This is for Fluff and fold. The detergent used by the laundromat is only suitable for washing car carpets and trucks. It's strong and destroyed clothing . Not to mention it smells literally like poverty. Everything in my linen closet smells like it, disgusting . I can't wait for my washer dryer to be fixed so I don't have to reserve to this. I usually ask for no fragrance detergent when I have to use fluff & fold but it slipped my mind this time. What a regret. To the owner of the establishment , your two employees on 4/1/2026 were turning away business from 9:30pm to close . It is understandable that you close at 11p but I believe that is enough time to finish up. Check your cameras at 9:55 they turned away a customer while laughing and walking around. They also told me if I was not done the machines would turn off "automatically " and. I would leave with my wet clothes . I came here hoping they had tap to pay as I had lost my wallet recently. It didn't and I didn't end up being able to get enough quarters to finish my laundry. I asked the attendant Tammy if I was able to get my quarter back but she couldn't, so she instead gave me $10 of her own money to finish my laundry. It was a great kindness and it felt so cared for! I would give a negative star if it were possible. Paying extra for hot water when there's no hot water, tf. Reason given is that hot water ran out because "it got busy" --does not make logical business sense. As a laundromat, it ought to be able to support all the washers if not half of the machines to use hot water. A total and absolute inconvenience. A VISIBLE note ought to be put on the doors and/or machines that have been reported without NO HOT WATER, as such. Another customer who ran a previous laundromat said that the hot water gets turned off at night for closing time so as not to incur extra expenses for the hot water(?!?!!). Regardless, this means working people who plan their schedule to wash after work is basically screwed. If you fall in this category then DO NOT come to this place as you would waste your gas, time, and money! read more

On April 17, between approximately 6:35 PM and 6:45 PM, I was doing my laundry as I always do--on time, attentive, and respectful of others. I never leave my clothes sitting unattended for long, and I always set a timer to ensure I promptly remove my items from both the washer and dryer. However, during this visit, an employee--a short woman with glasses who is usually dressed in a blue shirt--approached my dryer and began removing my clothes even though I was only a few minutes late, and there were still multiple available dryers, including other large ones. When I politely asked why my clothes were being taken out, she responded in a rude and defensive manner, insisting it was because the large dryer was needed--even though others were still free. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, she continued to argue with me, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. What made the situation even more unsettling was her behavior afterward. As I continued with my laundry, she kept walking by me and giving me looks that felt judgmental and hostile. She passed me multiple times without saying "excuse me," often staring at me in a way that made me feel like I was doing something wrong--though I absolutely was not. This experience was upsetting and completely out of character with the respectful and welcoming environment I've always known at your establishment. I've never had any previous issues, and I make a conscious effort to follow all guidelines and respect the space. I'm sharing this because I believe in open communication, and I want to help maintain the standard of professionalism and customer care that has kept me coming back for four years. I've been coming to Launderland for a few months now since i've been living in the area and it's my one and only spot to go for getting a nice wash for my clothes! Clean and safe environment and the staff are very welcoming and always make sure the place is clean and tidy. I also always see them washing and folding customers clothes with efficiency and gentleness. Also can't forget to mention Tammy who is so kind and welcoming and always gives me a smile when I come for a wash. This laundromat is a ripoff. First I asked the woman working if I could change for my $20 bill & she told me to use the change machine that it gives bills as change depending on the bill that is put in. I put in a $20 so I was supposed to get 3 $5 bills but it gave me all my change in quarters & it skimped me one quarter.... Nvm the machine that skimps people 25 cents... I used a washer that was 3.25 & it charged my card 4.50 ... & the dryers are 1.25 each ! I'm hoping it actually dries my clothes. I'm honestly just trying to wash my clothes but it looks like there are no reliable laundromats anywhere sadly. read more

