The staff is beyond rude and wouldn't let me wash my clothes because "we close at 21:00". There are no longer posted hours. The staff closes when they want to. You get grief if you want to use a folding table and even if you stuff will be folded before theirs is even dry, you get told "I just cleaned it, I need this to fold mine, I just cleaned it". This is the last time as a paying customer that doesn't cause trouble, normally washes during the day and leaves without a fuss. If your staff wants to be disrespectful and lie to justify closing early, then tells me "call the owners", fine. I will call the owners and I will leave reviews that everyone will see. read more

Folks this place is a wolf in sheep's clothing. There place is clean and plenty of parking if you go early. Unfortunately that's all that's good, the washer machines are not cheap and don't work all the time(horrible attendant on duty). The worst part is there dryer's 50 cents for 5 minutes!!! On the big dryer's. 25 cents on the small one's the problem is they take up to 4 minutes to actually get hot (I timed them). The coin accepter doesn't work unless you push the coin in fast and hard. (Again horrible attendant). The time that I went 6:30am. My normal place was crowded because they don't rip you off. Total cost to due 3 normal loads $21.00!!!!. I will never go here again and if you do then you're an idiot. Stop going so the owner will have no choice but to be fair and lower the cost! read more

Today 3/18/25 at 9:00 pm , I am doing laundry, there is NO WATER , & NO SOAP, I wanted to go to restroom to wash my hands , the restroom is CLOSED and it says employee only. So where the hell customers should go to bathroom or wash hands. The paper towel is adjusted so you can't use much. I spend 30$ weekly in this disgusting place with no hygiene products and with no comfort for customers. Taking my 120$ a month to somewhere else where they valie customers. Probably the cleanest and well equipped laundromat in Glendale/Burbank. After visiting numerous other laundromats, this one has the cleanest equipment, environment, and plenty of resources (hand washing station, many choices of soap, etc) to choose from. They also appear to have newer equipment which makes the process easier and more efficient. Lots of parking, and prices have been lower than other laundromats I've been to. Nice & Clean is the only place I'll trust with my laundry. read more

I used to come here and it was good I was happy but I came today and the lady who is working here she complained about the time I came in and she said she wants to close it at 9:00 pm but on windows said the last wash is at 10:00 pm and honestly I didn't want that headache and seeing bad attitude and arguing and I was not the only one in there there were 2 other people who were washing their clothes. My family and I had a very bad experience in this laundromat and I don't think I'll go there again and give my business to them anymore. read more

Average laundry place. Interesting people in the place. Everyone kept to themselves for the most part. A pushy woman came over by me and opened my washing machine right as it had finished, while I was unloading another washer. I told her yup that's my stuff and I'll get to it when I'm done unloading this washer, she then went over to the other washer I had and did the same. That's pretty rude, esp if you just stare at me and say nothing? I didn't realize she worked there until I saw her doing this to others, basically rushing you the minute your machine stops, to jump to attention and somehow magically grow many arms that can unload all washers at once. So I don't normally feel the need the leave bad reviews on yelp. But I just had to for this establishment. I live close by and the dryer at my apartment complex is broken so I had brought a basket of wet clothes to use the dryers here. I left the basket in my car and went in first to check the prices of the dryer and to get change. Right after I inserted my first dollar a man quickly came up, got in my face (no thought of social distancing) and aggressively told me I can not get change here. I explained to him I have wet clothes and was just getting my change first but he was so rude, his attitude was unnecessary. He took my quarters out of the machine and said I had to have the clothes with me. I asked him what about my change that was in the machine and could i have my money back and he did give me back a dollar bill. The problem is not that they have this policy, the problem was how aggressive he was with me. As if I were a shoplifter or something it was unreal. Needless to say, I took my basket of wet clothes and will find somewhere else. I wouldn't even feel comfortable going back in there now. So unprofessional and rude. New to the area. I had to go out to do Laundry found this place near me. The lady attendance does not speak English. When asked to exchange coins for quarter she says do not have. Also, the Dryer will take all your money even if placed on high, i think is scam where you choose high but is drying on low. I have gone to other laundry places and never have an issue with dryers. I do not recommend this place, also the lack of friendliness and helpfulness is missing. She repeadly tell you what time they close, when you have no control of their sucky dryers. I could give a zero stars i would. PS- most laundry places will have quarter if you ask to exchange for lose coins as they should. read more

If you want to pay full regular prices for large washers that have hot water disabled/disconnected come here! It gets better! the washer doesn't know its not hooked up! so it will tumble your clothes completely dry with soap for the low price of 8$! what a deal! read more

I almost never need to go to a coin laundry unless I really need it. I went here today and let me tell you the service was awful. When I was doing my laundry, everything was very expensive. Good and convenient location. Never had any problem here. Near is subway to have a lunch while washing, and Starbucks across the street to drink coffee. I love the smell here, it's amazing. Enough of wash machines, never had to wait. read more

