So far, so good. I started using them after the other fluff and fold place increased their rates. And they stopped same day service and overcharged me once. And they were closed on Sundays. Laundry King is very communicative. They are open almost everyday. They have multiple times to get your clothes picked up. And deliver the next day. They also hang all the shirts and pants as I instructed. All in their own dry cleaning plastic bags. The only odd quirk is how aggressively compact they fold shirts and underwear. Oh, and they put the Happy Bubbles bag in it's own plastic bag. read more

Laundry King is nothing short of amazing! Their professionalism is unmatched. They walk a line of being very professional and being business oriented, as well as kind and compassionate. They go the extra mile to provide exemplary service.For example,they even go through and spot clean some of the spots on my children's clothing so that they look brand new again. Their prices are also very reasonable in my opinion. I live in an apartment and there's only three washers to share within the community. I've tried to go to other laundromats in my area only to be treated very poorly. You'll never have that experience at Laundry King. If you are a busy parent who only have so many hours in a week, I encourage you to try this service. It just adds to self-care and quality of life. Called the number from Yelp and The people that answered were professional responsive and beyond helpful. When I went in to drop off my laundry to no surprise the people there were just as professional knowledgeable and helpful. Due to being disabled, I was not able to catch up on laundry so I tried Laundry King on Vanowen! Perfection. The pick up guy was on time and as pleasant as can be! When he returned w my items it was raining - he was drenched and apologized for the bags that they were in were wet! What a sweet young man! The quilts and other clothing is perfect and smells great! Most were positive, and I did see one negative comment about the security guard, but honestly, my experience couldn't have been better. I arrived at 4 AM, and the place was spotless - not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. The machines worked perfectly, and it was such a pleasant, peaceful experience to have the place to myself. At one point, I accidentally spilled some soap, and the security guard, who was very friendly and polite, came over right away to help me clean up. No attitude whatsoever - just genuine helpfulness. All in all, my visit was smooth, the environment was clean, and I left by 6 AM feeling very pleased. I'll definitely be coming back. I came here for the second time today and there's no hot water. I paid $15 for three big loads that were pretty dirty and needed hot water and nothing got cleaned. I had to take everything to another laundromat that hopefully has hot water. The woman working here called the manager and they did refund me the money for the loads, but now I'm out money for all the detergent I just wasted. Most disturbingly though, they did NOT notify anyone else here or put up any kind of sign or anything to let anyone else know there's no hot water. So everyone here today will have no idea there's no hot water and if they need it, they're wasting their money. I had to take my wet clothes out of here to another place a mile away and wasted about an hour of my day and about $10 worth of detergent. The first time I was here was the same thing, no hot water, so I imagine they are trying to maximize profits by not having hot water and they're not telling anyone. Super shady. This was my last time here. It was a nice place when it first got remodeled a few months ago. In fact, my gf and I had fun our first time here. However, once they started getting more people back in, they did the old bait-and-switch and began getting cheap with their services while raising prices. They now have the worst dryers out of the surrounding laundromats. They first started with 10pm per qtr and their "Hot" selection was actually hot. Now, they reduced the time per qtr to 7 min and their "Hot" is slightly above cool. This is done purposely so that you are tricked into putting more quarters to get the same results as before. I ran out of additional quarters than I usually use so I had to take damp clothes home. Imagine having damp clothes after 21 min. This wouldn't happen at the other laundromats I visit where their hot is hot and it would've been 30 mins of drying time. Don't waste your money here, those quarters add up. Any other laundromat not owned by them gives you more value for washer and dryer than this place. I try supporting Armenian businesses when I can, but no longer this place. read more

Been coming to LK for a year now, they're much easier to use than the places that require a wash card. Love the upgrades they've done with the washers & folding area. Even if you forget your coins you can use your phone to pay for the washers/dryers through an app. The morning laundry attendant is the sweetest woman ever. She's so sweet. This is my favorite laundromat! With summer approaching it's getting so hot outside and they always manage to keep the place clean, cool and fresh! Doesn't feel stuffy or suffocating like other places I've been too. The women working here do a great job walking around sweeping and maintaining a clean environment. The washers and dryers work extremely well and they have different size options for what I think are good prices! They have 12, 8 and 6 load washers! They also have the option to pay through an app or use coins which I love too. Can't say enough good things about this place. There are many laundromats closer to my place on the way that I'm always tempted to try out to save on the drive but nothing beats this place. Even the bathrooms stay clean and spotless!! I recently relocated to the area and was unable to find a suitable laundry mat until we came across this one! Every time I visit, I observe the staff keeping the shop sterilized and tidy. They also have a little store where you can buy washing detergent and other items. I had left my blanket there and was worried that they would take it, but it was there in the same spot as the day before. Despite my many calls, the person who answered the phone was quite helpful.
