I had a great experience here! They did an amazing job cleaning my wedding gown and got all the dirt out. It looked brand new again. Mike helped with the dress and was very friendly and professional. Mike and Cici worked absolute magic. We had already accepted that this very expensive shirt was ruined after it was accidentally washed, dried, and left with heat damage and fabric softener stains. So glad I found you guys!! I'm always hesitant to take my clothes to the dry cleaners, but my 12-panel floor-length curtains needed some serious care, and I'm SO glad I found Presto Cleaners! I was referred here and told I'd be in good hands, and wow... they were absolutely right. They can clean it all!!! Not just clothes. I had such a great experience with Presto Cleaners! I met with the owner to talk through cleaning my performance linen couch covers from a very expensive, custom-made couch, and I was honestly a little nervous about trusting anyone with them. But the team handled everything with so much care and professionalism. They cleaned all the pieces beautifully, and they look brand new. I have been coming here for a few years now and the entire team is amazing . From the front desk to the person in charge of alterations . They always deliver . What made me write a review is this last time I needed it one of my favorite jackets to be cleaned . It had gotten some paint on it that wouldn't come off . Mike told me he would try his best . I wasn't expecting anything I was glad he was going to try but he did it ! It look just like new . If you need some professional cleaners, you can't go wrong with them . read more

In a total bind, I called Presto at 7:30 am asking if they can have a formal dress cleaned and pressed the same day by 4. They quickly went thru the ranks asking the back team if they can do it and she circled back with a "yes! If you can be here in 15 min". I got there quickly while they held their load and included me in the run. I also have an alteration that doesn't require my presence to the same dress of which the seamstress is on standby to make that happen as well once my dress is cleaned. They are professional- and courteous - and work with you to solve your last minute dilemma! I admit I used to go to Presto years ago and loved them. There was a management change and they were horrible. Few years after that, a new management change (the current team) and they couldn't be better!! Like my in-house stylist team. Appreciate you guys so much! If you're on the fence because of a few questionable reviews - don't be - these guys are the real deal and "currently super professional and super courteous". Where do I begin!? The team at Presto Cleaners are a life saver! My fiancé has been going them for years and there have been 3 instances within the past month where they have saved me! The first was I had an event to go in San Francisco on a Saturday (I'm from Los Angeles) and two nights before I realized there was a stain on my dress, so my fiance took it the next day and they were able to get rid of the stain with a spray and it worked like magic! The second time was i had a stain on a very complicated delicate dress that was covered in all sorts embellishments and they were able to revive the dress as good as new! Lastly, I went this past week to drop off a gorgeous colorful gown which had a horrible accident (a friend had accidentally thrown up a bit on me, friend is all good though!) and lord and behold, Presto Cleaners came and saved the day! It was my first time going in myself and i was greeted by the lovely Cece. I explained to her what had happened so she brought Mike (the owner) to the front to examine the dress and explain how they were going to fix it. I couldn't be more happier with the service i was provided with by the most kind and amazing staff! Truly grateful, thank you Presto Cleaners!! read more

They provide amazing and very professional service, and the staff are amazing. My husband and I take all our dry cleaning and alteration needs to them. I recently took my wedding dress and they did an exceptional job cleaning it. The owner also did a great job preserving the rhinestones and the beads on the dress and the veil. The box they provided was perfect for preserving the dress from turning yellow. Their prices are very reasonable and fair. My husband and I definitely recommend them!!!! read more

I came to have a very delicate and heavy white designer dress cleaned here. It had dirt stains on it that were hard to get out. The manager came out to explain everything they would do to clean it and if I agreed. I did and they left it as good as new! I'm so pleased and relieved that I brought my dress here. If there is one review on here that can explain why Presto Cleaners should be your only cleaner you will ever need, it will be this one. I've been coming to Presto Cleaners for a few years now. Extremely friendly service and great prices for your usual dry cleaning needs (suits, shirts, dresses, sweaters, etc.) but this post is specifically for the incredible job Mike and his team did on my wife's wedding dress. Back story is that we got married in Mexico and the photographer made us get a little too close to the water and my wife's dress got very wet right at the beginning of the festivities. Add multiple hours of walking and dancing and you end up with a destroyed white sating dress covered in black dirt (see the attached picture). We brought the dress back and it was still wet after a few days of travel. Mike gave me a call and said he would try his best and to give him a few weeks to work on it. Well as you can see by the second picture, Mike and his team are literal magicians doing miracle work at Presto Cleaners. The dress looks brand new. My wife was so upset thinking her dress was ruined, but it looks incredible now and she is a happy camper (happy wife, happy life). Thank you so much to Mike and the team! read more

