I dropped off a few items on a Monday and they were ready that Thursday. They don't give you a phone call unless there's a delay so refer to your ticket to know when your items will be ready! Everything came back quickly, so clean, and they don't use overly fragrant products. Whole process was very fast, straightforward and smooth. I paid $8 for pants and $12 for a down jacket. A little pricier than other places but the service and speed was amazing. Plus the owner is so nice! read more

Fast, honest, & prices are very reasonable. I borrowed a friend's skirt and needed and few stitches done because the inside hem was falling. This shop stitched it in a few minutes and charged a very reasonable price. I had to call 4 places before finding a place that was open, didn't charge an insane amount, and could do it quickly. This is my new go-to. Thank you! read more

Tony and his team are the best. They did our laundry service for years before we moved and they were one of the best routines of our week. They alleviated so much stress by getting our laundry done for us, and they didn't just get it done - they did it right. They stain-treated everything, washed with allergy-sensitive soap as requested, and folded everything nicely. It was always a pleasure to see him and his team and their service truly made our lives better. We're very thankful for them and we wish them continued success! We highly recommend them for your laundry and dry cleaning services! read more

I got a quilt washed. I was concerned it would fade. It seemed fine when I got it back. I do this annually, and I wanted to try a different cleaner this time, because other cleaners are less friendly. One nearby was griping about the mask mandate during Covid, which I thought was foolish. Anyways, I also needed a button fixed on my leather jacket, and they did it right away for $2. Took two minutes. read more

The Owner it's Korean And it's very rude And incompetent Not coming here please if you not want to loose your money and your clothes. Any time I bring here my clothes have problem, He broke me 7 good clothes And laughs in my face. it's crazy. read more

Amazing service, genuine orders who really care! Best in town, highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaners.

I would not recommend this place. I asked for prices and was told I would get them when I picked up my clothes $226.00 dollars later. I was charged for things that aren't in my order, Completely RIPPED OFF FROM THIS COMPANY (Tony). I guess this is what you pay for when you are on 3rd Street ( their Rent). Never never never again. Other places close by are cheaper and give better quality service. read more

Efficient & deliver on time. I am a regular. Family operation. No same day service as they extremely busy.

Great pricing! Great quality of work and my items were ready when they said they would be. Will be coming back

I took curtains here that needed tailoring to shorten them to exact specifications. The tailoring job was done perfectly and my curtains were ironed and ready to hang straight off the hanger when I got home! Great service and fair pricing. read more

We love this place. This has become our go-to neighborhood dry cleaning spot and they're so reliable and well priced. We've taken in some things with wine stains, curry stains, and huge rips and they've fixed it all. They every recommended a shoe repair place that fixed up my favorite pair of boots. We love this business!! read more

Living in LA it is hard to find a affordable, dependable anything, well this place meets all boxes. The owner is almost always on site, and they are patient, affordable, and very thorough. I had a pair of my wife's leather pants that needed to be cleaned and they said "I will test if out first and see what I can do." Not only did they call with the results, but they were able to fix the issues. We go to them for all of our drycleaning and big item cleaning needs. Super local and appreciative of your business too. read more

This is one of those local businesses that deserves lots of praise, lots of continued steady business, and more of mouth marketing by those of us who have had the luck to experience their work. I have been using Paramount cleaners exclusively since 2014. I've not only used it for all my laundry and dry cleaning shirts suit pants especially items but also pillows draperies Sheers, blankets, comforters down Stuft items, etc. They done a few small alterations in the on button sewn back on for me. And expensive for quality service. And speaking of buttons: I have never ever had a single button cracked broken or harmed by this establishment! Can you honestly say that about any other dry cleaners in the world? I've never experienced that before. It just seem to be an annoying part of the industry. The staff is always courteous, prompt, efficient and never makes an error in calculations or billing. They have bent over backwards to please me with huge volume loads of work when I had a minor flooding catastrophe in my home. They fixed everything and I was so grateful for their service. When you go and tell them that Terry Stump referred you and it is a pleasure to do so. I expect nothing additional back in return just very privileged to be able to help expand their business. Note: other dry cleaning establishments - please try this company and see what you're supposed to be like. Coupon cutters and counters, don't bother: this place is cheaper though I believe they will match offers. But ask management. They're in a great location on third Street between the Grove in Beverly Center. And their little shopping center always seems to have plenty of parking available to come in and pick up the drop off. Amazing! Much love to the Park family! read more

I've been coming to Paramount cleaners for years now. They never disappoint! They are able to clean clothes properly without destroying them at a reasonable price! If you're looking for a solid dry cleaner joint, this would be it.... read more

Incredible service and staff, I have been going here for what feels like 75 years. This place is an institution. My only issue is I question why the fabulous Tony still routes for the Los Angeles chargers... there's no way even with that Herbert kid they'll topple my Buffalo Bills. But thank you Tony and crew for your wonderful service. 6 stars out of 5. read more

Called a few places about a month ago to compare prices for cleaning two white rugs and a white comforter. Paramount was by far the most affordable and most conveniently located in proximity to my home. I snagged one of the few parking spots in front of their shop, dropped off my items with a friendly gentleman and collected everything a few days later when they called. The rugs and comforter looked fantastic and I was pleased with the low cost. Will definitely be back! read more

