Take your laundry and business elsewhere. It's not worth it. There was an issue with the washing machine I used which caused excess water in the drum that spilled water onto the floor when I removed my clothes. I went to report the issue to the attendant and he started yelling at me before I even got one word in. He also aggressively slammed washer doors and equipment around while "helping" me with the issue. He was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I get the impression from other reviews that he acts this way to women who are by themselves in the laundromat - steer clear. read more

Horrible Laundromat, horrible customer service. My girlfriend went into the laundormat at night and the machine took her money but didn't count it and when she brought it up with the employee, he claimed that it happens and it's okay. When confronted, he started cussing at her and after some back and forth disrespectful language, he gave the money back and as soon as she walked out and checked the money, she saw that it wasn't even American. Due to the Altadena fires I needed to wash my clothing and came here. Do not wash your. Lights here. The waning machines and dryers are very old. The dryers also burned some of my kids clothing. While washing another customer next to me clothing got stuck in MacBook and wasn't able to remove the clothing. The owner was called but they never answered. Take your harness else where. I like this place. It's clean and reasonable priced but it's ALWAYS full of cigarette smoke. The men who seem to work here smoke right outside the doors with their friends and there is no getting away from it. I'll be sorry to have to find another laundry but between smelling like cigarette smoke and the asthma attacks it's not really worth it to continue to come here. read more

Large clean washers (I did not use the dryers). It was $6 a load for the Big washer. I did two loads but could have (should have) easily combined them. Roughly 30 minutes to do the full wash so that was good. Benches for waiting but I was lucky to get two of the washers than can be seen from the parking lot 10 feet away. Will definitely come here again should I need a to do a lot of loads at once or large items like bedspreads. read more

AGGRESSIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL! the older man that works here is beyond rude, unkind and very mean. He made me cry out of how loud he yelled at me in front of others because every machine I used seemed to have a problem. I had such rage because I have respect for my elders. Do not come here! I don't always do my laundry here, but only because I can do it at my moms house or I can do it at my apartment but I hate that so I found this place. It is never overly packed. The machines and the place is clean. AND you don't need quarters or one of those cards to pay, you can use you phone! Which also tells you how much time is left of your washer/dryer! The owner or man working here is very attentive, helpful and kind. I've only been here a handful of time but the first time I came he saw I looked confused and offered his help. I paid with my phone and one machine worked fine then the other I couldn't get it to start up. He went right ahead and grabbed quarters from the back and got it going for me. And today he saw two women chatting while drying, one was sitting and one was standing and he went to his office and grabbed a chair for the other lady to sit in. Also I wanted to mention I think it is nice that they have a designated "pet stuff" washer, I wish they had another one a bit bigger but this is nice because I have been to places that try to restrict you from washing certain items. read more

Tried this place today for the first time. It is easily located in my neighborhood. Very clean with new machines and very attentive, friendly staff to help if you have a problem. I would definitely go here again, though the place was very crowded due to it being a weekend and all the rainy weather. Highly recommended place. I forgot the name of the attendant but he was very helpful. I left my soap and my softener and went back the next evening and he had saved it. My washing machine broke and I'm forced to venture out into the laundromat world since 2005. I chose Adam Circle Laundry thinking it was a different location, but it was convenient nonetheless. Facilities were clean and it wasn't busy (Tuesday morning, so I didn't expect it to be). My visit had a few bumps but overall it was a pleasant stay. Positive: Pay by phone. It's been so long since I've done this, so (of course) there's an app. It was very easy and convenient. It even tells you how much time is left. Negative: The calibration was off by 7 minutes. No biggie, but I expected technology to be better than that. Huge Negative: The machine locked up on me and I couldn't get my wash out. (That could happen anywhere, but seriously, I'd like it not to do that on my first time out) Huge Positive: The friendly staff got right on it and fixed it in under 10 minutes. Bonus: The difference in time made folding my clothes easier. I didn't have to rush to get it all done at once. Would I use them again? Absolutely! (If I have to. Came around 9pm since they are open until 10 supposedly. Older man working said they were closing early and turned off the open sign. I want to start off by saying I HATE doing laundry. I tend to buy more clothes so I don't have to do laundry as often. Of course though it needs to be done one way or another. So I was really looking for an option close by and found the Glendale Laundry (Adam's Square) Wash and Fold service. I figured I'd try it since I was running out of clean clothes, and wow was I impressed. Not only was the service great but the turn around was quick too. Dropped off my clothes in the morning before heading into work and picked it up the next day. The price was great and the folds were perfect and clothes was fresh and clean. Instead of spending hours and hours I can use my time on better things and not have to wait, worry about detergent, folding my clothes, etc. I hope this review is helpful for those who hate doing laundry as I do. Would recommend the wash and fold service to anyone nearby that wants peace of mind. read more

