This place better have new owners because this laundromat looks terrible. All the art has been removed. Trash on the floor and sticky. No signs posted saying sorry for the mess or under construction. Teny Tiny hipster neighborhood laundry mat with good vibes providing loads of fun and I mean loads. I heard about this place from locals when my usual spot closed down. Located next to ballers and brew coffee. The shop is very narrow. There are not a whole lot of machines and dryers but there are enough. There are a few small washers. Most of the washers are large. There are 2 XL dryers at .50 per 10 minutes. The rest are regular dryers. There are 2 small areas to fold clothes on The place is effective and clean. There is parking in back and in front. The customers are all super chill. This place is cool. I like the area. read more

Now that it's under new ownership, it feels clean, the owner is friendly, and the vibe is great. They play cool music and have funny signage inside. It looks like they are trying to fix everything that was broken before like the sink. I'm definitely coming back. read more

It's located in a quiet neighborhood. Although, I came on the Sunday, the day before Memorial Day and so upon arrival, it was empty. Plenty of parking available. Prices for the machines was reasonable, so I was thrilled to be able to walk in and get a machine right away. I'm excited to have found this little gem as an alternative when my locals are super busy. Would definitely make the drive and come back! read more

Loved this place! Our washer and dryer recently broke and with having two little ones weekly laundry is a must! The washer and dryers are such a great size and cut my laundry loads in half. The place is very clean which i appreciate since I'm washing my babies clothes. The location is great too, we go out for a quick bite to eat while we wait. Would recommend to anyone! Inaccurate closing times. The place is really nice and aesthetic, the owner is super cool as well but there is a black guy who works in the evenings that isn't super welcoming and closes the place early. I drove to this laundromat with my sister at 8:30 just to see this guy lock the door on us when on the window it says closing time is at 10 PM. If I could give no stars I would. I am or should I fix myself WAS a regular I always come in and wash my comforters and larger loads of clothes. I came in and got quarters for my dollars like I always do first then proceeded to walk to my car to grab my laundry and as I'm walking out the OWNER is dogging me and looking at me. And I said hello to be sarcastic and asked what he was looking at and he said "don't come back here again" and I continued to explain that I was just exchanging my dollars and I would be back to wash my comforter and he said you're not welcomed here. Let me remind you that I have never seen this man but knew he was the owner as he effortlessly targeted me to get out. After, continuing to walk away he said I will make sure the police are here when you come back, so unnecessary. So rude and super unprofessional! Let alone I was being nice and just wanted to help someone and their own business but the disrespect I received and let alone those prices!!!! I will not be back! Unfortunately, I noticed that 4 of the washers were covered in dog fur after I had put one load in, so I only did one cycle and left without finishing my laundry. Also, the tops of the washers were dirty. Tight space to move around if there are more than 3 people inside. I'm pretty disgusted by my experience, and I'm headed to another business now to finish my laundry. read more

Clean! Clean! Clean!! It's so hard to find a laundromat that is properly maintained and the machines are all in working condition. I used this laundry mat based on a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad I did. I've been back many times now and every time all of the machines and surfaces are well maintained. There's always a staff member on site sanitizing and providing customer service. This laundromat must be under new management. I stopped coming here because of the issues I've had in the past with washers not working and no change in the change machine, but I decided to pop in when I noticed some work being done last month. There has been so many improvements to the place which makes it so much nicer! The lighting doesn't look creepy at night anymore, I feel comfortable being here at any time of the day! There's new washers that are actually WORKING now and I haven't had any issues getting quarters from the change machine. I will be coming back again and again and again! Oh and the cherry on top.... I've been to a few laundry mats around town, but this by far is the best laundry mat in Burbank and surrounding cities. I go here 3-4 times a month and the experience is great. They have amazing customer service, free wifi, and very clean machines. Overall, the laundry mat is always clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient to other stores (Starbucks, subway, etc) if you want to kill some time. I am a regular at this business and recommend anyone to do laundry here, that is in the area. read more

I've been coming here for 4 yrs. in the last year, it has really gone down hill. Most of the machines are down or the change machine is on blink. For months now , the lights are out . Only 2 bulbs are lit. This is not safe . I came in tonight to a soaking wet floor and the lights were dim. Any one could of took a header . I know it's burbank and all. Tends to be less crowded than most places but recently the machines are often out of order and it's not as clean as it used to be a few months ago. The quarter dispenser has been empty a few times and hand paper towels are not available to wipe off messes. This place really saved me yesterday. With the gas turned off for TWO DAYS while the repair crew replaced my house's 1923 gas piping, I was cast adrift without my hot water, heat, stove, washer, and dryer. I dreaded going to the laundromat, remembering the really scuzzy places where I had to do my wash when I was a single girl in the Seventies in the Silverlake district. But this place was so pleasantly different -- CLEAN, bright, well-stocked (and a working change machine!). And--drum-roll here--only ONE washer was marked "out of order." This is the best laundromat in the whole CITY!! I have never been to a place where all the machines work and don't eat up all your quarters!! Coin machine is always working and they keep up with the place always keeping it lookn great!! Owners are super nice and patient and never mind waiting a couple minutes when I'm running late.