I was just in the area and found this place. I should have looked closer. I've never been to a laundromat that is so dirty. The floors are dirty. The machines are dirty. There's hair in the machines and in the dispensers. The dispensers are full of old detergent and gunk. It doesn't look like it's been wiped down in a looooong time. And they have the nerve to have a post that says if you are sick, please don't enter. I'm afraid I might catch something in there just from the lack of cleaning. Once I placed my clothes in the machine, I added the laundry soap. After it started, I came back, and it didn't dispense all my soap. I had to scramble to find a cup so i could add water to fully dispense my soap. The attendants are more involved in doing everyone's laundry service versus keeping up the place. They need to regularly be sweeping, mopping, and wiping down the machines. Then, let's talk about the prices!! Expensive. I'm from the pacoima area, and the prices are far cheaper in pacoima than this place. Except for the dryer, well, it's $1 for 30 min. Which is okay, but what if you just need ten more minutes? Never again. This makes me want to tip the laundry attendants in my regular place. They deserve it. read more

I've been going to this laundromat for years whenever I have a comforter to wash or too many loads and I'd like to get done sooner. Yeah, the prices have gone up and you get charged more depending on your load (hot water, heavy, etc). The place is usually clean and overall my experience has been good. I wish they had a couple more of the very large washers, though, because there are only two. When I came to wash my comforter, the attendant was using it for someone's clothes that could have been split up into two washers instead of using the large one. I can't split my comforter and use two machines like she could have, so I had to use the next size down and I'm not sure the comforter will wash as well in it. The attendant shouldn't hog the machine if there are only two. They could also have more chairs. They have some benches, which is nice if you have two people doing laundry together. But it's awkward to sit with a stranger on a small bench. I ended up sitting in my car, which isn't always ideal if the weather is hot. read more

Since we have issues with our building's washing machine (it keeps leaving dirt spots on our clothing), we decided to visit Launderland because it's right up the street and because of the amazing reviews I read here....and now I ONLY want to do my laundry here! The facility was nicely renovated (according to my husband who visited the location some time ago), incredibly clean and well maintained. Masks are rehired, which I very much appreciate right now. The machines are great and all have credit card readers, which is AMAZING! Even in our building we have to use quarters, which is always a hassle to get. Loved all of the folding surfaces, small sink in the main space and vending machines with laundry products. There is a great selection of washer and dryers of varying size. The machines are a bit more expensive than the last time I visited a laundromat, but what isn't more expensive these days? I'm looking forward to trying the wash and fold drop off service next! read more

I have been coming to this place for about almost a year now since my last laundromat had closed down and this was recommended by my neighbor. I felt the need to write a review since I had an issue this morning with one of their change machines. Normally when I put in $20 the machine gives back 3 $5 bills and $5 in quarters, but today for some reason, it only gave me back 2 $5 bills and $5 in quarters. I called the number posted by the wall and left a message. I was told that they will try to respond within the next 24 hours. But to my surprise, I was contacted by the owner within 15 minutes of me leaving the message. I was greeted with a very nice and polite message explaining what might have happened (the machine probably ran out of $5 bills) and was told that one of their attendants will be in shortly and will assist with my concern. 5 minutes later the attendant came in, I told her what happened and a few minutes later she came and gave me my money back. Very nice people! A+ for a very professional and excellent customer service. The place is clean, ample space for both parking as well as for folding clothes. The machines all look new and well maintained and are always being cleaned. They have free wifi too! I come in every sunday morning at 6:15am. read more

I've been here a few times, and unfortunately, some of my clothes have gotten bleach stains on them and are ruined. I actually really liked this laundromat because the dryers are strong. The staff member there is nice too. It's a shame I have to try elsewhere. I've been to many laundromats , and this the first time I've run into this issue multiple times. Plus, I can use my credit cards to pay. This have wifi, parking (its a little small but better than nothing), close to Starbucks and the liquor store for when you wanna grab a snack, and the ladies working there are nice, helpful, and hardworking. Before you put your clothes to washing machine make sure it's clean . People are washing cat and dog blankets which goes on all of our clothes. Extremely hard for someone who is allergic to pet hairs. There should be a separate machine for washing pet items, people shouldn't have to rewash clothes because of this. read more

What a wonderful laundromat! I really like the set up that they have. Some machines can take credit card so that helped me significantly. The floor, folding tables, chairs, and machines were all very clean. They had an attendant there during the time that I was there. They also offered Free Wifi. It was not too crowded, and right now they are only taking 15 customers at a time (due to COVID regulations). Parking wasn't too bad. It may be a little hard to get those spots tho.
