I reached out before coming here and the response was so kind and so prompt that I decided to check it out, even though it's coin only. Sadly, a lot of machines and dryers are broken, and the place is super small, so it can only really handle 3 people at a time. Most of the broken ones are labeled but not all, so I lost a few coins and there wasn't anyone there to tell. Also, the strobing effect of the fan near the dryers is very unpleasant. The machines that do work work well, and the dryers do a good job and don't require you to add a lot of time. I managed to dry a month's worth of laundry for $2.50, which is less than my apartment complex charges for one dry cycle. I guess that's why some woman came in and only used the dryers and took up of them... If I lived closer, I might come back just to support the nice owners. But there's a mid coin laundry right around the corner from me, so it's not really worth going out of my way. read more

Everything!!! I met with the owner one day as I was looking at the machines before deciding if I wanted to wash my clothes or not. It is under new ownership and all I have is nothing but positive reviews. Affordable, cleaned and dried my clothes well, but overall I believe it was the owners aura and talents that will bring him tons of business. His creativity, knowledge of business, designs, and music taste, definitely keep an eye out for what he has in store. I would definitely come here more often if I had lived nearby but more so I place this review to overall state that I would recommend The Fresh Cycle to anyone needing to get your clothes washed / dried. Also there is a coffee slash 'mother of all tasty menus that will have you indecisive of item choices right off the bat but maybe overspend' shop next door so you get best of both worlds! This use to be my got to spot to do all my laundry and blankets, but today I walked in to a run down Laundromat...more broken machine then useable ones and the useable ones smell like mold and you can see the mold growing on the rubber seals. All of us are busy these days and I'm working 65 hours a week with only Sunday being my day off. It sounds crazy but coming here on my day off is how I stay in control of my emotions. The feel of putting quarters in is nostalgic. A old school feeling in today's modern world. Listening to some music playing in the background is 100 times better than watching a loud tv distracting you. I come here every week and I notice all the improvements. There is a vending machine here and it has gluten free/regular chips, candy bars, granola, sodas, water, & dryer sheets at reasonable price. Plenty of natural light as well as ceiling light. Quiet and clean with a shady entrance to hang out while you wait. Very small with only two folding tables so if there are 3 other people in there at the same time it feels like excuse me, excuse me, pardon me gets said a lot. But it's worth it for the peace and quiet I enjoyed on a clear sunny afternoon. Vending machine was broken so they had free bounce sheets available. $3.75 to wash and .25 for 10 minutes of drying time. Try the place next door for yummy treats and drinks. read more

We drove around 30 minutes to this laundry matt because the reviews were good and it did not disappoint! we loved how it was a smaller one so it was not very busy, and we took advantage of the cafe right next door and got coffee while we waited. We could tell it was cleaned regularly as the only stuff that was 'dirty' was the white powder stuff people use for laundry. we felt very safe doing our laundry here and we definitely think it was a better option than going to a bigger one that wasn't taken care of as properly. the washers and driers were clean, and there was even a hand washing sink if you needed it. Definitely go here rather than somewhere else, worth the drive!! we looked at many options all around the LA area and this was the only one with no bad reviews. go here!! read more
