She said to come back in two days which I did and I tried on the hemmed pants and was happy with the final product. I have been going there for at least fifteen or more years. The owners are always so sweet and take great care of anything I bring in for dry cleaning. The two pairs were identical just different colors so I thought they would only need to pin up one. They explained that although the pants are supposed to be identical, they probably aren't. And sure enough, they weren't so good call on their parts. The hems were perfect. I also needed a specialty zipper changed. I have a cover for a bike seat that has a medium duty zipper on it and the zipper had failed. I asked them if they could replace it with a heavy duty zipper and they said yes. The zipper they installed works perfectly!
