nicest man. He is LITERALLY there every day! that hardest worker. He always delivers on what he says, is reasonable with his prices and does quality work. I tailor EVERYTHING, and i mean everything and he always does it wonderfully. He is very flexible with me. One time I needed to pick something up on my way to the airport, i called him and he dropped it off to my uber and told me to pay later. He has a lot of trust in his customers. It was the day before my wedding and my husband forgot to dry clean his tux, we took it to him and he had it ready in an hour.... and no charge for his gift to us :). Anyways, if you want to support a nice man, and a great business, please go to Blue Note Cleaners! He didn't ask me to write a review, I just felt compelled to let everyone know. read more

I used to always look for the cheapest alternative when it came to dry cleaning, and to no surprise no one really stood out. Since moving to this area, and Blue Note being so close and easy to get to, I didn't care what it cost. I thought I'd give it a shot. 7 trips later I can say they've taken amazing care of my suit and jacket, returned some cuff links left in a pocket tied neatly in a bag to the hanger, repaired pockets, tapered stuff, and even cleaned my blue suede shoes. You can find cheaper, but over time considering everything I've cleaned and deadlines I've had to meet, it doesn't feel like I've spent a thing. read more

So I would probably give 2.5 stars if I could. I've been coming here for a while and after this last issue I had with them I have decided to stop going back. When I started coming here their prices were really great compared to what was in the area but they have increased their prices so now it's not really worth it. I've been coming here for about two years and they have only messed up two items but when they did I felt like they should have offered me a credit or something like that (because the stuff wasn't cheap). I didn't get anything but an apology and felt kind of weird asking for something. DO NOT come here for alterations. The woman does not speak english and won't understand what you want her to do. She never gets it right and has no intuition on how clothes should look. The people here are nice but I am going to try to find somewhere else. read more

After being at the same cleaners for 10 years, I finally decided to try out another closer to home. From day one, this place has done an amazing job with my dry cleaning and alteration requests. The owners are extremely friendly and provide some to the best customer service I've ever had from a dry cleaners. Can't say enough great things about this place. And in LA with all the choices, its truly hard to find a good one you like. I highly recommend this one. read more

I've been going to another dry cleaner down the street from Blue Note for the 25 years that I've lived in this neighborhood. But I had some 1960s vintage dresses that needed both alterations and cleaning, and I decided to go to Blue Note because of the great reviews here on Yelp. I'm so glad I did! These people are so sweet and friendly. The alterations are perfect, and I can't believe how inexpensive they were! I've got a new regular dry cleaner now! read more

I call them the miracle dry cleaners... they've been able to save EVERY clothing item my wife and I have brought in... including many stains courtesy of our infant and even a paint stain that two other dry cleaners had unsuccessfully tried to remove. Honestly, the paint removal achievement was mind-blowing considering it had happened 4 years earlier and like I said, two others had tried to remove the stain and failed. On top of their magic dry cleaning powers, they do incredible work on denim, with original stitch hems at a very reasonable price with incredible turnaround! Best dry cleaner I have found in my 15 years in LA....and always super friendly! read more
