My lady took one of my favorite cables knit sweaters in for a repair of a nasty rip in the sleeve. Honestly, I was a little afraid the repair would be obvious, but I want to concerned; I really only wear it around the house. To my pleasant surprise, the seamstress there was able to repair it, using identical yarn, and the repair was pretty tough to even find afterward! How do they do that?! I am so impressed! And the cost? Just $8! Not only that, but it was dropped off on a Friday and ready for pickup the following Monday. I can't even say how long I write that sweater with that hole in it! I would give 0 stars if possible. Left my designer trench coat to be dry cleaned (emphasized that it needs to be handled with care) and they damaged all the buttons and replaced one completely. This is the worst experience I had at a dry cleaners. I understand situations happen - what's more important is how the business takes care of matters afterwards. I called the next day at 8 am to share my concern and as I'm speaking to the employee, they do not want to compensate for the damage to get the buttons replaced but instead, asked me to drop off so they can replace them at their store. If it was a non-designer item, I don't have a problem getting the buttons replaced. However, a designer item is expensive and should uphold the same quality. That is why it's called a designer item. My complaint is clear, my jacket is damaged from the entire front, wrist area, and shoulder area. It's not just one button, all of them are damaged. The owner, Zach refuses to accept any of my video/pictures and would rather have me drop it off at the store so they can examine or come to my home to see "how they can fix it." Got a hold of the owner, Zach and he begins speaking to me in another language which I thought was quite rude and was very unprofessional. No apology offered, no compensation offered and was coming off in an aggressive manner which I did not appreciate. I will never be visiting this business again. read more

I brought two costumes here because they had such good reviews, and am sorely disappointed. When I dropped them off I repeatedly said I did not want either garment pressed. Having made them myself I knew the fabric was finicky and they said they would need to charge me extra since they were delicate. I agreed. What I got back were two garments that clearly were heavily pressed and not handled delicately at all. The cape has been so heavily pressed the seam alliance is now visibly burnt to the outside. The dress has areas on both shoulders were the velvet has been heavily worn and the entire panel will have to be replaced. The fabric alone for both these garments cost easily over a thousand dollars, much less the cost of labor involved to make them. ...And they damaged both of them because they couldn't be bothered to care. I'm rating them a 2 because of lack of communication and knowledge about dry cleaning expensive items. I dropped off my boss' jacket and was told it would be ready in a few days. I immediately told the woman it was a very expensive piece, so the woman examined the jacket then handed me a slip. I come back to pick up the jacket and at first they can't even find it. Then when they do, they tell me it was never dry cleaned. They didn't feel comfortable dry cleaning a jacket with expensive buttons. No one called me so I told my boss it would be clean and ready for their trip. It wasn't. Overall unprofessional to not be able to gauge their own capabilities and limitations with expensive items.
