I had an excellent experience with La Crescenta Cleaners! The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our dance studio's costumes were all cleaned, pressed, and returneed in an excellent condition. They pay great attention to detail, and everything is always ready on time. Cannot take them enough, thank you. What really sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and take great pride in the quality of their work. It's rare to find a business that is so reliable, attentive, and genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend La Crescenta Cleaners to anyone looking for top-quality dry cleaning and outstanding service. They've definitely earned a loyal customer! Thank you for your service. read more

This place is WAY overly priced. They charged me $200 to hem a dress and take it in a tiny bit at the sides. During the fitting, the seamstress told me the dress fit perfectly otherwise. When I received it, the bust size was two sizes too big and the waist was huge. For the life of me, I do not understand how it cost $200 to hem a dress and take it in at the sides. Now, I am in a wedding this weekend and my dress is a disaster. Go here if you love being swindled and patronized for being upset. read more

I always take my clothes and shoes to this Cleaners, and every time, they meet all my expectations with their excellent service and friendly approach. This time, they really surprised me , when I went to pick up my coat, one of the staff found a money in the pocket and returned it to me. I'm not exactly sure of their name, but I believe her name was Nona. I wanted to write this review so that the owner or manager knows how trustworthy and honest this staff member is. This integrity and attention to detail really makes me trust this Cleaners even more. read more

My brother took a brand-new pair of pants to a cleaner near his house to have them shortened, and unfortunately they were completely ruined. The hemming looked very unprofessional, and he was extremely disappointed. I told him to give me the pants so I could take them to La Crescenta Cleaners, where I always go. As soon as I explained the situation, the tailor was incredibly kind and reassuring. She told me, "Don't worry, I will fix it for you." I just picked up the pants, and the difference is amazing! My brother couldn't wait to see them, so I sent him a picture right away. He was so happy and relieved with the results. Thank you, La Crescenta Cleaners, for your excellent work, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. You turned a frustrating situation into a happy one, and that's why I keep coming back. Highly recommended! read more

Recently came across this convenient shopping center and decided to try the dry cleaners. As soon as i walked in, the tidiness, professional approach of the nice lady who works the front I immediately knew I would really like this one. I asked for prices and got straight answers, nothing weird, or strange. So I decided to take my husbands Dior suede loafers to get them cleaned since the literally clean EVERYTHING! Let me say they did not disappoint, I picked up those loafers looking like BRAND NEW. Thank you guys for the exceptional service and business. Will definitely be a long term customer here. read more

i've taken assorted shoes in for repairs a handful of times here and they always do a great job, everything comes back looking better than ever. Well, this place won't be in business for long. They don't really post prices anywhere, but I had figured that prices would be 'reasonable.' I can use the dry cleaners at work for $3.50 a shirt and $11 for a jacket, so I figured prices here were about the same or less. Well, my lesson is to ask the price BEFORE getting the clothes cleaned. The laundry for a dress shirt is $5.75 each, and a sports coat is $18.50. That is highway robbery and out of line with what other cleaners would charge. I post this in an effort to at least let others know what the prices are here and you can decide if it is worth it. These items had no stains, so there was nothing special about it. Unfortunately I won't be returning. I used to go to Gregs all the time, but I thought I would give this new place a shot since it is right next to UPS store. No more. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences with La Crescenta Cleaners ever since I started going to them. One memorable experience I had with them over the years was when I needed a gown altered for a same-day event. They were kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to fit me into their schedule. They were able to complete the alteration in time for my event, and the dress fit perfectly! I highly recommend them to my friends and family and those living in the La Crescenta community. read more

I would not recommend this Cleaner. I had a terrible customer service experience. I took in a formal gown and asked what they would charge and the woman told me $20. I thought I would check around and found that was a good price but when I took it back the woman who was there told me it would be $30. When I questioned why the price had changed so dramatically she said nobody would do that dress for $20. Then I told her I had a coupon for 25% off so I would use that against her higher price and she said she was refusing service. She didn't like me questioning her price. I think she didn't want to give me the discount. Honestly, there are a lot of cleaners. Go somewhere else. read more

My previous dry cleaners closed when the owners retired and oh, how I have missed them. I'd been caring for my cashmere at home but had a couple of items that truly needed to be dry cleaned. I thought I would ask about the cashmere as long as I was there, just to see how much they were charging. Well, the quote was extremely high, so I dropped off just the two items that are dry clean only. I inquired re: any new customer discount or coupon but was denied. My items were ready on time and it was a job well-done. I will continue to handwash my cashmere sweaters, though, thanks to internet instructions. Free parking in the lot. read more