If I could give 100/10 I would. Mike, the owner, cleaned my very complicated dress perfectly. I spilled cranberry juice all over a white dress that is covered with mirrored tiles all over (yes you read that correctly lol). Making it an impossible dress to clean. He took the time to hand wash my dress and removed every stain without one piece of the mirrored tiles coming off. I'm truly impressed and grateful! read more

Since moving to the area ~2 years ago, Presto Cleaners has been our go-to spot for all our dry cleaning and alteration needs. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and (most importantly) the items get cleaned!! They take great pride in their work and your satisfaction is very important to them. They're a local shop and know that the customers are all their neighbors, so they take a bit more care with how they treat you and your clothing. I'm a frequent customer--I'm there 2-3x a week, and I won't go anywhere else. Mike is the best! CeCe is a personal favorite-- she knows my order and preps it just as soon as she sees me get out of my car. A+ read more

I'd like to understand why the commitment is made but not fulfilled, and whether there is a reliable process in place to ensure fragrance-free washing. OVERPRICED SLOPPY BULL…read more New Era Dry Cleaning completely ruined my fiancé's suit. This place has absolutely no business offering tailoring services. They promised a specific completion date and still took over a week and a half. No communication, no urgency, no professionalism. Then they had the nerve to charge $100 for what turned out to be some of the worst tailoring I have ever seen in my life. Instead of properly shortening the sleeves like a real tailor, they took the laziest, most amateur shortcut possible. They literally folded the sleeve inward and stitched it. Because of this, they destroyed the original sleeve structure and button design. What was once a properly tailored suit with multiple button slits was reduced to ONE sloppy, butchered slit. The buttons were overlapped, crooked, and misaligned. It looked cheap, rushed, and careless. The pants were just as bad. They were supposed to be shortened evenly, yet they came back at completely different lengths. When we pointed out their mistake, they actually suggested that maybe my fiancé has two different leg lengths. Instead of admitting their incompetence, they tried to blame the customer. That was beyond insulting. When my fiancé confronted the owner, Eileen, she took ZERO accountability. No apology. No refund. No credit. Nothing. Just constant excuses and defensive nonsense to protect her "tailor." That tells you everything you need to know about how this business operates. We took the suit to a real professional tailor afterward, and even he was shocked. His exact reaction was that the work was horrendous, sloppy, and lazy. He had to undo their mess and redo everything properly. This was not a minor mistake. This was pure incompetence and disrespect for the customer's time, money, and clothing. Do yourself a favor and never trust New Era Dry Cleaning with anything you care about. I wouldn't let them touch a suit, a dress, or even a basic hem. We will never return, and I will actively warn everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

I have to agree with Chris C. and Vanuhi B. regarding their experiences. Do not trust your valuable clothing with this drycleaner! I have been trying to reach the owner for over a month - he will not return my call. The clerks are very embarrassed (it would appear that they are accustomed to disgruntled customers calling every day looking for Greg) Presto Cleaners has a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. According to the BBB this is what "F" means: Company Rating F Our opinion of what this rating means: We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices. Pay a few pennies more - and give your hard earned money to a cleaner who cares - and is a responsible business person! read more

I recently dropped off my wedding dress at this dry cleaners and I couldn't be happier with the result. They did an amazing job cleaning my dress and it looks just as beautiful as it did on my wedding day. I'm so glad that I will be able to keep it forever. I have been enjoying the warm, mom & pop neighborhood charm, affordable dry cleaning, and tailor services at Presto Cleaners for many years and won't go anywhere else. Their lovely tailor even repaired an old porcelain doll's dress and added sleaves to a favorite sleeveless dress. Impressive! Had an emergency cleaning (stained formal wear) that needed to be cleaned same day for the next day's event. I showed up Friday morning and Mike (Owner) was nice enough to take care of the issue on the spot. He removed the stain within 10 minutes and sent me on my way! Life saver! read more
