Well, this place won't be in business for long. They don't really post prices anywhere, but I had figured that prices would be 'reasonable.' I can use the dry cleaners at work for $3.50 a shirt and $11 for a jacket, so I figured prices here were about the same or less. Well, my lesson is to ask the price BEFORE getting the clothes cleaned. The laundry for a dress shirt is $5.75 each, and a sports coat is $18.50. That is highway robbery and out of line with what other cleaners would charge. I post this in an effort to at least let others know what the prices are here and you can decide if it is worth it. These items had no stains, so there was nothing special about it. Unfortunately I won't be returning. I used to go to Gregs all the time, but I thought I would give this new place a shot since it is right next to UPS store. No more. read more

My previous dry cleaners closed when the owners retired and oh, how I have missed them. I'd been caring for my cashmere at home but had a couple of items that truly needed to be dry cleaned. I thought I would ask about the cashmere as long as I was there, just to see how much they were charging. Well, the quote was extremely high, so I dropped off just the two items that are dry clean only. I inquired re: any new customer discount or coupon but was denied. My items were ready on time and it was a job well-done. I will continue to handwash my cashmere sweaters, though, thanks to internet instructions. Free parking in the lot. read more

After two relatively positive experiences with this establishment, I brought in something of a challenge (which I recognized, but after all, they ARE in the cleaning business). The woman who looked at the item (it was a white, hand-made bed throw) exclaimed about the soil and made 'tsk tsk' sounds, and said it would be expensive. I said, "it has to be be done. how much?" She quoted me a price of $100 for this item and $20 for a second, less-soiled similar item. I took my receipt and left. Upon returning home, I had a message on my phone from this same person saying that the owner had instructed her to give me another price due to the condition of the item...it would now be $140. I reconsidered the entire situation and returned to the establishment and talked with two other women, saying that I did not wish to proceed and asked for the items back, which they did do. I then solved my own dilemma. I used a sticky-tape roller to remove the debris and pet hair. Put the item in the dryer on 'no heat tumble dry only'. Used Simple Green to spot stain the soiled areas. I then washed the item, made of wool yarn, in cold water in Woolite on wool/gentle cycle. I dried it on gentle, no heat in the dryer for awhile and then spread it out on towels to completely dry flat. It looks beautiful! It did not shrink. I followed the same procedure on the other item which did not need washing. It too is now fine. I should go into business! Like a previous reviewer, I resent the price gouging approach and the attitude of the first person who acted repulsed when she first saw the item. As I have written, I acknowledged that it was a challenge from the outset, so she need not have been so dramatic with her 'ughs' and 'ohs'. I am never going back there, obviously. I saved myself $160 and who knows how it might have turned out. The owner needs some serious employee training if they are to be in the business of 'cleaning.' I would have given them a 'minus' star on the rating if that option had been available! read more

After 14 years we finally decided to bring my wife's wedding dress to be cleaned. This place did an amazing job! The dress looks as if we didn't dance the night away on the dance floor all those years ago, it looks brand new! I took a pair of pants here be hemmed about a week ago. When the owner said $20, I was a bit shocked, but I figured everything is going up. So, I paid the $20. A couple days later, I brought in another pair of pants, exactly the same kind of pants, to be hemmed. I picked them up today, and was charged $25! I told the woman that I just had a pair hemmend for $20. She looked up my account and verified it, but said the charge is still $25. This is absolute price gouging!. I will not be going back! The first time I use them, I took winter coats way beyond dirty: makeup, pen marks, etc. when I got my coats back, all five were impeccably clean and all make up at pen, marks at disappeared! The second time I used the- I altered a fantastic skirt I purchased that was too big for me. As I left it behind, a little leery about it not sizing correctly for my small frame, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best results. To my amazement the skirt turned out perfect! Four Table Cloths brought in to be ironed, ONLY. Bought in their promo discount coupon when table cloths were dropped off. Lady #1 said to bring back coupon when we picked them up and the discount would be applied. When we returned, "Lady" #2 said that the coupon would not be honored because it only applied to dry cleaning. Dry cleaning typically includes ironing, so to only iron would seemingly involve less work and therefore less expense. "Lady" #2 refused to honor coupon despite what were were told by Lady #1. We were charged $70 to have 4 table cloths ironed. What a "bargain". Not to mention extremely rude "Lady" #2. Would consider coming back here to do business if they ever find Jimmy Hoffa's body.