If you need to speak with an attendant, this is not the place for you. The washers and dryers use the Pay Range app. There is a note on the change machine to see the attendant. However there is no one to help you and no way to try to contact them (no bell etc). The area where you would drop/off pick up your laundry (for them to launder) is unattended with the door open as well. The parking lot is very small and there are creepy people here. I was followed around by an older guy who would stand and stare at me inside when I was trying to scope out the machines and cost. Theb he was staring at a little girl at the end of the row I was standing in. And he also came outside to watch me when I was in my car leaving. I'm probably too old for his taste. This does not feel the safest of places. And be sure to read the owner/manager's response to my review. His attendant did not ask if I needed any help, just lurked around. And anyone could have taken someone's clothing from the unattended area. And I stood there waiting at the counter and he didn't do anything. So obviously my business was not wanted nor did they want to deal with me. (He amended his comment where he told me to basically take my laundry from wherever I go to free up washers and dryers for other customers.) Response to the manager/owner's update: Your 'attendant' at no point asked me if I needed help. That is terrible customer service. I didn't know if your machines would also take quarters so I am looking for signs, what was available and the sizes available. I am not hauling my laundry in if there aren't any available washers or if I am unable to use quarters. I don't use Pay Range. I went to the change machine to see if there was a sign that said that only the Pay Range app would be used. The sign just said to see the attendant. That is when I went to the unattended counter, saw there wasn't any ability to call an attendant (bell etc), I knocked on the door, no response. Since your 'attendant' was watching me waiting at the counter, I obviously needed assistance. He did not approach, he actually managed to disappear from my sight when I looked into the laundromat. However when I when I left and got into my car, he appeared again near the front door. He said something to a female customer sitting on the bench by the front door, that made her laugh. Her companion next to her did not find it amusing. I am parked right in front of your front door watching this exchange. As I drive away, he is on the outside sidewalk at the far end of the laundromat (away from the front door) watching me leave. This is hands down the best laundromat I've been too. The men who run the place are friendly and helpful. The machines are affordable and in good shape, and the place is very clean. I was able to pay for everything using my phone. It's located in a nice little neighborhood with easy parking. I'm visiting my child at Occidental College and needed to do a few loads of laundry. It took about 9 minutes to get there. Super easy. I was there in a Sunday midday and there were enough machines for everyone. Big TV playing sports and big clean folding tables. Very convenient dry cleaning service that offers Apple Pay through an app to do my laundry. I've never been able to do laundry so easily without such a hassle of having to use coins. I used their new machines that were in the back, and they barely have water in them! Pleasantly surprised. Everyone is wearing masks, and attendants/owners are always available. The smaller washers that are around $3.25 washed everything thoroughly and the rinse cycle squeezed out the most water than I've ever experienced. Paired with using the xl dryers, I walked out with 2 loads of clean laundry for only $4! read more

Every time I come here I see the man clean. It's a very clean place. Both workers are nice. Machines work fine only a few that take long some after a wash take about 2 min to open. The place is fine, the manager treated me like a 4 year old when I asked for help when the door was jammed. First we couldn't find him for a few minutes because he wasn't in the office or in the shop.. finally found him by him raising his voice and yelling at me from outside while smoking a cigarette and then came in say wait 1 min and then it opens.. well we waited 5 min (clearly and maybe more since we couldn't find him) and the other one I used right next to it opened right after it was finished. This place is filthy. There is dirt everywhere and it doesn't look like they ever clean out the machines. If you have a choice, go to the Launderland on Eagle Rock Blvd. This place is the worst coin op laundry I've ever been to. It doesn't seem like the owner/workers take any pride in this establishment. It could really use a sweep and a vacuum and the machines are just caked with fabric softener and detergent. It's gross. The other nearby laundry is not much better, unfortunately. read more

It's years I was taking my laundry there, last year the worker lady yelled at me not to use the right sides dryers , she insulted me and used bad words that I am a bad customer. The left sides dryers not good it takes longer, she said do it few times Are you caring to spend more money, I told her not the money but the time. Latter I took my wet laundry to another laundry. I started to take my laundry when that rude lady is not there. Last week I was going somewhere and I was in need for coins, I asked the guy , please I will use the machine to get some coins, he replied so rude in yelling voice, no you can't if you don't have laundry , and that was my last time there. I am your client, most of the time when I was taking my laundry, guys from neighborhood were coming and using the change machine without doing laundry. So you are letting your non customers getting changes but yelling to the customers. Keep your changes to you. read more
