I had a very disappointing experience with this business and would not recommend them, especially for delicate or important garments like wedding dresses. Before bringing in my wedding dress, I called and spoke with someone through Yelp. I was quoted $250 after I sent them a photo of the dress. However, once I arrived, the woman at the counter tried to charge me $350. Only after I pushed back did she lower it to $300 -- still above the original quote, with no reasonable explanation. To be clear, the dress had never been worn to an event. It only needed a light refresh after alterations. When I got it back, it had an unpleasant lemony chemical smell and, worse, a small flaw that they caused and did not mention or fix. I had to take care of it myself. On top of that, I left a short white dress with them for dry cleaning. They returned it completely uncleaned, claiming they had only steamed or ironed it. Who irons a dirty dress? After I called to complain, they refunded me $20, but that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to take it elsewhere to get cleaned properly.
