They're friendly, clean and take care of my most delicate items, like silk and cashmere. I drive from Pasadena to Flintridge cleaners because other businesses near me didn't meet the above requirements. If you've ever been stressed about where to take your clothes, choose this place! It's a SEAMLESS choice.

GREAT DRY CLEANER AND ALTERATIONS IN LA CANADA…read more============================================== I can't believe I haven't reviewed Flintridge Cleaners before now. I have been going there for at least fifteen or more years. The owners are always so sweet and take great care of anything I bring in for dry cleaning. When I need minor alterations I go there as well. Back in the day when I needed Boy Scout badges sewn on my son's sash they always did a great job. They hemmed his uniforms multiple times. I think I have taken other things like pants in for alterations. I feel bad I've not reviewed them until now, but thankfully Yelp reminded me. They are right next door to Cakery Bakery and very close to See's Candies.

They not only fixed my zipper by replacing it completely, they also did so in a very timely manner as I needed these alterations done within a few days. They were also very kind. I will make sure to visit them for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs.

They truly go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and take great pride in the quality of their work. It's rare to find a business that is so reliable, attentive, and genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend La Crescenta Cleaners to anyone looking for top-quality dry cleaning and outstanding service. They've definitely earned a loyal customer! Thank you for your service.

When I received it, the bust size was two sizes too big and the waist was huge. For the life of me, I do not understand how it cost $200 to hem a dress and take it in at the sides. Now, I am in a wedding this weekend and my dress is a disaster. Go here if you love being swindled and patronized for being upset.

I've been a frequent customer of Swiss Cleaners and have used them many times for dry cleaning and…read morealterations, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I recently brought in an outfit to be altered for the holiday weekend. When I picked it up, I noticed an issue with the alteration. The person at the front initially said they would steam it to remove the wrinkle, then came back and said it actually needed to be sewn. I agreed and returned the next day to pick it up. When I picked it up, I wanted to try the outfit on, which is standard when alterations are done, but the tailor insisted it was altered exactly how I wanted it and discouraged me from trying it on there. The outfit remained in the plastic until I later opened it, and I immediately noticed a stain in the same area where the additional alteration had been done. I took a photo and went back to address it after the holiday. Instead of taking any responsibility or even trying to resolve the issue, I was accused of lying. There was no accountability, no apology, no offer of a credit or compensation, and the interaction was rude and dismissive. As someone who has supported this neighborhood business many times, I found it shocking that they would rather lose a repeat customer than offer a simple resolution. I will not be returning.

GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A DRESS ALTERED…read more================================== I found out about Andre's from a community FB group, so I decided to try it. I needed to have minor alterations done for my mother of the groom wedding dress. They have another business nearby that does dry cleaning, so I had my dress sent there after it was altered. Andre's only takes cash or Venmo, but they were able to use my credit card at their dry cleaning business.

When I asked the owner, the gentleman, what happened--he screamed at me and kicked me out of the store. The best thing that is that they have the plant on site and they don't send your clothes to another company to get cleaned. No middle man because I don't know about you, but I want to know exactly who is touching and handling my clothes!! I get my husband's clothes pressed here all the time and all his suits and dress shirts come out perfectly!! Every little spot that we have gotten on our clothes, Sung has been able to take out. He kindly reminds us not to put any chemicals on it so we don't ruin our clothes. I've stopped making any attempts to take out any spots on my own and he takes everything out from wine spots, food spots, grass stains etc. It's not worth it because he takes it out beautifully every time. The biggest rave I have about this place was most recently when I brought in my wedding dress for alterations. They did a beautiful job!!! I was one week away from the wedding and had dropped too much weight and my dress was falling off. In a state of panic, I came to the cleaners and Sunny put me at ease and got everything altered just in time. So of course, I had the most beautiful dress in all the world, pressed beautifully and cleaned even better afterwards. My reception dress was absolutely horrendous after the party and he got it out clean with no problems or extra charge. Anyone who comes in will see that their customers adore them. They are always dropping off little gifts for them and staying late to chat even after . Such a friendly environment for customers. Probably doesn't have a lot of yelp reviews because a lot of their customers are a older regulars who may not utilize yelp as often... if you live in the area.. this is the place to go!!
