I've been taking my clothes to Burbank Laundry for their fluff and fold service, and it's been a great experience every time. The process is incredibly easy--they weigh your laundry when you drop it off, ask what type of detergent you'd like them to use, and the turnaround is usually by the next day. Everything comes back clean, neatly folded, and my button-up shirts are placed on hangers, which is a really nice touch. The staff is always friendly and the whole process is quick and hassle-free. It saves me a lot of time, and I know my clothes will be well taken care of. If you're looking for a reliable fluff and fold service in Burbank, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

What a great experience. Nice sparkling clean environment, various size machines, well maintained, well lit laundry room. The icing on the cake is the attendant named Diane. Friendly courteous and very helpful. I had difficulty figuring how the operation worked but she had an answer to all my questions. I thought I was wearing her out but that wasn't the case. She actually came up to me to ask if I needed help when she saw me struggling. Typical bachelor questions. I saw her doing the same for others. For a very mundane chore like doing laundry she made it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place to address your laundry needs. 5 Stars! read more

I definitely recommend this place. The service is great. Stephanie is the best! She is always so helpful, sweet, and hard working.

This is not a friendly laundry mat the woman that you drop your clothes off to are not capable of doing the job, they lost a few of my items on purpose . Hire different cleaners. I'll never be back unless you want your clothes to mysteriously show up missing. I was refunded for my favorite sock that I loved and no longer have. I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

This has been my go-to spot for ages, always plenty of washers and dryers available. As well as tons of parking. Clean facility and super friendly staff there - special shout of to Adela who always makes me feel welcome and is quick to lend a hand. Highly recommend Burbank Laundry if you're looking for a reliable laundrymat! read more

EXTREMELY expensive and you can only pay with cash (bills) or you have to buy a laundry card. They have no app or tap option like most modern laundromats. The timing on the machines is also extremely incorrect to the point that it made me late for work. I set 5 alarms based on the time on the machine, but it wasn't even close to done each time I checked. Put me in a tough spot when I was already really strapped. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now and I've never had an issue with the machines. Now today, 2/15/25, I had an issue washing my dog stuff in the washing machine (4 loader). It froze/stopped at 4 mins. I really like that there's workers on site to assist with anything and I really appreciate the help from Adela. She was quick and very helpful. She helped me do the emergency stop so I can switch to a bigger washer machine and as a courtesy, paid for the wash. I thought that was very great customer service. As most places, will just let you be on your own. So big kudos to Adela! Thank you thank you thank you! And pro tip to everyone, if you got heavy loads, make sure to use the bigger washer machines so you don't get in a situation like I did. read more

I went there on Tuesday 2/12 as my home washing machine isn't working properly. Very updated place and the prices were cheaper than what Google was stating. I am a big fan of Burbank Laundry and believe they provide the best laundry services in the Burbank area, both their self-service laundromat and Fluff and Fold (the later of which I use most often.) The location is always clean, organized, and ready to help me get my things clean when I arrive. All of their staff are delightful to work with, especially Adela who I talk to most often because she works so hard for all of us. For Fluff and Fold, my items are always done perfectly and folded consistently, which is important to speed up putting everything away when I get it home. I can put my trust in others to clean my clothes saving valuable hours of my time. And they are all so nice when I pick up and drop off. Everyone should give Burbank Laundry a try, you will understand the difference from other laundry businesses immediately! read more

I have been visiting this establishment for the past seven years. It is consistently clean and busy, yet there are always enough washing machines for everyone. I always receive excellent service at burbank Laundry! Adela is always very helpful and extremely nice! thank you to the staff!

I've been coming here a few times and sure, it's expensive, but it's clean and the employees are nice. It's also convenient because it's all done with a card-payment system so you don't have to worry about cash or quarters. The reason for the 1 star is because without fail there's been a weird older man in a hat, face mask, gloves, and glasses that will dry his clothes next to all of my dryers and clean the counters on the way to stand right next to me. The wall of dryers will be free to use, there's maybe one other person washing in the entire place (besides the employees), and every time this man just comes up next to me and uses the ones around my clothes. Super uncomfortable, I don't feel safe, and comes off as predatory from how close he gets when there's other dryers open literally all over the wall. Would I come back? Sure, I just have to pack my taser next time and I'll feel better while this guy crowds my personal space. read more

