Since my last review back in 2025 I haven't gone back until recently. This lovely cleaners is seriously a great place to take all your garments. From suits, to shoes, clothes and more.. Prices vary depending on the garment. This past few times I needed them to clean a skirt and a shirt. The shirt had 2 medium size stains on them and the skirt I had a little accident and couldn't make it to the restroom so I did it on me.. I am assuming at one point or another we have all gone thru that unfortunate, disgusting, gross situation. In my case lately it happens more often.. Anyway, getting back to the review. Both brothers Al and Max are seriously wonderful people and they always take GREAT care of me when I go there or I send my son to drop off and pick up our clothes. When my son dropped off the skirt couple of months ago, they told him that it needs to be washed first, to get the poop out. The reason for that was so it doesn't get mixed up with other clothes. So we did that and took it back to them. The shirt was a recent visit. Got both items and they look perfectly clean. For more information, feel free to read my previous review.. Spotless states they do alterations and shoe repair. I brought in 4 blouses that needed to be taken in. They did a fine job. Price tag $100. I own two identical pairs of high heels and alternate wearing them. Max said they take them elsewhere and it would take 3 weeks. I kept calling and finally got them back after 10 weeks. They looked okay. Price tag $95. The second pair had identical problems. I took them to Star Shoe Repair on Fountain in West Hollywood. .This pair was ready after 5 days and looked as good as new. Price tag $50. I will not return to Spotless Green Cleaners. read more

Having lived in a few different parts of LA, I can confidently say that you'd be hard-pressed to find a better dry cleaners in town than Spotless Green. Whether you need some clothes cleaned quickly, are dealing with a nasty spaghetti sauce stain on your button up, or have a tear in your blazer, Max and Al can always work their magic. Not only are they kings of their craft but they're also two of the nicest guys on the planet. Max and Al run the BEST dry clean operation for miles in any direction on Ventura and they are as famous as many of the clients they have. I've been coming here since I moved to Studio City in 2016 and they are dependable, careful with my stuff, and just amazing human beings who run a small family business. I've pretty much had all their services. They expertly hemmed $300 pants for me, fixed a designer suit, and always have my items ready when they say they will. DON'T listen to those idiots leaving 1 star reviews. They are your typical LA bourgeois morons who can't be bothered to read their clothing labels, and let's be honest, probably hate tacos too. I hate to write a bad review because the guy was really really nice. But i cannot recommend alterations here. He charged me triple the price for a simple dress hemming. And he didn't even do a good job. The dress was slightly mermaid/flared at the bottom. I asked him if it is possible to shorten it without it looking weird. He told me no problem, so I figured he'll know how to take care of it so it doesn't look strange at the bottom. Well it looked weird as hell. And it was my engagement dress. I have tried many dry cleaning places and this place is my favorite among all. The way Nader handles my clothes is a thing of beauty. He checks and rechecks for imperfections, and when he does find one, no matter how small the blemish or even if a little thread is out of line, he will try his utmost to make it right. It's almost as if he treats every single article of clothing like it's precious diamonds. I don't think I will try any other dry cleaning place again. I feel like if I do, I will be doing an injustice to Nader and his business. I arrived the following day to pick it up and not only was it all hanging in the front ready to go, but he had also managed to finish the remainder of my order that I didn't need that day. I've only lived in Studio City for a couple years, so when I needed to get a dress altered for an "80s prom" theme wedding, I relied on Yelp reviews to show me where to go. This is me paying it forward. Spotless Green Cleaners was AMAZING. I worked with Max to adjust the top of my dress (he basically cut it open and re-stitched the whole front). He worked with my quick one week timeline, and even offered to have me come in a couple days early for a try-on to see if he needed to do anything else to make me feel comfortable in the dress. I was pleasantly surprised to see he even got a small stain out of my dress; I thought my dress was damaged for good! Found this cleaners after another local cleaner completely stained a very expensive white duvet cover. Not only did they tell me why the cover was stained, but when I purchased a replacement they were able to clean it with no issue. This has been my go-to business ever since. The owner is knowledgeable, nice, and has a customer-first approach, which is why I will continue to come here. More recently I took in one of my favorite blazers that has become a bit worn. Not only is he fixing the tear in the armpit, but he is also proactively offered to reinforce one of the elbows that had been blown out (and pathetically mended by me using an iron on patch) I really couldn't ask for anything more from a cleaner. Everyone is going to have an issue with a dry cleaner from time to time, it happens. I've been living near by for over 3 years now and I've used dry cleaning places up and down the blvd. For the price, Spotless Green does the best job and are by far the most friendly. On my most recent trip, my favorite tie had a bit of a snag in it. Nadir had his tailor repair it for me and got the stain out of it (I was afraid it would never come clean) and didn't charge me any extra for the repair, even if it may have been minor. I couldn't ask for better service. Even if there are places closer to me, it's worth the walk to take my cleaning here. read more

I've used Flair Cleaners off and on over the past THIRTY years, and unfailingly, they find a way to give me trouble. One time it was an expired credit card that caused them to REFUSE to leave my cleaning at my home on delivery day. This time, they refused to clean a scarf I brought in because it didn't have a "cleaning instructions" tag on it. My aunt knit it for me, so of course no cleaning instructions. I'm starting to realize I can use Yelp for places beyond food and bars . . . and this was a great choice. So Nadar is awesome. He took time to explain his craft and how this shop is different than others. And not in a sleazy salesman way but in a manner that you can tell he enjoys his business. Its actually the first time anyone spent the time to discuss things with me . . . this feels a lot better than just dropping clothes off. All other cleaners now feel "cold" in comparison.
