**review adjusted to reflect they put up a No Parking sign in the driveway next door- thank you for caring about pedestrian safety! I've only had good experiences here when getting things dry cleaned. Prices are fair and service was great. However, there is a big safety issue with some of Boyer's customers parking in a residential driveway that is next door. More than once I've been forced to walk my kids into the street around these cars/worried someone might back up into us or hit us on the street and have seen a lot of dangerous moments with rude people. I finally spoke with someone who did this today and they were rude and unapologetic about this behavior, claiming it was okay and doesn't hurt anyone. Agree to disagree.. I would greatly appreciate if Boyer could please put up a sign asking that their customers don't do this; there is an elementary school next door and a child could be hurt! This is the walk to and from school for many local families. If I see Boyer put up a safety sign I will readjust my review. I really like this business otherwise. read more

So happy to have found this family operated dry cleaners. I can always count on them for delicate items and for removing stubborn stains. I appreciate their thoroughness in getting my items clean and bright. I am glad they also provide tailoring services on site and can count on them in a pinch. Their prices are fair. read more

Good people, good service, good rates. Very beneficial to our community. Next to Trader Joe's, an easy two stops in one when running errands. If you don't know, they have a seamstress that can do minor jobs like hemming pants. read more

Cheap but damaged my dress. Safety pin thru the exterior and a stain on the inside. Not sure why they decided to pin the dress to the hanger thru the exterior read more

Terrible dry cleaner. Square burn on my shirt and multiple buttons on my suit broken. Suit and shirt brand new and never worn. Do NOT bring your clothes here, they are cheap for a reason. They do not care about what they are doing. read more

Been going to them for years, not just for dry cleaning but alterations and sweater repair too. Always great service.

Amazing service and attention to detail at Boyer Cleaners. A local family owned business that I am happy to be a repeat customer with and refer many friends to. Great value and care taken with all the items I bring them. read more

Love this spot. Everyone is sweet. They do a great job. I've brought some delicate and vintage items that they did a stellar job on. I even had an emergency quick turn around one day and they obliged. Love! read more

I live in the area and just started coming here. They are wonderful. Great service, fair prices, and they fix all sorts of random zippers/clothes/patching. I love this cleaners! read more

My family has been coming here for 20 years and they are the best in the area for dry cleaning, tailoring - even Vintage clothes - cleaning rugs - they've even made me pillow covers for the couch. Always prompt and upbeat, great service. And also honest - if it's better to hand wash, they will tell you! read more

I love this place. Great cleaners. Great for sewing/alteration stuff also. Friendly/helpful staff.

As my local dry cleaners, I've been coming here for going on 5 years now. In all that time I've never lost buttons off my shirts, had items go missing or run into any of those unfortunate events that seem to plague at least one visit to the dry cleaners. Everyone is very friendly here, especially the young girl who's often at the counter. Pop in while you're visiting trader joes next door, and kill 2 birds with 1 stone. read more

If you could give 0 stars for personality, customer service, communication and customer interaction, this would be the EPITOME. The older folks, man and woman, look at you, grunt, moan and groan and don't say three words. They are angry, irritable and don't care about the customer. If you ask them for a little help here or there, nothing. More grunts, moans and groans. I have come here for a little while. They have lost my business. Learn how to speak to customers and learn how to communicate like a human being. Your approach to customer service is TERRIBLE. read more

I love these people! They do a fantastic job with dry cleaning and I always have great experience with the alterations too. Highly recommend! read more

Been coming here since my kids were in kindergarten nest door at Dahlia Heights and now they are college graduates!!!!! This place is affordable and they do an awesome job. They have also altered some pieces of clothing and fixed zippers. Love, love this place!!!!! read more

Overdue review for our dry cleaners that are just awesome. We've been going here for years. They're so nice, FAST, an reasonably priced. My husband and I work weird hours, so the 7-7 on weekdays thing is amazing. There are a few options in the area but I can't imagine going anywhere else! read more

My neighborhood spot. I love them, they are reasonable and will help me if I have to rush something. They always do such a great job! I love supporting this family business. read more

This place is by far the best in the area. Recently, I arrived a few minutes after closing time on Saturday, needing the items for a trip I was leaving on the next day. They opened the door, gave me my clothes, and told me to have a good trip. Well done. Above and bet the call of duty. I will go no where else. Period. read more

I never give 5 star reviews BUT... OMG I love this family owned and operated dry cleaner. It's right around the corner from where I live. They are beyond amazing and will clean just about anything. I brought in a sweater that had something very terrible happen to it. I tried to save a dog that got hit on the street while it was raining a couple months back. Long story short, I lost the dog and couldn't bear to look at this brand new blouse again. I was about to throw it away, but decided to ask if perhaps they could clean it for me, I had already washed it twice (never dried it) but the dirt and the wet dog smell just wouldn't come out. Viola, they got it clean! They are amazing. And give a discount if you pay in cash, just sayin' leave your plastic in the car. read more

