This laundry mat is in a small plaza. it's a decent size. I would say it's fairly clean. Has a security locked door that goes into affect after 10pm i believe. they leave instructions on how to obtain the pass code to enter because they are a 24/7 laundry mat. I haven't seen any workers here past 10pm here. I really don't interact with them only because i've never needed to. I come prepared. It's easy when all you're gonna use is the dryer so coins are my only need. I do recommend to try this laundry mat out if you're in need to wash and dry clothes. I believe they have fluff and fold service. they charge by the weight. not by the load. Give them a try. I feel it's secure. very well lit. Hope this helped you make a choice on where to go for your washing needs. peace !!!

Sadly, a lot of machines and dryers are broken, and the place is super small, so it can only really handle 3 people at a time. Most of the broken ones are labeled but not all, so I lost a few coins and there wasn't anyone there to tell. Also, the strobing effect of the fan near the dryers is very unpleasant. The machines that do work work well, and the dryers do a good job and don't require you to add a lot of time. I managed to dry a month's worth of laundry for $2.50, which is less than my apartment complex charges for one dry cycle. I guess that's why some woman came in and only used the dryers and took up of them... If I lived closer, I might come back just to support the nice owners. But there's a mid coin laundry right around the corner from me, so it's not really worth going out of my way.

I did try a closer one near her house in Burbank, but it was poorly located, sketchy, and most machines were out of order. In contrast, this particular location is exceptional! It's tidy, all machines are in working order, affordable, and the dryers are efficient! While the area may not be upscale, the facilities are top-notch! Please remember to clean up after using the machines!

The employee refuses to open the bathroom door, even when it's clearly needed. I was already folding my clothes, but I had to leave with them unfolded because my child needed to use the restroom, and I did as well. When I asked, she said she couldn't open it. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. she treats male customers differently, which feels very unprofessional and unfair.

The reason is because I wanted to give Erik, the night time employee, the thank you he deserves. This is a 24 hour laundromat and so Erik not only makes sure to take care of the laundromat, but has to deal with some sketchy people that tend to want to just hang out. I'm sure this is tough. Especially since he is actually monitoring the other laundromat that is around 1 mile away. Erik always makes sure to check up on me before he goes to the other location. Only because sometimes I would be the only one there. He makes sure that the location is clean. Inside and out. I have M.S. so sometimes at the end of doing my laundry Erik will notice that I am having some trouble loading up my car, so he will always offer to help me. It's the little things that he does to show that he cares for the people that come in that keep me coming back. Thank you Erik for getting to know your customers. It's the small things that have the biggest impact.

I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order.
