Not only did she do them both perfectly, but she's quick and the prices are great. It was $16 to tailor my jeans and she kept the original stitching at the bottom. After being a loyal customer for years due to the convenience of this location near my home, I was…read moreextremely disappointed by the way I was treated today. I sent my husband to pick up my item, and he was charged for an alteration that was never mine. We were told it was a "past due balance," which made no sense as I have never had any outstanding charges. When I called to clarify, the owner, Sheri, admitted there may have been a mistake and that they likely confused me with another customer. However, instead of apologizing, she abruptly said she had customers waiting and could not continue the conversation, telling me I would need to physically return with the card later. I called back an hour later and provided my credit card information for the refund. While she agreed to process it before closing, when I expressed frustration over the inconvenience and their error, her response was, "Maybe you should find a place that makes you happier." What disappointed me most was not the billing mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, or basic customer care. After 8 years of patronage, I will never return. I expected far better treatment from a business I supported for so long. This place seriously needs better leadership and customer service.

I picked then up and everything seemed fine with these items. I also took in an off white silk blend blazer with a leather lapel. Which needed leather cleaning because of the lapel. I was quoted 35 dollars and that it would be ready in a week. I show up the 1st time to pick it up to be told that "He" whoever the hell "he" is" didn't get the dirt off the sleeve. This is where l became suspicious of what she was telling me. My blazer was hanging in the back like it had never gone out. So, l played along with it. Then l called about a week later and it still wasn't done. So, popped in again to find out what the deal is. Now, it will either be in that evening around 4:30 or in the morning. She wants me to call before l come. Because, you know LA traffic. Couldn't be to give her time to put it in plastic and on a hanger to pretend that it went out. Because that is exactly what happened. The blazer had Never been cleaned yall! I told her this blazer wasn't clean. It still had my perfume on it. And all of the dirt from the day l wore it for my birthday celebration. I told her l wasn't paying for that. Now she says yeah, l wasn't going to charge you for it! Bullshit! I told her l wasn't paying then she says l wasn't going to charge you. My advice, stay clear of this place. If she could get away with charging you and not doing the work she will. Im not even sure if my other pieces were truly cleaned. Don't do it! There are plenty of other cleaners that have integrity and will do good honest work. See my photos. This is how l took it in and how l picked it up!
