I had a last minute suit alteration that needed to be completed less than a week because of a destination wedding and I bought the suit last minute and off the rack. I took it to Greg based on the reviews and I couldn't have been happier with the result. He was upfront with me on the timing of what he could/could not do. He was honest on being able to finish it the morning that I had to fly out. Well...he did finish and the alternations were PERFECT!!! He was able to shorten the arms on the suit jacket, hem up and taper the pants leg, and also decrease the bagginess on the thigh for a more fitted look. I am an attorney. I wear suits every week day, for the past 5 months or so maybe 2-3 times a week. I brought in several suits, all of which I wear regularly. When I picked them up today, he showed me one where the suit jacket had hardened, lifted bumps all over it. It is ruined. I wear this suit regularly, get it cleaned regularly and it did not look like that when I left it. He claimed it was caused by rain. In late August in Los Angeles. It hasn't rained in about 5 months and I have been wearing it and getting it cleaned. I told him I had been told that that happens with poor quality dry cleaning because the glue melts and bubbles.
