I live 25 mins from this place now. Still make it a point to choose them every time for alterations and cleaning. Armin and his team know how to take care of their customers and thus we come back every time. read more

Love it here! It's my local spot and they always do an amazing job and get it done quickly!

I took my suit here to get tailored and the whole experience was honestly not pleasant. He took all my measurements, so I thought it would come out right, but the work was done so poorly. The legs are so tight I can't even sit down. The fit is completely off and now my three thousand dollar suit feels ruined. What made it worse was the attitude. The person working there just seemed irritated and unhappy the entire time, like helping customers was a burden. There was no care in the service at all. The only positive thing about this place is the owners dogs because they're adorable. I'm giving two stars for the dogs alone. Everything else was an absolute mess, and I would not recommend. read more

One of the best cleaners ever! I used them for fluff and fold and it's just perfect! Very friendly, fast and great price! I'm a new customer, but I'm becoming a regular customer now lol. Anyway I highly recommend this place for everyone! read more

If you are in the Toluca Lake/NoHo area of LA and in need of dry cleaning or tailoring, look no further than Dr. Cleaners. For years, I had been going to a certain well-known pink-themed spot further down the road -- but after a few less-than-stellar experiences, I went searching for an improvement. Dr. Cleaners has never let me down! They are speedy, but the quality of their work is top-tier. They have handled everything from pressing a wrinkled dress shirt to tailoring a full suit days before a big event (they take the time to measure and mark everything, and are collaborative if you ask questions or have requests). The service is always friendly, and prices are clearly displayed so you're never surprised by what your bill will be. I visit Dr. Cleaners every time my clothes need special attention or alterations. read more

I discovered today that my comforter was significantly burned by the dry cleaner. I've only used this dry cleaner when I lived in North Hollywood. The attendant attempted to overcharge me and complained about the size of my comforter. In his rush to finish, he ended up burning it. I'm certain it was their fault, as it's the only place I've ever taken my comforter. If you have valuable items, avoid this dry cleaner; they may damage and overcharge you. read more

Dr Cleaners - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Toluca Lake, California

Was looking for a last minute alteration for a dress I forgot was too long for my event. Reached out to numerous spots in the valley and Dr Cleaners said they would be able to get me and get it done in under 24 hours. Quick and friendly service and was able to get two dresses altered for $80 total. This will be my go to spot for all alterations needs from now on! Thank you again! read more

The service here is terrible I came here today and the owner was so rude and unprofessional. I came in today to get a few shirts dry cleaned but he was being very impatient w me and having a bad attitude so I decided to go somewhere else. I sat in my car for a bit to find somewhere else to go and he blocked my car in and said since I wasted his time he's going to waste mine. This was such an insane experience do not come here he has anger issues. read more

DR. Cleaners was recommended by a friend. I was please with the services. My sweater had a small hole and they stiched it up. Thank you for your services. Very kind and welcoming. read more

Dr Cleaners - $gʻb - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Toluca Lake, California

I've lived in this area for 9 years and never once set foot in this little strip mall. So glad I finally did and tried out Dr Cleaners! Perfect time too because I've been looking for a good tailor. Armen was very kind over the phone .When I came in to get the complicated zipper (for me at least) on my favorite hoodie fixed, he was so nice and fixed it right up, on the spot. Now that I know he is here, I will bring my alterations to him read more

So happy with how my dry cleaning came back. The people who work here are lovely! I like how transparent they are with pricing on their website. I had a deep oil stain in an outfit I love that I wasn't able to get out myself when doing the laundry. I called a couple places and felt most confident with this place and who I spoke to on the phone (I think one of the owners). Picked up the outfit and other items and stain is gone and other items came back perfectly too. They've also got the cutest 2 pups behind the counter. My son loved petting them. read more

Just a warning: they might hike up the price after quoting you a different price, even though the first quote was after having seen the clothing item to be cleaned. Not the most honest practice. read more

Fair prices, excellent service and they even have amazing tailors with quick turn around! I would rate them a 10 if I could!!

