I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

With the changing of the guard, Jotti and her husband Mickey caught the crooks red handed; embezzling thousands and thousands from customers, the register and uncovered their scheme of hiring a third party fluff and fold to actually do the customers laundry! Until this day there are customers who are shocked that this had carried on for as long as it did and feel betrayed by the father/daughter scheme. Now that this fraud has been ironed out, I can legitimately recommend Happy Bubbles Laundry for all your clothing upkeep needs! Angie is a sweetheart and has been hospitable since day one! She is the hardest worker in North Hollywood and has even watched her grandkids while managing the place! She's the first one in and last one out! And what's most impressive is that she seems to always be in good spirits with a smile on her face! This location is one of my sister's go-to laundromats because it's only a few blocks from her home. Since I was staying with her, we decided to walk over together. I carried my laundry by hand, while my sister brought hers in a wagon since she had blankets and several additional items. We arrived around 8:40, and even double checked the sign outside that says last load by 9pm. However, the gentleman working that evening immediately stopped us at the door and told us that the last load was actually at 8:30 PM. The laundromat was fairly empty at the time, so being turned away when we arrived before the stated last-load time was especially frustrating. What made this even more disappointing is that my sister has previously done laundry here after 9:00 PM when a different female employee was working. The inconsistency in when customers are actually allowed to start their final loads is concerning, especially when the business is advertised as being open until 11:00 PM. If the last load is 8:30 PM, that should be clearly and consistently communicated to customers and reflected in the posted hours. Customers should not have to guess which closing policy will apply depending on who happens to be working. My sister and I walked all the way over with our laundry only to be turned away, which was incredibly frustrating and resulted in a very poor first impression for me. I value businesses that are consistent and respectful of their customers' time, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. I won't be returning, but I strongly recommend confirming the actual last-load time before making the trip, as the hours and policies appear to be inconsistent.

This is just anothet mat on the map. This is the laundry mat with the little store inside. It also has vending machines, cold drinks, a coffee machine and massage chairs. Prices are standard. They take coins and cards. Machine are average. Nothing fancy. There is limited folding tables. Not my favorire place. Just your average spot. Parking is ok. There is a lit in the back.

Did my 2 loads of laundry, washed perfectly, removed all the dirt/stains that were on my clothes and dried completely after putting like a $1.25 in each dryer. From what I remember the last time that I was there, prices went up tremendously and drastically. That was kind of shocking for me. $3.50 for each wash that only takes 12 minutes to wash? I didn't like that. But, since I was already there with my hamper full of clothes to wash, I wasn't planning to turn back and go find somewhere else to wash my clothes. Got the job done, still had time to eat a light meal that I took with me, even though they have perks like fully stocked vending machines from drinks to candy, chips, and laundry detergent of so many different kinds. And let's not forget a coffee/latte/capuchino, espresso machine.They also had few items for sale right in the front of the office. Few places I have noticed cute artificial flowers on top of the counters. Plenty of washers and dryers and folding tables. Everyone was doing their laundry and minding their own business. Place was full of diverse people and yes, a lot of black people too. I don't understand why some black people think that they are being discriminated against? While I was there, there were a lot of black men and women with their kids doing their laundry. So people please...... I needed roll of quarters since I didn't have enough with me, and the lady in the office gladly handed me a roll of quarters. Place was clean, little outdated, few machines were out of order, but had signs on for us NOT to use. Will be repaired soon! Things happen lovely people of USA. Nothing and nobody is PERFECT!! This laundry mat is in a small plaza. it's a decent size. I would say it's fairly clean. Has a security locked door that goes into affect after 10pm i believe. they leave instructions on how to obtain the pass code to enter because they are a 24/7 laundry mat. I haven't seen any workers here past 10pm here. I really don't interact with them only because i've never needed to. I come prepared. It's easy when all you're gonna use is the dryer so coins are my only need. I do recommend to try this laundry mat out if you're in need to wash and dry clothes. I believe they have fluff and fold service. they charge by the weight. not by the load. Give them a try. I feel it's secure. very well lit.