After 14 years we finally decided to bring my wife's wedding dress to be cleaned. This place did an amazing job! The dress looks as if we didn't dance the night away on the dance floor all those years ago, it looks brand new! After two relatively positive experiences with this establishment, I brought in something of a challenge (which I recognized, but after all, they ARE in the cleaning business). The woman who looked at the item (it was a white, hand-made bed throw) exclaimed about the soil and made 'tsk tsk' sounds, and said it would be expensive. I said, "it has to be be done. how much?" She quoted me a price of $100 for this item and $20 for a second, less-soiled similar item. I took my receipt and left. Upon returning home, I had a message on my phone from this same person saying that the owner had instructed her to give me another price due to the condition of the item...it would now be $140. I reconsidered the entire situation and returned to the establishment and talked with two other women, saying that I did not wish to proceed and asked for the items back, which they did do. I then solved my own dilemma. I used a sticky-tape roller to remove the debris and pet hair. Put the item in the dryer on 'no heat tumble dry only'. Used Simple Green to spot stain the soiled areas. I then washed the item, made of wool yarn, in cold water in Woolite on wool/gentle cycle. I dried it on gentle, no heat in the dryer for awhile and then spread it out on towels to completely dry flat. It looks beautiful! It did not shrink. I followed the same procedure on the other item which did not need washing. It too is now fine. I should go into business! Like a previous reviewer, I resent the price gouging approach and the attitude of the first person who acted repulsed when she first saw the item. As I have written, I acknowledged that it was a challenge from the outset, so she need not have been so dramatic with her 'ughs' and 'ohs'. I am never going back there, obviously. I saved myself $160 and who knows how it might have turned out. The owner needs some serious employee training if they are to be in the business of 'cleaning.' I would have given them a 'minus' star on the rating if that option had been available! read more

Got my tuxedo jacket for my wedding altered here and couldn't have been more satisfied with how it came out. They fitted me and got my Tuxedo jacket back to me in a really quick time frame, knowing my wedding was coming up. Great service, great price. I also use them as a dry cleaning service and they are amazing. They got stains out of a white dress shirt and it looked like it wasn't gonna be salvaged but they did it. Very happy about that. Would def use them again and would def recommend. read more

When you've said all you have to say why add an additional review right? Well we were super shocked today thanks to them. I dropped off our laundry yesterday morning and they said the fastest we would get it back would be Wednesday after 5pm. In heart we wanted it sooner but a 2 day turnaround isn't bad in anyway. Well.... We got a call this morning that our laundry was ready!!! 24hr turnaround. LOVE La Crescenta Cleaners! read more

I walked in for the first time today and was greeted by Flora. She was knowledgeable regarding dry cleaning (35 yrs in the business) and was very patient answering my questions. I really felt like I could trust her expertise. She was very professional and I will definitely go back. I left two items there, she quoted a price less 50%. They are currently offering 50% off your dry cleaning. La Crescenta Cleaners is located in the Ralph's Shopping Center along with other small businesses. I have definitely found our family cleaners. I took a pair of pants here be hemmed about a week ago. When the owner said $20, I was a bit shocked, but I figured everything is going up. So, I paid the $20. A couple days later, I brought in another pair of pants, exactly the same kind of pants, to be hemmed. I picked them up today, and was charged $25! I told the woman that I just had a pair hemmend for $20. She looked up my account and verified it, but said the charge is still $25. This is absolute price gouging!. I will not be going back! I hope that many people ask me about dry cleaners, so that I can steer them away from this Horrible place. read more

I'm sure all of us have trued new cleaner services. This one is a special one, La Crescenta Cleaners. The owner is kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. The first time I use them, I took winter coats way beyond dirty: makeup, pen marks, etc. when I got my coats back, all five were impeccably clean and all make up at pen, marks at disappeared! The second time I used the- I altered a fantastic skirt I purchased that was too big for me. As I left it behind, a little leery about it not sizing correctly for my small frame, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best results. To my amazement the skirt turned out perfect! It fit me to a T! The owner pinned it just so that the alterations came out perfect! I will continue to use La Crescenta cleaners as their prices are also very fairI highly recommend them! read more

My blazer was in dire need of a cleaning after too many back-to-back wears over the Spring. I finally decided to drop it off at La Crescenta Cleaners after seeing the 50% off promotion on Yelp (and the convenient location was a solid bonus). It was a very quick and easy process to drop it off and get a pickup time. I was in no rush so I picked it up a week later, and I'm excited to report that my 7 year old blazer looks as good as new! Everyone I interacted with during drop-off & pickup were extremely kind and helpful, and the price of dry cleaning was very fair. I'll definitely return to get my winter coats dry cleaned before storing them away for the season! read more

Great service and Great quality. Thank you for having you guys in our community. I will definitley come back again soon.

Four Table Cloths brought in to be ironed, ONLY. Bought in their promo discount coupon when table cloths were dropped off. Lady #1 said to bring back coupon when we picked them up and the discount would be applied. When we returned, "Lady" #2 said that the coupon would not be honored because it only applied to dry cleaning. Dry cleaning typically includes ironing, so to only iron would seemingly involve less work and therefore less expense. "Lady" #2 refused to honor coupon despite what were were told by Lady #1. We were charged $70 to have 4 table cloths ironed. What a "bargain". Not to mention extremely rude "Lady" #2. Would consider coming back here to do business if they ever find Jimmy Hoffa's body. Not before. read more
