We've been using the Sunland location for years and have never had any issue with any of our suits, jackets, shirts, or dresses. We travel allot thus we always come home with piles of dry cleaning. Always get the stains out! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable plus prices are reasonable. Even used tailoring years ago and it came out perfect! Highly recommend! read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Left my designer trench coat to be dry cleaned (emphasized that it needs to be handled with care) and they damaged all the buttons and replaced one completely. This is the worst experience I had at a dry cleaners. I understand situations happen - what's more important is how the business takes care of matters afterwards. I called the next day at 8 am to share my concern and as I'm speaking to the employee, they do not want to compensate for the damage to get the buttons replaced but instead, asked me to drop off so they can replace them at their store. If it was a non-designer item, I don't have a problem getting the buttons replaced. However, a designer item is expensive and should uphold the same quality. That is why it's called a designer item. My complaint is clear, my jacket is damaged from the entire front, wrist area, and shoulder area. It's not just one button, all of them are damaged. The owner, Zach refuses to accept any of my video/pictures and would rather have me drop it off at the store so they can examine or come to my home to see "how they can fix it." Got a hold of the owner, Zach and he begins speaking to me in another language which I thought was quite rude and was very unprofessional. No apology offered, no compensation offered and was coming off in an aggressive manner which I did not appreciate. I will never be visiting this business again. read more

Had a suit altered here, nice, quick and friendly. Will suggest this location to anyone I know needing alterations/dry cleaning.

I have been coming to this dry cleaners for the last three years or so. They offer alterations and shoe cleaning as well. They have great service, great prices compared to other dry cleaners. I normally get my clothes back within three days. I have used their alteration services as well and was very happy with the results. read more

I'd like to thank Maggie for a successful and tricky alteration job on my new Boston Marathon jacket. The task was to fix an unattractive design by Adidas using material from a matching pair of gray shorts I bought to cannibalize for this alteration. Maggie did an impressive job. I'm especially glad she was able to use one solid section of material from the shorts to avoid creating new seams. The end result is better than I imagined. I'm happy I went to Burbank Dry Cleaners based on the reviews here on Yelp, and now this is the only place in Burbank I will trust for my alterations. read more

Great service!! Fast and really professional. It's a great addition to the neighborhood, and they have next day dry cleaning if you're able to bring it in before 2pm. Highly recommend giving them a shot! read more

I had been looking for a dry cleaners that didn't ruin my husband's black dress shirts as he is often required to wear black for work. I tried many places in Burbank and finally found this place! We are happy with the quality of the work they do and grateful that his black shirts don't get ruined in the process. Not to mention the friendly staff that customize the cleaning and pressing to our liking. Thank you! read more

I'm sad to say the shopping center caught on fire last week causing the cleaners to shut down. I have been a long time customer and have experienced nothing but the best . My prayers and thoughts are with your family and employees. Please keep us updated on your plans to relocate or re-open. I also read in the paper that the clothes that were there have been sent to another cleaners. How do we contact you for further info. I have saved my receipt just in case my clothes were saved. read more

Wonderful service!! Thank you so much, my clothes came out excellent! Everyone was so kind.

This is my go-to dry cleaners! I started coming here about a year ago and haven't been disappointed with the quality of service they provide. They use a modern ticketing system and do a superb job at keeping track of how many items they owe you upon your arrival. Larry is usually at the front and is always so helpful and If you're currently looking for a new spot, try this one out for yourself! read more

After grabbing my jacket to go out, I saw that my button had come off and they had pinned it to my jacket without informing me. I had only worn this jacket one time before giving it to the dry cleaning, and I had no issues with the button when I gave my jacket for the dry cleaning, I would not have been upset had they informed me that the button had came off and I didn't discover this right as I was grabbing my jacket to leave the house to go to an important event read more

Burbank Dry Cleaners - Broke my button - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Burbank, California

I brought two costumes here because they had such good reviews, and am sorely disappointed. When I dropped them off I repeatedly said I did not want either garment pressed. Having made them myself I knew the fabric was finicky and they said they would need to charge me extra since they were delicate. I agreed. What I got back were two garments that clearly were heavily pressed and not handled delicately at all. The cape has been so heavily pressed the seam alliance is now visibly burnt to the outside. The dress has areas on both shoulders were the velvet has been heavily worn and the entire panel will have to be replaced. The fabric alone for both these garments cost easily over a thousand dollars, much less the cost of labor involved to make them. ...And they damaged both of them because they couldn't be bothered to care. Happy to take my money to pretend though. read more

I have them around 15 graphic designer t shirts and they all game back perfect. No stains, no whiting of the graphic. Great service, good value, would recommend. read more

I want to start of by saying both women that work here are very sweet and helpful. The owner however is a total jerk. One of my garments was complete destroyed and he asked how much it is to which I replied $70.. He follows up by saying that there is no way that garment is $70 (indirectly calling me a liar) This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Affordable cleaners but when they ruin your stuff its not worth going there. read more

Paid $60 to have three summer dresses dry cleaned with special attention to two small stains. Thought it was an easy fix, but somehow the dress was returned with two EVEN DARKER AND LARGER stains. One Price Cleaners has the lowest price and consistently the best service of any dry cleaner I've used. Their location is very convenient and so are their hours. I've been a customer for about 4 years and have been pleased each and every time. The staff are always so friendly and ask about my day, just like a close friend would. On the occasion that I call with a question about when my order will be completed, etc., my call is always answered expeditiously and fully. I couldn't be happier and would confidentially recommend One Price Cleaners to anyone who's looking for a great dry cleaning experience. read more

