Been using them since 2024 and they have always been really helpful. I have never had issues with my clothes or them not being ready. My boyfriend frequently gets oil stains on his shirts that I cannot get out myself, but they are able to get them every time! read more

Absolutely excellent service. I had to tailor my dress the owner was kind, and right away helped me with my questions. The price for tailoring and steaming my dress was very fair: Thank you i will be back again :) read more

I cannot recommend this cleaning and preservation service enough! They did an absolutely incredible job with my wedding dress. After my wedding, I was amazed to see how beautifully they restored it; it genuinely looked brand new again. Every detail was handled with such care, and the preservation was done beautifully. What impressed me most was how quickly they were able to complete everything within such a short timeframe without compromising the quality of their work. My dress is such a sentimental piece, and knowing it was carefully cleaned and preserved so beautifully means so much to me. Here's a cleaned-up version of your review with improved grammar, flow, and clarity: One of the most challenging things about moving is finding reliable businesses for your everyday needs. A good dry cleaner is definitely one of them. This dry cleaner seems to be family-owned, and everyone is friendly and polite. They greet you as soon as you walk in and even offer small candy treats at the desk, which is a nice touch. In addition to dry cleaning, they also offer alterations and repairs. I brought in a leather skirt with a separating zipper, and they did a fantastic job repairing it--you can't even tell it was ever damaged. The quality of their cleaning is excellent, and the turnaround time is usually within a week. I believe this is because they have their cleaning plant on-site, which helps speed up the process. As a new customer, I received a 10% discount, which was a pleasant surprise. Parking can fill up quickly, but they do have two designated spaces for customers, which is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this business! read more

Do not go as often as when I worked a corporate job but my daughter in law needed something cleaned quickly as she's from out of town. This place was great. Cleaned her item within a day and just pleasant to work with. read more

Very kind owners, seamstress is wonderful and the prices are very fair. They are full service and garments are ready in a timely manner. I asked to repair a wool knit sweater and the service I requested met my needs, lovely work read more

I LOVE them! I spilled red wine on my brown suede bag and I was devastated because suede is so hard to get stains out of. Granted it's a dark brown but they took it Sunday and returned it to me the following Monday STAINLESS. No stains and so clean. I'm so happy with their work and also their pricing is really good. I was expecting to pay more than $100 for 3 cashmere sweaters and my huge purse but it came out to less. Great stuff, I will continue to go to them for all my dry cleaning needs. Thanks guys! read more

FIVE STARS!! I had the absolute best experience here last week!! I brought in two baptism dresses. One was 30 years old with stains that needed dry cleaning and it came out perfectly new and beautiful. The second was a 60 year old baptismal dress that was ripped into 3 different pieces and the seamstress at Next Door Cleaners was absolutely amazing and miraculously and beautifully sewed the dress back together for me, it looked good as new! I was shocked and amazed at their work. This is the only place I will ever go for dry cleaning or tailoring!! read more

Best dry cleaners. Price is very reasonable and I really respect the owner. I took a full look from one of my brands that I do PR for and the material is super sensitive. It takes a lot for me to trust the dry cleaners to take care of our runway collection because it is one of a kind. He not only got all the stains off, but he did it with a very good price. Def coming back again!!! read more

I took my mom's wedding dress for me to repurpose there and it came out sparkling clean! Stains from 1987 gone! Now I get to use my mom's wedding dress for a second look on my wedding day thanks to them and I'll forever be grateful! They were fast, professional and so nice! read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this business and would not recommend them, especially for delicate or important garments like wedding dresses. Before bringing in my wedding dress, I called and spoke with someone through Yelp. I was quoted $250 after I sent them a photo of the dress. However, once I arrived, the woman at the counter tried to charge me $350. Only after I pushed back did she lower it to $300 -- still above the original quote, with no reasonable explanation. To be clear, the dress had never been worn to an event. It only needed a light refresh after alterations. When I got it back, it had an unpleasant lemony chemical smell and, worse, a small flaw that they caused and did not mention or fix. I had to take care of it myself. On top of that, I left a short white dress with them for dry cleaning. They returned it completely uncleaned, claiming they had only steamed or ironed it. Who irons a dirty dress? After I called to complain, they refunded me $20, but that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to take it elsewhere to get cleaned properly. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. I expected much better service, especially given the high prices and the sensitivity of the items I trusted them with. read more

