They offer a variety of washers, including double and triple loaders, with prices starting at just $3.50. They also have the grand daddy 6 load machines for $8.00 and a even bigger one for 8 loads for $10.00. If you feel lazy they do offer laundry services by the pound. There's an attendant on site, which is always a plus, and a small store inside where you can buy laundry soap, softeners, dryer sheets, and other essentials if you forget something. They sell a few snacks and drinks if you get thirsty. The space has plenty of seating, and it wasn't too crowded when we visited, making the wash job easy peasy. Their coin machines can break a $20 bill. Overall, this spot to wash your clothes does a fine job. They even have little kid friendly vending machined with toys and stickers.

I finally got the chance to utilize this facility. The credit card option is very convenient! The space is very clean and there's always an attendant on site. All the machines are maintained well and there's always ratio of out of service machines vs the working ones are minuscule. They have 2-load machines, 3-load machines, larger ones for linens and sheets, and the jumbo one if you're the type who prefers to stuff all their laundry together to save time! There are plenty of dryer machines you won't need to wait long to get one. The quarter machines are still in effect and who doesn't like the nostalgia? The only feedback I have is that (1) Tap option on the machines do not work at all. I prefer to use my Apple Watch to pay but since it only takes card swipes, I opt for the quarters instead. (2) some of the machines need a clean out as they're starting to smell like mildew. I have to increase my laundry booster to make sure my clothes won't smell like mildew when it's done. Hopefully that's in the works. Otherwise, it's a laundry facility i highly recommend!

The machines that do work work well, and the dryers do a good job and don't require you to add a lot of time. I managed to dry a month's worth of laundry for $2.50, which is less than my apartment complex charges for one dry cycle. I guess that's why some woman came in and only used the dryers and took up of them... If I lived closer, I might come back just to support the nice owners. But there's a mid coin laundry right around the corner from me, so it's not really worth going out of my way.

First impression: very clean. The attendant on duty was friendly and helpful. The problems started with payment. The digital/card system was down, so it was quarters only. There's no on-site ATM, so I ran across the street to the liquor store, paid a $3 ATM fee, and came back. Later, when I needed more quarters, the change machine was empty or malfunctioning. The attendant improvised with a vending machine to get me $5 in quarters--above and beyond, but customers shouldn't need workarounds. Comfort and layout are issues, too. There's no indoor seating, and the outdoor metal benches sit in direct sun, so waiting outside is rough; I ended up sitting in my car with the AC on between cycles. Aisles throughout are tight, so moving a cart creates bottlenecks and lots of "excuse me" just to pass. The restroom costs 50¢--I get the deterrence angle, but a customer code would be fairer. Easy fixes: restore digital payment and keep the changer stocked; add an ATM. Comfort upgrades: provide shaded or indoor seating; offer a restroom code for paying customers. Laundry Love is clean and staffed by good people--but payment reliability and basic comfort matter. I'd gladly return if those are addressed; otherwise I'll choose another laundromat next time.

He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again.
