Wow! I had no idea this kind of thing even existed until my dryer broke and I had 2 weeks worth of family laundry and zero free time or interest in spending a day in a laundromat. Folding is my nemesis. This service was fantastic ! Lu was very helpful in scheduling. They came and picked it up and it was dropped off again by the same time the next day, sealed in neat stacks. It was even pretty much sorted into man, woman, girl and toddler to make it easy to put away. My favorite part was I accidentally included sweaters and they came back clean and folded. I can't see the need to use a dry cleaner again! The whole massive load only set me back $90 which was WELL worth the many hours it did not take me. I'm hooked! Five stars! read more

I'm so pleased with their service. First time trying them out (both Fluff & Fold and dry cleaning.) They are so accommodating - Ludwin made a special delivery (during the specific window of time requested,) of just my Fluff & Fold portion of my order. I had not known that if you bundle both types of jobs together, the usual delivery would be for the entirety of your order. My dry cleaning won't be ready until Saturday so my entire order would originally have been delivered together on Saturday. Lu said to put 2 orders in next time so I would get my Fluff & Fold the next day and the dry cleaning in a few days. Good suggestion. I was so jazzed I also got a Soaperstars Laundry Bag with my Name Tag, for my twice monthly recurring service. As long as someone else is doing the laundry, I'm a happy girl. I am busy nursing student who works multiple jobs while trying to maintain a social life. You can judge me but I'm not a fan of doing laundry lol and how much time it takes with the amount of clothes I have. Soaperstars is an EXCELLENT choice for those that are busy bees, want to avoid doing laundry, or do not have access to a washer & dryer (i.e. no laundromat at your apartment or broke at your house). I called late in the afternoon after finding them here on Yelp and saw all of their awesome reviews. Delivery driver Lou (sorry if I misspelled it) answered my call courteously and was patient with all my questions. He fit me in on his delivery schedule that day & made the appropriate edits after I reserved on the website! You just have to put all your clothes in large trash bags & give them appropriate instructions on their website (i.e. pick up on porch or meet me outside). They send you reminder texts of the driver's ETA which is helpful. I personally tried out the $1.95/lb and I had 62lbs of laundry (LOL Not surprised) which is $120+ but after my Yelp discount (YLP20 is 20% off) & 15% Gratuity it ended up being $115 with taxes included. Their pickup & delivery times are between 10am-3pm in my experience with a 24hrs turn around time (faster than other places I researched). Thank you, Lou & the awesome staff at Soaperstars for saving me precious time! They even delivered my blazers & dresses in FREE hangers without extra charge & I have a new Soaperstars complimentary laundry bag that I'll be definitely using again. LOVE this service! Wow i couldn't be more satisfied with this service. We're renovating our garage so don't have access to our washing machine or drier but I'm so pleased we found this business. Everything is done online - from selecting your pick up slot to choosing the specifics of your wash and dry (e.g. eco, hypoallergenic etc). We got a 10 minute warning before our pick up which was helpful and everything was picked up by the driver via no contact. 24 hours later we received our washing and it was beautifully pressed, clean, labeled and sorted (eg kids clothes together, towels in one bag, bedding and sheets in another etc) in black a reusable bag. I just used soaperstars for the first time ever. I read a bunch of super positive reviews and decided that I should try their service. I called them up to ask about their all natural laundry detergent. I usually use Seventh Generation or Mrs. Meyers. The gentleman on the phone assured me that the all natural Ecos laundry detergent that they use (when requested) has a very light scent. Well, long story short, it was not a light scent. It was perfumy and disgusting smelling. I had trouble sleeping that night because the odor of my sleep wear was so strong and the next morning my 6 year old daughter complained about the smell. I called the company and told them the problem and they were ready to rewash everything again for me for free. I didn't feel like going through all my drawers, pulling everything out and rewashing everything, but I did happen to have another pile of dirty laundry ready to go... I've been dealing with a flooded laundry room at my apartment complex so my laundry had piled up pretty bad. The man I spoke to on the phone assured me that they would come pick up my laundry that same day and return it to me the very next day free of charge. Well, they picked up my laundry (and my seventh generation detergent) the same day and returned it washed and folded that same day! I couldn't believe it! That's exceptional service! So while the Ecos detergent was a failure, soaperstars overall was a great success! They pick up and drop off laundry on time and do an excellent washing/ folding job! One day turn around (I dropped off at closing and they opened up just for me), and by 4 pm my clothes were clean, sorted and folded so nicely it makes me wonder why I ever trusted my mom with my knickers as a kid.
