Soaperstars has turned me into a dry cleaning girlie! I used to think of dry cleaning as a luxury, but the prices and service here are so good that now I treat myself to a total refresh of my pillows, mattress topper, and duvet at least twice a year. It feels amazing to have everything so fresh and clean! I've also trusted Soaperstars with other items, including vintage knitwear and the bridesmaids dress I wore to my only sibling's wedding, and it always comes back perfect. If it's been a little while since you've had your linens refreshed-- try it, and maybe you'll become a regular like me. read more

I give their management and customer service 5 stars for their communication and efforts to accommodate your needs. They are personable and care about their customers. If you're a working professional and stressed out because life is just too much these days, it's hard to turn down a service that offers fair pricing, picks up, and delivers you freshly laundered clothes that smell nice. Easy checkmark on your weekly list. These days, it's a unique experience to do business with a service that doesn't just treat you like you're just a number. Lu is genuine, kind, hard-working, and honest. A good man. All these businesses these days--even my dental office asked me to write them a review. I've spoken to Lu so many times. He is humble. Not once has he ever mentioned reviews. Which only makes me feel like more people should know about his business and support him. read more

Tried Soaperstars for the 1st time for a family member that has no washer/dryer on premises at their apt . I was very impressed with their Website , made it very easy to setup account online & schedule a pick up & delivery at your convenience from your iphone & select text messaging to get notification on pickup & delivery times so you know exactly when their arriving or dropping off . They had a extensive menu providing pricing and any add ons or other laundry requests customer may want with their laundry to be followed you could select from . I went with their basic laundry wash & dry offering no add ons . When the laundry arrived back it smelled so fresh & clean with a really nice light clean sent , it was expertly sorted and folded with care all into a Soaperstars bag they provide you with your service that you will use to put your laundry in . We will now continue to use Soaperstars for all our laundry needs . read more

I am busy nursing student who works multiple jobs while trying to maintain a social life. You can judge me but I'm not a fan of doing laundry lol and how much time it takes with the amount of clothes I have. Soaperstars is an EXCELLENT choice for those that are busy bees, want to avoid doing laundry, or do not have access to a washer & dryer (i.e. no laundromat at your apartment or broke at your house). I called late in the afternoon after finding them here on Yelp and saw all of their awesome reviews. Delivery driver Lou (sorry if I misspelled it) answered my call courteously and was patient with all my questions. He fit me in on his delivery schedule that day & made the appropriate edits after I reserved on the website! You just have to put all your clothes in large trash bags & give them appropriate instructions on their website (i.e. pick up on porch or meet me outside). They send you reminder texts of the driver's ETA which is helpful. I personally tried out the $1.95/lb and I had 62lbs of laundry (LOL Not surprised) which is $120+ but after my Yelp discount (YLP20 is 20% off) & 15% Gratuity it ended up being $115 with taxes included. Their pickup & delivery times are between 10am-3pm in my experience with a 24hrs turn around time (faster than other places I researched). Thank you, Lou & the awesome staff at Soaperstars for saving me precious time! They even delivered my blazers & dresses in FREE hangers without extra charge & I have a new Soaperstars complimentary laundry bag that I'll be definitely using again. LOVE this service! Check them out! read more

Wow! I had no idea this kind of thing even existed until my dryer broke and I had 2 weeks worth of family laundry and zero free time or interest in spending a day in a laundromat. Folding is my nemesis. This service was fantastic ! Lu was very helpful in scheduling. They came and picked it up and it was dropped off again by the same time the next day, sealed in neat stacks. It was even pretty much sorted into man, woman, girl and toddler to make it easy to put away. My favorite part was I accidentally included sweaters and they came back clean and folded. I can't see the need to use a dry cleaner again! The whole massive load only set me back $90 which was WELL worth the many hours it did not take me. I'm hooked! Five stars! read more

I'm so pleased with their service. First time trying them out (both Fluff & Fold and dry cleaning.) They are so accommodating - Ludwin made a special delivery (during the specific window of time requested,) of just my Fluff & Fold portion of my order. I had not known that if you bundle both types of jobs together, the usual delivery would be for the entirety of your order. My dry cleaning won't be ready until Saturday so my entire order would originally have been delivered together on Saturday. Lu said to put 2 orders in next time so I would get my Fluff & Fold the next day and the dry cleaning in a few days. Good suggestion. I was so jazzed I also got a Soaperstars Laundry Bag with my Name Tag, for my twice monthly recurring service. As long as someone else is doing the laundry, I'm a happy girl. I would definitely recommend this service. read more

Wow i couldn't be more satisfied with this service. We're renovating our garage so don't have access to our washing machine or drier but I'm so pleased we found this business. Everything is done online - from selecting your pick up slot to choosing the specifics of your wash and dry (e.g. eco, hypoallergenic etc). We got a 10 minute warning before our pick up which was helpful and everything was picked up by the driver via no contact. 24 hours later we received our washing and it was beautifully pressed, clean, labeled and sorted (eg kids clothes together, towels in one bag, bedding and sheets in another etc) in black a reusable bag. Such an easy service and at under $2 per lb it's def reasonably priced! We will be using them again. Thank you! read more