You call and ask for a price, then when the service is done they charge MUCH more and look at your face to see if they overcharging is going to be protested or not. I didn't. I paid and left. BUT I will never return. And I will never recommend. Short-sighted way of doing business... There are too many options to settle for them. read more

The best dry cleaner there is. All the people that work there and the owner are all very pleasant and delightful and they return your clothes and no time! They even did a same day alteration for my son on a pair of pants we needed to let the hem down because he had grown so much since he last wore them. If you haven't tried them it's a must read more

i have been visiting this business for two years since i moved to pasadena. The owner charges me good price to clean my Christmas party dress and my hiking shoes, etc. Also, alteration of my delicate tops and pants are close to perfection. I cannot ask for more. Thank you and i will always come back. read more

I reached out to the owner to request a quote on a cleaning service for my wedding dress and overskirt. The owner was very quick to respond and gave me a quote that was within my budget! We dropped it off the next day and they finished way ahead of the time and date they originally told us. They did such an amazing job cleaning up my wedding dress and I look forward to going back to get other items dry cleaned and/or altered! read more

I found Next Door Cleaners through Yelp and received a reasonable quote for rushed dry cleaning for my wedding dress. I needed it within five days, but since they're closed on Sundays and Memorial Day, the dress had to be ready in just three days--which they were confident they could manage. They delivered, and I'm so grateful I chose them! My dress was ready on time and absolutely spotless. I highly recommend Next Door Cleaners! read more

They have a horrible service and they have ruined a few of my garment with stains and I have taken different garments to them to clean the stains and the stains has still not removed. I would not recommend this place at all and if you have taken your your garment there make sure you check it out before you leave because by the time you get home, it will be some smells probably some stains head in somewhere I will not recommend this place at all horrible Business I won't even give him a one star read more

I went out to dinner with my wife and 9 month year old daughter and my daughter decided to play with the butter and smear it all over my jacket. If you've ever gotten oil or melted butter on your clothes, you'll probably think it's ruined due to all the butter or oil stains but Next Door Cleaners saved my jacket! Cost about $20 to get rid of all the butter stains including the dry cleaning. I love this place! read more

I found my go-to dry cleaner and tailor. Due to a last minute event, I had a last minute request and SHAHEH (aka Shane) delivered with flying colors!! He made a promise to have it done by the next day in the afternoon and BEAT his own estimate. I felt very comfortable and trusted Shaheh from the moment we spoke on the phone. Professional, clean, prompt, reasonably priced. The tailor nailed the alterations. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Go here, you won't be disappointed. *Highly recommended* read more

This is a review for their seamstress, Venera. I am 5 ft tall and always have to have my clothes, not just shortened but, altered or tailored proportionally. I don't think I am picky, you cannot just cut and hem a pair of jeans. You want to keep the original hem, therefore there is some tapering and adjustment involved. I have had so many jeans and pants ruined by other seamsters and professional tailor shops, but Venera does a beautiful job without any problems, she just knows exactly what to do. I keep coming back to Next Door Cleaners specifically for her services. Thank you, Venera! read more

Ive been here 3 times. Staff and owners are very friendly. This last time I took all my curtains in for cleaning. I have a cat so my curtains were pretty dirty but they got it looking brand new. I've been going here for 20+ years. They're a family run business that does everything well. They also tailor and mend. Recently I was surprised when the owner personally hand-delivered an item I needed urgently. It was an exceptionally kind gesture that you don't see at many businesses. I hope you can make this your go-to cleaner. Just bear with the tight parking - there are a couple reserved spaces. read more