Been a while since the last time I've been to this location. My usual spot close to home was packed and I needed to do last minute laundry before the week. Pro's and con's below: Pro's: 2 stars for cleanliness. the place is well kept. There's an attendant that maintains the facility. They also offer a fluff and fold service. The machines are all in "working" order. There's reserved parking spots in the parking lot for the laundry so you don't have to be lugging your dirty clothes from the other side of the parking lot. Con's: poor ventilation. They keep the doors closed and air low. It's like a sauna in there on a hot day. They use laundry cards for the machines. Unless you keep excellent math while you're doing your laundry you'll find yourself making several trips to reload your card. So hard to find good old fashioned coin laundry places these days. I used the front double load washer. Seemed to have sufficient water and bubbles up just fine. However, some of the machines still had soap on the door that ended up getting on my clean clothes. Some smaller articles of clothing like socks kept getting stuck in the crevice of the front load door. Nasty. Ended up having to take a bunch of clothes to the sink to hand rinse before putting in the dryers. Then you get to the sink and turn the knob the water comes out like a geyser, no controlled water pressure there. Ended up soaking myself and the counter, which I later wiped up because I was born with manners. Then as I start loading the dryers I noticed one of the doors kept flying open. So I used some force to try and keep it shut where the magnet normally picks up. Then I get the attendant (pictured in the red apron) coming at me full force raising her voice asking who's having trouble with the door. (Mind you this was at 4 pm on a Sunday. So those of you that are fortunate enough to not have your own w/d at home know how crowded the public laundry mats can be) So I fess up and say it was me because the door was not keeping shut. She then scolds me and tells me that there's no need to "slam" the door as the machine will automatically "suction it closed. As if I'm supposed to automatically know that because all dryers everywhere have this function? As if there are signs by the dryers that state this unknown fact? I don't know if the lady was just having a bad day or being racist but I didn't appreciate being talked to like a 5 year old. Safe to say this will be my last trip to this location. read more

IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR THE PAST 10 Yrs. Before that, I've gone all over Burbank district, going around looking for the perfect laundry mat where the clothes wouldn't stink and the laundry mat wouldn't be dirty and filthy and the restrooms not being clean. FINALLY I HAD FOUND THE RIGHT ONE. I've been coming here and I LOVE IT. There's 3 specific lady's that make your day all the time you walk in here. Where they make you feel your at home. I believe 2 are the owners (sister) and the other one is a worker her name is ADELA. Not only they keep the place clean and organize but they also clean all the machines inside out for the closes not to stink, and they have filter the water we wash our close with. Many people don't Realize it. They just come and wash without knowing that the water you wash with, matters a lot. The restrooms are always clean. And they also keep the place sanitize. Im a really clean person. My family loves this place. And my boys have become friend with Adele and 1 of Sisters (Owners). I've taken my sweet time to wash and I specifically see how that's lady's work. They always make sure customers close are wash, clean, folded and organize. I have no idea why there's people rating them with 1 star. They shld be thankful that there's workers that are washing close for them. Any ways this is the best laundry Mat I have ever been in. read more

I really enjoy coming to this laundromat! I'm here weekly. It's always clean and Diane is so nice & attentive.

My wife and I used to live in Burbank and although our apartment complex had laundry facilities, we insisted on going to Burbank Laundry. We were hooked after our first visit .. and it isn't just because of the oxidation machines. One day, we started talking to Diane and we're glad we did! My wife and I are picky about customer service and Diane knows exactly what great customer service is. Every time we go, she always has a smile on her face and is available for any assistance along with cordial conversation. AND, Diane always maintains a clean ship. We regularly see her cleaning the floors, wiping the machines, etc. We only try to go whenever she's there for more reasons than one. We are happy to call her our friend, and we will gladly support her wherever she works! read more

Been going here for years, they've always been so helpful today was the first day they told me to go F off. Story: I put my clothes in 2 machines, one works totally fine, the 2nd one continually doesn't try my card. I do it over and over and over, nothing. I then frustratingly move my clothes to another machine. Works first try. BUT it auto washes on warm rather then the cold cycle that I'd like it to do. So I go over to the lady working and I alert her that one of the machines isn't working and that the machine auto'd to warm and to please help me change it to cold her answer was "that machine is working fine, I washed in it this morning, it must be your card. And as far as the auto warm, I don't know what happened but you'll have to stop it and spend another $7 to wash your clothes and I'm not gonna give you a refund." What the heck, dude... 1. It clearly wasn't my card cause the other machines took it no problem and 2. If there's a glitch with your machinery, that's my fault??? Oh go fuck yourself. I'm gonna be looking for another laundromat STAT. After years of coming here it sucks to find out they don't care to help... read more
