I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

This laundry is by far the best laundromat I've ever been to. Granted, it's new but it's totally state of the art and because it's one of the rare fully attended laundries, it's always clean. I love the laundry card system because I earn loyalty bonus' for adding $20 to my card ($2 more!). I can use cash or my debit card instead of fumbling with quarters. They have the nicest washers and dryers I've ever seen. Lots of larger washers and dryers, too. It does get crowded on Sundays. When I used to do my own laundry, I would just get on my iPad and surf on their free WiFi. I now just use their Fluff and Fold service which is awesome! And their attendants are always super nice! I hesitate to write such a glowing review because I'd like it to be a well kept secret but it's in a great location and is already popular after just opening. Everything was so well thought out in building this place and they maintain it so well. Most laundromats I've been to are dumps. read more

This is a very nice laundry. The washing machines and dryers aren't absolutely new, but they work very well. The laundry is pretty clean. There are seats and tables you can use while you wait. There is a goal that this place has the hockey stadium right behind. While my clothes washing, I usually go to take a look how the guys play hockey. They are great fellows. The game is always fascinating. I even had my favorite players. And if there is no hockey, you can always take coffee in 7/11 and take a walk in the park nearby. read more

There is a short Spanish lady with dark brown hair who is very rude. Don't ask for her assistance, although it's her job, she will get sarcastic with you and give an attitude because you need help with a machine! This company needs to do better on hiring attendants. She stands around talking crap in Spanish like it's not 2020 and people don't speak multiple languages! read more

Great place! Everyone is very helpful and quick to offer assistance. Great COVID-19 practices, as you need to wait for your wash to finish in your car. This place is extremely clean. First impression: very clean. The attendant on duty was friendly and helpful. The problems started with payment. The digital/card system was down, so it was quarters only. There's no on-site ATM, so I ran across the street to the liquor store, paid a $3 ATM fee, and came back. Later, when I needed more quarters, the change machine was empty or malfunctioning. The attendant improvised with a vending machine to get me $5 in quarters--above and beyond, but customers shouldn't need workarounds. Comfort and layout are issues, too. There's no indoor seating, and the outdoor metal benches sit in direct sun, so waiting outside is rough; I ended up sitting in my car with the AC on between cycles. Aisles throughout are tight, so moving a cart creates bottlenecks and lots of "excuse me" just to pass. The restroom costs 50¢--I get the deterrence angle, but a customer code would be fairer. Easy fixes: restore digital payment and keep the changer stocked; add an ATM. Comfort upgrades: provide shaded or indoor seating; offer a restroom code for paying customers. Laundry Love is clean and staffed by good people--but payment reliability and basic comfort matter. I'd gladly return if those are addressed; otherwise I'll choose another laundromat next time.