Washing. Drying. Folding. All action words. And a basic necessity to modern life. I do it every week. And yeah, there's a washer and dryer in my apartment complex, but just one of each. Also, there have been issues.... Like clothes have disappeared, smeared poop on the dryer, reused condoms being washed & melted, tennis ball in the dryer. I couldn't walk walk into that washroom today and deal with any frustrations. I stared it in the face, placed my hamper of clothes on the ground and ran upstairs for my car keys. Coin Laundry around the corner and up Glenoakes I went.... It's pretty decent inside. Hmmpppt, okay. Well, I wasn't sure if my Tide Pods were going in the washer. So I tried to get some Cheer powder and my buck of quarters got stuck. The manager lady doesn't have keys, however, she was really nice and gave me a scoop of powder..... Just when my Tide Pods melted into the clothes. Yeah, and now.... I wait to place everything in the dryer. They have single ($1.75) and triple ($3.50) load washers. The dryers ($0.25 per 8-minutes). And so I wait. I brought a magazine to read, and there are vending machines with goodies (apple soda and Pepsi products) but I'm Yelping. And a man walked in mummified with brown, black and textured male belts for sale. What a place! Right? I thought so too! I'm sweating. It's hot. Not an air conditioned place, but there are plenty circulating fans. read more

It's the closest laundromat to where I live, and I've been going there every other week for almost 2 years, but not going back there after today. It would have been an ok laundromat for the area--it's busy at times but usually there are enough washers/dryers. Although there's usually enough parking, there are issues with the parking lot's surfaces and especially with the ramp's surface. Smoking at the tables near the doors are the usual Glendale thing, and nobody bothers about it in Glendale. But of course this Nice&Clean is not particularly clean and definitely not nice. The negative reviews about the attendants are true. The reason I am writing this review today is because the male attendant (if he's an owner, it makes this situation so much worse) yelled at me: When I arrived, I went to the coin change machine to get quarters, and the male attendant started telling me that the machine is out of change, and I "should go to the bank". When I made an attempt to clarify (thinking he may have assumed I wasn't a customer since I hadn't unloaded my laundry yet), he got irritated and started yelling at me: "This is not a bank, go to the Bank of America across the street". There were no apologies about the machine being out of quarters, and no apologies for his tone. I just went to another laundromat (on Gleanoaks and Santa Anita in Burbank, a few blocks away) and got my laundry done without any drama. read more

Clearly says LAST WASH 10PM. The attendant was saying to me that they close a quarter before 10pm. The owner really needs to change the sign if they're going to be closing before 10. It's not the first time they've tried stopping me from entering the facility. I usually get here 15-30 min before and they're still bothered. It's not my fault the sign says that my last wash could be done at 10pm. Never coming back. I'm so annoyed. Didn't even wash my clothes right . The lady who worked there threw a fit about me parking in "her spot" when there wasn't a sign claiming it was meant for any of the employees to begin with. This location started out as a well run laundromat (I have been coming here weekly for 5+ years), but the owners are no longer taking care of the equipment. Though the facility appears quite clean, the washing machines frequently have mechanical problems and VERY OFTEN now have only cold water regardless of the setting chosen. Like most people, I wash whites in hot water and with this selection, the machines are filling with ice cold water. The lack of hot water has been brought to the owners attention on more than one occasion, so I am assuming that this is a cost saving attempt on their part. Oddly, the owners raised their prices around the same time as choosing to not care for their equipment...maybe an indication of larger financial problems. Also, expect area residents to frequently come in with huge loads to dry that have been washed @ home, thus tying up dryers for the customers with wet clothes washed @ the laundromat. Adding further insult, the owners actually charge 25 cents to use the public restroom. I'm here for 2 hours washing clothes, spending on average $20.+ and they want to nickel and dime me to relieve myself! Worse still, there are no toilet seat liners, toilet paper, or paper towels stocked in the bathroom! Hey, you cheap idiots, use some of the restroom money you collect from customers to stock the damn supplies as basic human decency! TIME TO FIND ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT! read more

This establishment has clearly never heard of service with a smile. Multiple times I've been turned away before the last wash time of "9:30". So this time, I get there over an hour and a half before the last wash time and am greeted with a lovely dirty look of disgust. It very much feels like I'm stealing by walking into this laundromat he way she looks at ya. Needless to say before I have finished even folding my laundry, this lady expresses her disgust and tells me to come earlier than 8 next time. The bloody dryers took forever and still left them somewhat wet but the customers definitely not right here. Overall, horrible experiences here. Would not recommend this place unless you are looking to find an experience most closely related to being racially profiled for your patronage. read more