Best dry clean in the area. Always friendly and go above and beyond. I've been going there for years, and they never disappoint. Keep up the good work! read more

They same day altered my outfit for a wedding that night, and the price was so reasonable. If I lived in LA I would exclusively use this place. Excellent! read more

This is my go to cleaner. They're fast, SUPER reasonable and so accommodating. I was leaving for an extended trip and needed the button replaced on some shorts but I forgot to include them in the order I dropped off for hemming earlier in the week. I brought them in the next day and they were ready with my order with no problem. I got two skirts hemmed and the button replaced on the shorts (as well as the shorts patched) for about $60, which was way less than what other cleaners in the valley were quoting. Plus the guy who works the front in the afternoons is cute, so I don't mind going back if I forget something lol. I 100% recommended based on services, pricing and service though. read more

This was my second time going to this place. I just return from NY to pick up my dry cleaning. I noticed a little brown crumbling stain on my right shoulder which was new to me because I've never seen that stain. I had it return so they can redo my shirt. I just picked it up and as you can see from the photos, my white shirt was cover with legions of lint and hair. It's lazy work. As if they didn't want to redo my shirt for some unknown reason. They are nice, don't get me wrong, but this rubbed me the wrong way so I won't be returning my business with them. I had to use my lint roller and the results speak for itself. read more

Dr Cleaners is amazing. Clean/nice facility, friendly staff, fair prices and great turn around on getting your items back in a timely manner. I will always do the drive and take my bedding and clothing here. I'm so happy with their customer care/service. Dr. Cleaners also has a couple of cute pups behind the counter. That's always a plus to see those fur babies. read more

I was in LA from NY with very very slim pants and they helped out in a few hours and were super nice about it. they also did a great job tailoring my suit. 10/10! read more

Friendly service, in-person and on the phone. Transparent and accurate pricing available in-store and on their website. Clothes looked great. Alterations were done perfectly to specifications. I'll be coming back for washing and pressing, alteration, and dry-cleaning needs! read more

20% my first bill for checking into Yelp, so you better believe I brought in a bunch of stuff to dry clean lol. Also, love that they're technologically advanced, requiring a phone number to look you up. Love the fact that they're green, eco friendly cleaners. Friendly staff, and I rec'd my clothes back clean and crisp - what's there not to like? Parking is in the Coffee Bean lot. It can be tight at times, but they also have subterranean parking whose entrance isn't readily visible from the street. read more

I've been going here for years now, so this is an overdue review. I've utilized their dry cleaning and their tailoring, and I can vouch for all. Very thorough and honest, they will tell you what they can and cannot do up front. Their prices are very competitive, and they have always been punctual. I have never needed to look for any other dry cleaners because I've always been satisfied with their work. read more

I brought a couple jeans, tshirts and 2 dresses to this cleaners. Every item that had a stain in it still has that stain. It honestly looks like they didn't dry clean our items at all. They also marked each stain like they were gonna do something about it. Super disappointed. A waste of time and a waste of money. read more

I really love this place. I was referred to it when I had these incredible shorts I wanted to make for my friend's bday when she got the wrong size...these cut-offs with black netting cascading down different lengths on each side, diagonally going up each hip. It was kind of tough! They worked with me & told me exactly what netting to get when I got the wrong kind initially & helped me not only tailor & make it, but design it. Their price to help was unbeatable. My friend got her dream shorts after all, just like Cinderella! Then I had this black romper missing a metal button on top & for years I just folded it down to a V-neck...I just randomly asked if they have those type of buttons, & oh my gosh they did. I now have a non-ghetto black jumper I can wear anytime!!! So excited. Since then, I just do everything there because the customer service rules, the prices are right. I don't need coupons to afford cleaning/tailoring here...& if I have any issues, they always correct it. Lastly...I like to go there when I'm driving east. That way I just turn into the parking lot, drop or pick stuff up, then can make an easy right turn out. They have designated parking spots so that's nice. I'm a horrible driver so avoiding left turns is my tip forte, lol! read more

My go-to, my favorite dry clean eyes ever! I will never go anywhere else. They have everything on time always and they're super honest on what they can and can not do. I'll keep this brief, in a world of over hyped and expensive Dry Cleaners in Los Angeles, quality customer service is EVERYTHING. These guys are THE BEST! Great quality dry cleaning but get this, Armen knows your name and even remembers what it is that he's looking for in the event you lose your tkt! HOW The EFF dos that work? I can't ever remember my name let alone what I brought to get dry cleaned in the first place. read more
