First time customer. It's clean in here and a lot of washers/dryers. Giving it 4 stars because you don't get that much time on the dryers. You only get 6mins per quarter.. I guess when you're used to getting 10 mins, every quarter and minute counts. Ample folding space and washers start at $2.75 for the front loading. Benches to sit on were open so that was nice. I went there early in the morning around 8 on Wednesday because the laundry at the hotel is out of service. They were not very busy. They have many washers and dryers with different sizes and clean. Cleanliness is my priority right now and they got my 5 stars. read more

Quick and efficient way to dry my clothes. It took about 30 minutes for a small medium load and the clothes were all dry . It's a smaller parking lot , I went during the day so I think that's why it wasn't as busy . It's a fairly clean location . Could be a little nearer but for the most part it did the job . read more

Never had an issue with Launderland. In fact, I loved going here until this morning. This incident happened on 01/15/2022 at around 6 am. It's common sense that when there are things on a table, someone is occupying that same. Not to this old white man I encountered this morning. I saw that someone had placed their bag on my table which I had already sanitized and placed my things on when I arrived at 6 am. I moved the bag to a chair and sanitized that space again. This white man came and put his bag on my table. And I asked him if he can move it because I was there first. He argued with me saying that he was there first and that I just put my stuff there even though his bag was already there. I moved his bag again and he put it back. I don't like to argue but I was very angry and it was too early in the morning for any of this. I even told him to ask for security tapes to see who was there first. Anyway, it was just this white man and me so I just got my stuff and got another table. Out of all the empty tables, he chose mine, he chose a table where someone's things were already on it. Attendants/workers need to be here right when they open so this type of thing doesn't happen, so people using their machines feel safe. read more

Clean place with new machines. It's a bit expensive than most laundromats but because the machines are new it cleans better using a little amount of detergent and dries faster. They also have staffs to assist you. They have different coin machines that can split your 20bill to three 5$ bills and then coins for the rest. Some of the machines accepts card so that's good to most people like me who usually doesn't carry cash. It's not crowded too so that's a plus! read more

Finding a good laundromat is tricky and super rare. This place is always quite, an attendant is always present and the bathrooms are always clean. It helps that some of their machines take ATM cards when you don't have cash. There's plenty of washers and dryers as well! read more

I discovered this location last year when I had to wash a mattress pad and needed a larger washer to do so. Upon moving (and giving up my old apartment building's washer and dryer there in the process) I started coming here to do my bi-weekly laundry. The pros: --There's a Starbucks across the street. --Location is nice, just at the point of Pacific Ave that you can see the mountains and the palm trees. Visually comfortable. --Parking is plentiful; the other stores on the lot seem to never be open when I'm there, so the parking lot usually has plenty of spaces available. --There's a collection bin right outside the entrance to where you can drop off any unwanted clothes you wish to donate to Goodwill. --There's a US Post Office box right on the corner if you need to drop off mail as well. --There's almost always an employee on duty at all times. I've never had to bother them with anything, but they do make their presence known in case anyone needs help. Cons: Really, the only con I can come up with has been something I've noticed over the last month or so. (October 2013) Someone - the owner/manager/employee on duty - awoman in an orange traffic vest - is there on Sunday mornings doing TONS of laundry. I typically have, at most, 4 loads to wash and dry, and consistently over the past month I have had to wait while this woman hoards at least a dozen of the 40 dryers in the place. Not even one dryer was available for at least another half hour. During this time, I witnessed a man walk in with a basket of laundry, which he left with this woman after paying her (presumably to do his laundry for him) all while I was waiting, with my wet clothes on top of their washers to use ONE dryer. All I'm saying is if you're going to come here to do laundry, don't come at 9am on Sunday morning. Otherwise, it's a pretty great place. read more

I used this laundromat for eight years and recently moved. It's relatively inexpensive, spacious, the machines are very well maintained, and there's ample seating. If you come at night, it's one of the best laundromat experiences. As the other reviewer noted, during the day, a witch queen is the manager. How she avoids getting water on her and melting away, I'm not sure. But she's easily avoided. There is also a single woman who does the crazy "take twelve dryers" thing, but she never goes late. I've used a lot of laundromats all over LA and on the east coast and this one is easily my favorite. read more

This place used to be a dump. These days it's clean as a whistle and running impeccably! I usually do my laundry at home but occasionally I'll come in for sheets and comforters. Beautiful BLANCHE, the morning attendant and the sweetest little lady that ever lived, makes my day!! BLANCHE being there makes the mundane chore that is laundry so much more enjoyable. She always makes sure the place looks spick and span while still being super helpful. Her spirit is infectious. I been coming here for a year now, normally Fridays in the evenings. I never had a issue with machines or with the sweet lady who works here and is always asking to help you with your laundry! I decided to come on Tuesday and another lady was working here, I had an issue with a dryer not taking my quarters and asked her for help. To my surprise she was the rudest lady ever, asking me if I put the quarters in correctly. Which my response was, there is only one way to put quarters in. Which she then became very defensive, and slammed the machine to see if my money was in there. Her attitude makes me not want to come here again read more

They're upgrading this place. Lots of new machines. They still have a few top loaders but most are the front loading, now. They have single, double and triple loaders. It'll be a nice place once the work is done. Hopefully they'll add more benches. There's a liquor store and a Starbucks across the street if you need a snack. Wow, this place has an attendant/worker at all times. I have had some issues with machines but at this place, the workers are pretty helpful. It's a convenient location with a big parking lot.