Never been here before but my usual place I go to wash my dog's XL dog bed wasn't able to get it back to me until Monday. Fortunately I found Soaperstars on Yelp, and they were able to guarantee same day pickup even though it's almost 5pm. Although it's a little further than the other place I go, their prompt response and promise to get his bed back in the same day is a reason why I will be returning for sure! The gentleman who helped me even double checked if I wanted it unscented as it was for my dog! read more

Dropped some clothes off to be laundered because our washing machine broke. Bad Move! Because they did SUCH a FANTASTIC JOB that my husband wants me to bring all of our clothes to them. I guess my own laundress skills are not up to par. Seriously...the clothes felt really clean and bright, they smelled incredible. They were folded to perfection. I almost hated unfolding themes use them because they were so perfect! (How do they do that???). Also, they have the best prices of anywhere else I've looked. So if you need your clothes cleaned, drop them off with the Soaperstars! They' won't disappoint! read more

This was my first experience with wash and fold here and I am a new repeat customer! I didn't have much experience with the facility it's self as I just dropped off. So I can't comment there. But I will say the customer service and service quality is excellent! I dropped off a TON of light blankets and towels on Saturday with a Sunday pick up time. So fast! Great price! We had a tiny hiccup due to the holiday weekend but they were so quick to rectify and so kind in the process! I just received my wash and I am beyond impressed! Highly recommend! read more

Excellent customer service! They offer pick up and delivery. And I was very happy with the fluff and fold delivery service! I'm staying somewhere without laundry on-site. And going to the laundromat was way too cumbersome and surprisingly expensive. I messaged Soaperstars and the owner replied promptly with a quote. Lou, the owner, is a super nice guy, worked with my schedule, and all of my delicates, dry clean only clothes, and linens were handled with care. They sorted my clothes and everything came back neatly folded. I had a months worth of laundry I needed cleaned and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service, the fast turn around time, and the pick up and delivery service! Highly recommended! read more

I just used soaperstars for the first time ever. I read a bunch of super positive reviews and decided that I should try their service. I called them up to ask about their all natural laundry detergent. I usually use Seventh Generation or Mrs. Meyers. The gentleman on the phone assured me that the all natural Ecos laundry detergent that they use (when requested) has a very light scent. Well, long story short, it was not a light scent. It was perfumy and disgusting smelling. I had trouble sleeping that night because the odor of my sleep wear was so strong and the next morning my 6 year old daughter complained about the smell. I called the company and told them the problem and they were ready to rewash everything again for me for free. I didn't feel like going through all my drawers, pulling everything out and rewashing everything, but I did happen to have another pile of dirty laundry ready to go... I've been dealing with a flooded laundry room at my apartment complex so my laundry had piled up pretty bad. The man I spoke to on the phone assured me that they would come pick up my laundry that same day and return it to me the very next day free of charge. Well, they picked up my laundry (and my seventh generation detergent) the same day and returned it washed and folded that same day! I couldn't believe it! That's exceptional service! So while the Ecos detergent was a failure, soaperstars overall was a great success! They pick up and drop off laundry on time and do an excellent washing/ folding job! And customer service is exceptional! I even received a free laundry bag. I would definitely use their service again... minus the smelly Ecos laundry detergent ofcourse! read more

This place is the best! I've been doing pick and delivery and haven't had a single problem. They text me a couple minutes before they get here so I know when to put out my laundry. My laundry comes out so clean and smelling great. They also hang all of my collared or fancy shirts. I'm gonna miss this place when I move! read more

I had a lot of laundry to do and had no time to go to the laundromat. Tried out their service for the first time and I am amazed! Everything was contactless and pick up and drop off was so easy. I'm a local bodyworker / massage therapist and I bring my many many sheets here weekly for fluff and fold services. Eddie and Lu are the sweetest guys, they will use hypoallergenic detergent and wool balls if you like - or whatever your preference for detergent might be. Everything always comes back so clean and beautifully folded, typically by the next day. Best customer service and pricing in town. Highly recommend!! read more

I got my dry cleaning fast and at a good price since I paid it all in full. Will definitely come back

Love their services! Clothes are returned well taken care of. You can select the type of detergent they use so that it isn't a strong perfume smell I have seen other places use. I can request a pickup on the same day and receive back the next. They are amazing! read more

I can't say enough good things about this company! Not only have they been incredibly flexible with my schedule when I have to change my laundry subscription dates/times last minute, but they go out of their way to accommodate my needs. It's understandable that occasionally mistakes will happen, but it's how they go about fixing those mistakes that really matters and these people truly go above and beyond! If I'm having any issues with my account, I just called her number and they are always willing to help me out. This service feels super personalized and the price is incredibly reasonable! They really help me be able to afford to do my laundry when my schedule is super busy and I've Honestly never been so grateful for a laundry service. I have used other services that are local to the LA area and this one has been my absolute favorite. Thank you guys! read more

I love these guys. One day turn around (I dropped off at closing and they opened up just for me), and by 4 pm my clothes were clean, sorted and folded so nicely it makes me wonder why I ever trusted my mom with my knickers as a kid. Someone (who I think is the owner) also brought the order out to the car for me. Also! the place was completely immaculate. I know that laundry places are probably having a rough go right now, but the coin operated machines looked clean and spotless. I did wash and fold because I'm dealing with a coouple of stressors, but I would feel totally comfortable going in there and doing my laundry, even during covid. read more
