I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

It's basically its own scene, in a really cool way, it gives you a break from your life (free Wi-Fi) and you find yourself enjoying the meditative space. Change machines work pretty well. Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.

These days, there's Salvador, who always ensures that the machines are cleaned and spotless. Just observing him, it's noticeable that he's quite a hard worker, reliable, customer friendly, helpful, and truly cares about his job and the customers. This is why I continue to come during the times that he's on shift. There is another gentleman that works there when the mat actually opens, Bernard. He talks a lot and doesn't seem to be as ambitious about his position and duties as others I have encountered at this laundromat. Sometimes, he looks like he's asleep behind a counter area. I've noticed many times that he's not fully aware as to who's entering the laundromat because he's sitting behind the counter, head down. This isn't wise because it being early when the laundry mat opens, anyone can come in there and do some kind of harm. He's either asleep (I've seen) or on his phone! Maybe three times, I've actually seen him sweeping or emptying lent in the dumpster. But never do I see him cleaning. If not that, if he's conversed w you once or twice before, on his own initiation, he'll get up and talk your ear off and sometimes follow you from the washing machines to the dryers talking, even following you outside, talking! when you really want to be at peace and just wash your clothes! Nothing wrong with that, but it's annoying as hell... He really needs to focus on his job, hence the reasoning for the four star review, instead of five ... Salvador, and even the gentleman who works on Saturdays in the mornings starting around 8, are just fabulous! They are what you call exceptional employees.

This is just anothet mat on the map. This is the laundry mat with the little store inside. It also has vending machines, cold drinks, a coffee machine and massage chairs. Prices are standard. They take coins and cards. Machine are average. Nothing fancy. There is limited folding tables. Not my favorire place. Just your average spot. Parking is ok. There is a lit in the back.

We normally do our laundry at our apartment building. But, since it is a small building, there is only one 1washer and 1 dryer on each side of the building. So 4 in total. I decided to do my own laundry on the 16th of April and remembered to go to this laundry mot. I even forgot about this place. True, the place needs a little renovation/remodeling, but as long as it does it's job... who cares?!! I had 2 loads of clothes to wash and the minute that I walked in felt very welcomed by the lady in the office who barely knew how to speak English. We somehow communicated. Did my 2 loads of laundry, washed perfectly, removed all the dirt/stains that were on my clothes and dried completely after putting like a $1.25 in each dryer. From what I remember the last time that I was there, prices went up tremendously and drastically. That was kind of shocking for me. $3.50 for each wash that only takes 12 minutes to wash? I didn't like that. But, since I was already there with my hamper full of clothes to wash, I wasn't planning to turn back and go find somewhere else to wash my clothes. Got the job done, still had time to eat a light meal that I took with me, even though they have perks like fully stocked vending machines from drinks to candy, chips, and laundry detergent of so many different kinds. And let's not forget a coffee/latte/capuchino, espresso machine.They also had few items for sale right in the front of the office. Few places I have noticed cute artificial flowers on top of the counters. Plenty of washers and dryers and folding tables. Everyone was doing their laundry and minding their own business. Place was full of diverse people and yes, a lot of black people too. I don't understand why some black people think that they are being discriminated against? While I was there, there were a lot of black men and women with their kids doing their laundry. So people please...... I needed roll of quarters since I didn't have enough with me, and the lady in the office gladly handed me a roll of quarters. Place was clean, little outdated, few machines were out of order, but had signs on for us NOT to use. Will be repaired soon! Things happen lovely people of USA. Nothing and nobody is PERFECT!! This laundry mat is in a small plaza. it's a decent size. I would say it's fairly clean. Has a security locked door that goes into affect after 10pm i believe. they leave instructions on how to obtain the pass code to enter because they are a 24/7 laundry mat. I haven't seen any workers here past 10pm here. I really don't interact with them only because i've never needed to. I come prepared. It's easy when all you're gonna use is the dryer so coins are my only need. I do recommend to try this laundry mat out if you're in need to wash and dry clothes. I believe they have fluff and fold service. they charge by the weight. not by the load. Give them a try. I feel it's secure. very well lit.