How many times can you deny responsibility for ruined cloths before I stop returning? About 5 times too many, is apparently the answer. Today was the worst, a ruined burnt cuff, with pressed in wrinkles on the collar. And you blame the shirt? CARE FOR THE ITEM AND IT'S INHERIT FABRIC. When I explained the amount of times you have denied responsibility and that you were losing a customer that spends hundreds of dollars a month, your response? "GOOD!" The convenience of location kept us returning. No Longer. I advise against their abuse of fabrics and unappreciative business practices. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE IF YOU TELL THEM YOU NEED THEM BACK AT A CERTAIN TIME!!!! My husband brought my 2 shirts and a pair jeans to get pressed. He was there 8:45 am and asked if they could be ready by 1pm. Gentlemen that services the counter said yes no problem. I came back at 12 pm to see by chance if they would be ready and was told "No your husband said 1:00 pm". I said OK, I will be back". I returned at 1:10 pm to pick up my items only to be told that the 2 shirts were not ready. I got upset at the Latin women that greeted me with a smile and told her that we wanted them ready at 1pm. I got upset at her and I apologized to her because it wasn't her fault. She was just the messenger of bad news. The man that told me to come back at 1pm emerged from the back and said it would be another 10 minutes. I told him " You tell me to come back at 1pm and it would be ready. Here I am and still not ready, is this how you do business?" He looked at me and walked away.....how can anyone do business with people that do not smile, show no emotions and do not even apologize for their mistakes. To make it worse I was charged full price, no compensation. Never again Boyer Cleaner will you ever have our family business. Would appreciate hearing from and you have our number because you asked for it. Disappointed, The Flores read more

$2.50 to launder a man's button down shirt. $1less less than the cleaners next to gelson's in los feliz [classic cleaners] & without the attitude, and at least $1 less than the one near the ex-ralphs on glendale blvd. [silver glen cleaners i think it's called] shirts look pressed & dapper. next to a trader, a plus. as my 92-year-old father is still a clothes horse, the lower price makes a huge difference cumulatively. friendly service so far, and cleaning ready on time. i did get the 5% cash discount, unlike some who say they were reamed out of it. it was expensive to have an oxxford suit jacket cleaned: $9. but i expect it would have been even higher further west. read more

Very down to earth cleaning place with very accommodating staff. They were even open on Christmas Eve. My jackets and dresses came back clean and looks very taken care of. My favorite is that my velvet jacket came back soft and wonderfully cleaned. They even were kind enough to reinforce my falling buttons from one of my jackets at no charge. I recently got a new pair of GAP jeans that I wanted altered because the length was far too long. Their alterations was done very well and you can't even tell that it was even altered. The length was perfect and, as I asked, the orginal bottom hemline was kept. Prices are very reasonable. My jackets were $6 each and dresses were $8. My alteration cost $15. This is a long standing cleaners definitely worth coming to. read more

Since I moved (as well as my job) I had to find a closer cleaners and alteration place... And since I visit Trader Joe's regularly (they share a parking lot), this place was conveniently located. This review is only for alterations, since I have yet to bring anything to dry clean. I typically bring them my jeans to get hemmed and they always do a great job and they are super quick and can do it in a crunch if needed. And the young woman at usually runs the front is always friendly and personable! This has become my go to place for alterations!! read more

Needed a last minute dry cleaning for my suit for a wedding and Boyer was able to get it done last minute on a SAT morning. I tried US #1 Cleaners and they don't have any cleaners working on Saturdays. Prices were fair/average and the suit looked great. No complaints here - thank you! read more

Love come in here if you ask what you want they'll get it for you one of the best dry cleaners I've ever gone to

After trying quite a few cleaners in our area, we have found these to be the best. The prices are reasonable, they always do great work- like to tearing your clothes like other cleaners who have ruined my vintage clothing! and of course amy is a hoot! :) read more

I'll never go here again. I dropped something off and was told it would take 2 weeks because they had to send it out. I showed up 2 weeks later to pick it up and she said they were unable to clean it. What they should've done was tell me that they couldn't handle the job immediately so I could take it to a more sophisticated dry cleaner. Very unprofessional. read more

I have made peace with this cleaners. Years ago I was very unhappy with them. Found the people who own it rather cold. No more! Today they became my all time favorite. Boyer cleaned a badly stained old rug and made it look like new. A miracle! Their miracles are quite expensive, I might add. But not as expensive as a new rug. I have made friends with Howard, one of the owners. We have made a practice of calling each other by the wrong name. I call him Walter. He calls me Wanda. I'm running out of names for him. But this bit of nonsense makes the days I go in there more fun. So I just want to sign off with, Thanks for your good work Reginald! read more

Terrific friendly service and excellent care of clothes. I've been coming here for about 8 years and always satisfied.

This place post's a sign that says 5% off if you pay cash. However, when you pay cash they don't give the discount unless you ask. I had a shirt cleaned that cost $2.20. When I asked the employee, "your sign says 5% off cash, she replied, "is 9 cents that important to you"? I replied yes, and buy the way 5% of $2.20 is 11 cents, not 9 cents. I agree, 5% is pretty much meaningless, but if you post a discount sign and then humiliate a customer for asking, I suggest you take the f------.sign down. read more

I think it's time to alter clothes elsewhere. We used this place the whole time I was a kid, and the work was good. Not so much anymore. They hemmed my dress unevenly. So I requested a redo. Now, it's noticeably uneven on the other side. Also, I wanted a shirt dry cleaned. When I picked it up with a bunch of other stuff, I noticed the grease stain was still there. When I inquired, they said a second dry-clean could probably take it out and they'd redo it. Sure enough, it worked. But why didn't they notice the grease stain and address it to me when I went to pick it up? Or redo it beforehand? read more

Looking for same day dry cleaning? The only thing is that you need them to know before 10am. So glad that I found this place! I needed my suit dry cleaned along with pressing my dress shirt. I've been going to Boyers for quite some time. Great staff and great service. It's a family business and they are very friendly and professional. From dry cleaning to alterations, they get the job done quickly. Their pricing is about average in comparison with other dry cleaners but it's the service that keeps me coming back. The only issue I have is the parking. At times it's harder to find than a parking spot in a mall on Xmas eve!. The store is situated right next to a Trader Joes, which is almost always packed and their customers take up parking everywhere when their parking lot is full and their lot is almost always full. Other than that, I highly recommend Boyers read more