OMG!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! And all over QUARTERS!!! I've come here once a week for the last year ( exactly a year as April 1st marks my first year living across the street from this place). It's always been a decent experience.. machines work okay and I never interacted with staff but always noticed this one old lady standing outside in a blue apron smoking a cigarette and drinking.. I assumed she "worked" there and today proved that she does.. to the this establishment's detriment. I came here about half an hour ago to get quarters for my laundry. As I started toward the quarter machine this lady literally blocked me saying I couldn't use it. I told her I needed quarters and she said no. I said yes and walked toward the machine. She literally RAN in front of me and blocked the machine with both arms like she was blocking a goal that I was trying to make. She proceeded to tell me I couldn't use it and it was a "laundry mat". I explained (angrily) that I live across the street and come here once a week and I need quarters. She continued to block me and then called someone and spoke to them about me and then she walked away while still on the phone and said I could use it but just this time. As I walked back to my car she followed me out and asked my name and I told her it didn't matter. She then asked me if I was from Mexico and I said no. She asked me where I was from and I told her it didn't matter. The point was "that she was being rude and acting like a quarter Nazi" and I walked away. Despite this being such a convenient location I will NEVER come back here. Who treats their customers like this? And over QUARTERS! Why is the machine there if not to get change from? This place is horrible! This is the second time that we dry something in their dryers and they still come out soaking wet! The first time no one was here to help us, so we just moved everything to a different dryer. The second time, I approached the lady very nicely and informed her that one of her machines wasn't drying. We had 6 dryers going to we wouldn't put too much on just one or 3. The rest were fine and she told me "you have to put 5 quarters not 3" I told her "the rest are dry and this is the second time this happens to us." She insisted it was my fault so I said "you know what, whatever. We're not coming here anymore! You have horrible customer service." She's loosing a customer and hundreds in the future over 3 insignificant quarters that she could have easily returned to me to use in another dryer. WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!! The owners are maliciously rude, decline to help customers with even a diminutive question, and their professionalism is nonexistent. I went in yesterday to exchange just $5 in order to do laundry after I went shopping at smart and final which is next door. I inserted my $5 bill and nothing came out. So, I politely asked the woman who owned this business if I could get change or my money back. I know she and her husband own the facility since I've seen them before closing the business down when I've done late night laundry and I also heard her mention that she was the owner to another customer a while back. Immediately, she responded with a very ill-mannered tone that, "The machine has no more coins and if you want, you can call the number on the machine to complain" She also lied and informed me that she was just a worker in order to avoid potential conversation with me. Again, I politely responded with "Ma'am, it's just $5" and before I could say another word, she once again discourteously responded (as well as used hand gestures implicating "go away") with "that's not my problem! I told you already, you need to call the number!". Keep in mind, the number she speaks of is her number that is set up to a voicemail so there would be absolutely zero possibility that I would just get my $5 back. She basically held my money hostage and walked off. I have never encountered such a horrible experience and it quite honestly ruined my day since she had such a negative, irrelevant attitude towards me and this simple situation. I understand I couldn't get the change back but I could not understand why she could not return my $5. Do NOT go here and have your day ruined like mine was. This place should be called GREEDY AND DIRTY not nice and clean! Came here for the first time to do 30-40 dollars worth of laundry, left angry and with dirty clothes! Two of the machines left my clothes as dirty as I put them in, one of the machines wasn't even dispensing water or the detergent I had put in! In other words, my clothes tumbled around for 20 minutes in filth water! Dryers don't even dry your clothes thoroughly, waste a dollar on each load still clothes come out damp! But the best part of this sh*t hole, is the blonde hag that works there or owns this filth of a laundromat, I don't know which is worse! Nasty attitude with no professionalism what's so ever! If I could I'd give no stars at all. I've been washing my clothes here for a while but never again. I don't know who this blonde lady is.. owner or just an attendant but she was rude and unprofessional. I brought my cousin with me this time and she had 4 large loads of laundry to do and myself included we did about $50 worth of laundry. One of the machines my cousin was using had almost no water in it and the detergent didn't go through either so for 20+ minutes it just spun dirty clothes.. we asked her to put money in another machine for us to rewash the clothes and she gave such an attitude and said it wasn't her fault. So who's fault is it!? Ours? What were we supposed to do take dirty clothes back home with us? We were insisting that they have to pay for us to rewash the clothes in another machine and she was giving us more attitude until it got unpleasant and I had to raise my voice. I've never seen such unprofessional service at a laundromat before. I will no longer be washing my clothes here and neither will anyone else I know. I'm so annoyed by her attitude and demeanor. These people need to learn some customer service.. Don't wash your clothes here because if anything happens to go wrong with their machines it's going to be your fault!! read more

Great little spot to get laundry done! Change machines work, lots of table space to fold, carts available and pretty quiet during the day. Basic wash $1.75 for 22 mins and dryers are $0.25 for 7 mins. Food vending machines and TV to keep you entertained. Very clean and organized. read more