I dropped off some things to get altered and repaired. Since I was a first time customer the store owner gave me 20% off. The turn around was under 5 days. I picked up my items and I was really impressed with the quality of work. I'll be dropping my dry cleaning off there soon as well. Very convenient to have a proficient dry cleaners close to home read more

Really decent cleaners at super affordable prices. The ladies who work here are very pleasant and we have established a good little rapport. My clothes always come back in nice shape and the turnaround is fairly quick. I sometimes wish the pressing would be a little more sharp but also appreciate my clothes do not get damaged. Would love it if alterations were available more on the week days for drop off. read more

Friendly and great job every time. I've also often asked them to do alterations and mending.

I wholeheartedly agree with all the other great reviews on here. OPC is one of the best dry cleaners in Burbank. I have tried 2 other cleaners in the area and there have always been serious issues with customer service and/or work quality. Their team, especially Ojik, is dedicated to providing the best quality of service and they always do it with a smile on their face. Not only are they great at cleaning, but they also do a fantastic job with tailoring. Their tailors truly understand measurements, alterations, and how to properly work with different types of fabrics - especially on expensive garments. I have brought in wedding dresses, men's dress shirts, and everyday clothing and they know how to properly clean and work with it all. I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

I found out about this place through an online Instagram post that advertised their shoe cleaning services. I direct messaged their Instagram asking if they allow drop offs directly to their store. They were very friendly and responded quick. I wasn't sure they were going to be able to remove the stain off my shoe without turning it yellow. However they did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend their service. The cashier was also very professional and I will be back next time I need a cleaning. read more

Great service and amazing prices, found my go to cleaners. I'm extra happy that they also do alterations!

I was looking around for a good cleaner's. Found the perfect spot. Plan on coming more often. My work shirts look like new.

This place is absolutely the best. From the time you walk in the lovely ladies greeting you to the moment you walk out knowing that the job was done right. There no dry cleaners in the area that can compare or come close to deliver. And they even offer same-day service if you go to their main dry cleaning facility on Riverside. That's a plus. Definitely a customer for life! read more

do not go here . expensive and no quality on your clothing. Took a pair of jeans with a stain a week later I got it back with the same stain on it. Then I took a jacket I had picked up from another cleaner they hadn't removed the stain on it to them to clean I mentioned that the jacket is clean the other cleaner didn't remove the stain. They charged me $14.00 and the jacket came back with the stain. They have no quality control and outrageous expensive. I found milt and Edie's cleaners around the corner took the jacket I.there And within 2 hours got the jacket back with less price and the stain was gone. this cleaner is not professional do not go here it's family run it looks like they do t know what they are doing . At first when I found them they were good paying attent to the clothing but I guess after a while when you become a regular they don't pay attention to quality. please don't go to BURBANK DRYCLEANERS BURBANK I read more

I'm rating them a 2 because of lack of communication and knowledge about dry cleaning expensive items. I dropped off my boss' jacket and was told it would be ready in a few days. I immediately told the woman it was a very expensive piece, so the woman examined the jacket then handed me a slip. I come back to pick up the jacket and at first they can't even find it. Then when they do, they tell me it was never dry cleaned. They didn't feel comfortable dry cleaning a jacket with expensive buttons. No one called me so I told my boss it would be clean and ready for their trip. It wasn't. Overall unprofessional to not be able to gauge their own capabilities and limitations with expensive items. The lack of customer service did not make this experience any better. read more

I dropped off 3 pair of dress slacks on a Friday afternoon, got'em back on Monday night. My last dry cleaners never did that... Zak is awesome too. He was very nice & attentive to my needs which I'm sure he passes on to all his other patrons. Accepts credit cards on orders over $10. My total? $8.25 & no cash. He gave me a one-time break as a newbie to his establishment. Thanks Zak, you've made me a loyal customer for as long as I live in the area! Upon inquiry, I found there are serveral prices for ONE PRICE Cleaners : $2.75 - dress pants (dry-clean & press) $2.50 - shirts (dry-clean & press) $1.75 - shirts (laundered & pressed) $6.50 - $8.00 - men's wool suits! (deal of all deals) PROS: In-house cleaning plant alterations Prompt & curteous Effecient Private one-way parking lot CONS: Parking is shared with about 6 or 7 other store-fronts Some people think they can just park wherever in the lot, like right in the store-front. Which can cause frustration when trying to back out of a parking spot. C'mon man! Hope this helps. deez® out. read more

On what I think was my second visit there, I dropped off a pair of pants to have the pocket repaired (worn out from my keys). They charged me for the repair, but never did the repair. When I brought them back (still freshly pressed) with the receipt they emailed me, Rosanne said "how do I know it was these pants" the she said "I don't believe it". I took my pants back and said I will never be back again. I have no recourse to get my money back and now I have to pay another dry cleaner to actually do the repair. Never again will I leave a dry cleaners without inspecting their work. I'm actually pretty bummed as this is the most convenient one. But, not with those business practices. Oh well. Just because they are convenient, doesn't mean they are good. read more