I've been coming here for more than 5 years now and this is one of the most reliable businesses in the neighborhood. ThoughI have moved to Beverly Hills I still come here for my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. I've brought my stuff here twice and both times they didn't even remove the stains!! It looked like they just rush through everything. And the girl at the counter was super rude... Paramount cleaners is excellent. They have performed minor miracles on several pieces of my clothing. The service is superior. I had a couple pieces of clothing with old stains and they did a great job, and even taking the age of the stain in consideration, they insisted on going back one more time to see if they could get it to look even better. read more

I've been coming to this cleaners for a few months now. Both the man and woman I've dealt with here go above and beyond! This is honestly the best cleaners I've found in LA after 11 years. The price is reasonable and work is above the average. Side note: I tailored a dress this last visit and they literally did a perfect job! :) read more

I have been nothing but happy with the service and quality of their work here. I've been using this cleaner for about a year now. They will even call me when they're worried about an item of clothing that dye might run on. I've never had a cleaner do that before. They really care about their reputation and your clothing. I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else now. Highly recommend! read more

This place is fantastic. The best customer service I've ever experienced at a cleaning service. I recently picked up a pair of slacks that I had cleaned and they gave me back the $12 that I didn't even know I had left in my pocket. The quality of their cleaning is excellent and it's "eco-friendly". They've got stains out of my clothing that I thought would be impossible to remove. I've had a couple of articles of clothing altered here too. The work was amazing and it was very reasonable (like $20 to alter a jacket). My clothing fits like it was tailor made! I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

I went to there to get my jacket dry cleaned. I saw many good reviews on yelp but my experience was okay , not that good like the others. After picking my jacket I noticed that there is a damage on a zipper and a little scratch on the back.. I swear that jacket was fine before getting dry clean. However I did not go back and ask anything about it. But let me tell you that they are very nice and friendly , also the price is reasonable . read more

Paramount Cleaners - 5 Stars * Great prices * Excellent service * Highly recommended I've had a couple dresses, delicate tops and jackets drycleaned, but mostly I'm there once or twice a week dropping off my hubbie's work shirts & pants. And, I have to say ... This place is a gem! Clothes always come back clean, pressed & smell great. Pleats, collars & hems pressed correctly (I've had issues with that at previous cleaners). And, my clothes are always ready when they say they will be, which is freakin awesome! read more

Fair prices, Excellent work! I trust Paramount Cleaners with cleaning all my expensive Vivienne Westwood MAN clothing. I'm so glad I stopped going to Fazio Cleaners they were ruining all the clothes I've work so hard to purchase. Keep up the good work Paramount Cleaners!! read more

I came here initially because of a Yelp deal (bring it back!) and I've been coming back ever since. What's outstanding is the quality tailoring and alterations - I get my suits made to measure and am very, very particular about how my clothes fit. Tony (the co-owner/manager) is patient, receptive, and has a great eye for detail. If measuring a complex tapering job takes an hour (true story), Tony is fully on board. Oh, and your opinion counts! Dry cleaning here is done well, too. Finally, prices are quite reasonable. Keep up the good work Paramount! read more

When I moved to LA, I was warned about picking the right dry cleaner. A few of my friends recommended Paramount and I can see why. They are friendly, quick and don't charge a huge amount. They do a great job and have not lost any of my items. They have a parking lot in addition to metered street parking. read more

These are the shaman of dry cleaning. I had an evening gown that had gotten masking tape residue from my LAST move two years ago. So happy to have Paramount Cleaners as my local dry cleaner in my relatively new neighborhood. The pros: eco-friendly, people-friendly, affordable, and-most importantly-everything has come back in great condition. So far, I have only brought in my most basic sweaters, but with a few more positive experiences at Paramount, I'll start bringing them the special stuff. (After a particularly bad experience at my old neighborhood place, in which my favorite summer dress was destroyed, I'm a little skeptical of all dry cleaners, so it will take time for any place to gain my confidence.) The cons: none, so far. read more

I went here with Tess S. after researching the best place to take our dry cleaning in a new neighborhood. I'll make note that I didn't have any problems with my specific items, however i was absolutely APPALLED by the way Tony, the owner, handled his customer. We picked up our clothes and got home within 5 minutes. Tess realized that 2 very expensive pairs of slacks weren't with her things so she did the natural thing and called Tony who expressed concern and said he'd look around. Tess and I looked in the car, thru my stuff, every possible place she could have accidentally misplaced them, but to no avail. Tony couldn't find them either. But instead of apologizing for his lack of organization, he proceeded to suggest that Tess that was scamming him and just looking for a payout. After two weeks of back and forth between Tess and Tony, an honest customer alerted him that she had been sent home with the wrong items: Tess' pants. Fancy that: Tony, the owner of what I thought was a reputable local business immediately places the blame on his customer for a mistake that turns out to be entirely his fault. That is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Look, we're young and I'm sure this dude has been scammed before but that does not justify him stereotyping his customer for an error that was HIS! I use Yelp to find local, trustworthy small businesses that I can support in lieu of major corporations. Although Paramount is local and small, it is far from trustworthy. I don't just want to my clothes cleaned, I want to know that when i leave my personal property in your possession, you aren't going to destroy it or lose it. What if this had been a situation where we left a car with a valet and came back and it was gone because the owner had given the car to the wrong person? This is essentially the same situation on a smaller but similarly compelling scale. Tony, don't expect to see us or anyone we know coming into your business again. And consider getting yourself better acquainted with people skills and proper manners. Your mistake did not lie in misplacing the pants; accidents happen. You went wrong when you first placed the blame on another instead of taking responsibility for your own actions and then refusing to apologize when you were presented with your clear error. Good luck, Paramount Cleaners. NOT read more
