Until this day there are customers who are shocked that this had carried on for as long as it did and feel betrayed by the father/daughter scheme. Now that this fraud has been ironed out, I can legitimately recommend Happy Bubbles Laundry for all your clothing upkeep needs! Angie is a sweetheart and has been hospitable since day one! She is the hardest worker in North Hollywood and has even watched her grandkids while managing the place! She's the first one in and last one out! And what's most impressive is that she seems to always be in good spirits with a smile on her face! They communicated well and let me know when they'd be arriving. After my pickup, I got an e-mail with the price of my laundry bundle and a link to pay online. Clothes were done sooner than expected and they let me know when they were on their way. They were folded neatly in nice bags. First time customers also get a discount which was a nice gesture! Soooo...I'm cheap, so I bought some brand new Elbeco police shirts at Goodwill for $6.99...so instead of spending $120 online to get the short sleeve versions for work, I had the cool guys at Tide alter both shirts for $25.99 ea. It took a couple weeks, but they did a great job. Nice people at the counters, too. I'd definitely go back and even recommend this place to you too. Kinda boring review, but hey, they did the job and nothing else happened, and if you know alteration services, they almost all have bad attitudes and screw your order up.

After being a loyal customer for years due to the convenience of this location near my home, I was…read moreextremely disappointed by the way I was treated today. I sent my husband to pick up my item, and he was charged for an alteration that was never mine. We were told it was a "past due balance," which made no sense as I have never had any outstanding charges. When I called to clarify, the owner, Sheri, admitted there may have been a mistake and that they likely confused me with another customer. However, instead of apologizing, she abruptly said she had customers waiting and could not continue the conversation, telling me I would need to physically return with the card later. I called back an hour later and provided my credit card information for the refund. While she agreed to process it before closing, when I expressed frustration over the inconvenience and their error, her response was, "Maybe you should find a place that makes you happier." What disappointed me most was not the billing mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, or basic customer care. After 8 years of patronage, I will never return. I expected far better treatment from a business I supported for so long. This place seriously needs better leadership and customer service.

I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

I am assuming at one point or another we have all gone thru that unfortunate, disgusting, gross situation. In my case lately it happens more often.. Anyway, getting back to the review. Both brothers Al and Max are seriously wonderful people and they always take GREAT care of me when I go there or I send my son to drop off and pick up our clothes. When my son dropped off the skirt couple of months ago, they told him that it needs to be washed first, to get the poop out. The reason for that was so it doesn't get mixed up with other clothes. So we did that and took it back to them. The shirt was a recent visit. Got both items and they look perfectly clean. For more information, feel free to read my previous review.. Nune, Nune, Nune!!!. I don't know where to begin. I so wanted to give my business to this cleaners…read more 3 times I had walked in after eating at Good Neighbor restaurant, 3 times of calling to ask a simple question. This woman is just simply RUDE,IMPATIENT, DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I heard few good things about her, the business, and her work. But, since she doesn't give you a chance to talk and explain what my question is all about? Or what needs to be done to my clothes. Clean? Shorten? Hem? Press? Iron? She just doesn't give you a chance to open your mouth. Let me by saying that she answered her BUSINESS phone like she is in her own house by saying HELLO?? HELLO?? Several times. I Mean it is a business phone right??? That has happened few times that I, or couple of my friends had called her. Hello?? How about Valet Cleaners how can I help you? PROPER GREETING. And her famous line is that she is VERY BUSY and hangs up the phone on you. I had asked my son yesterday (11/21/2024). to go in and find out how much would she charge to hem my pants that I paid $10.00 for from a sale rack and she gave him a price $30.00 w/out even taking a look at it. WHAT?? SERIOUSLY?? For what? All she had to do is saw the fabric inside the pants which would take her only 5 minutes and not too much use of thread. It shouldn't cost her more than roughly $10.00. What is she going to do with the rest of my money? What is this RAVE all about?? 5 or 4 star reviews?? And I have noticed few 1 star reviews that were NOT happy with her and her work. Maybe she is asking her friends, and family to write those reviews. I so wanted to give my business to her after reading those GLORIOUS, NICE, REVIEWS ON YELP, but since she never gave me the chance to open my mouth and listen to what I had to say, she lost my business. She also discriminates against her own race/culture which is so noticeable, uncalled for and unfair. If she continues with this bad behavior, unprofessional, rude & disrespectful attitude that shows a lot of anxiety in her voice and the way she operates her business; she will no longer have a business. Nune, keep in mind that there are so many cleaners in the area that will be more than glad to take my business and charge a lot less than you DO!!!! If you check my Yelp reviews, there are almost all 5 star reviews. I am a very positive person and see the good in everything and in everyone, but you have to earn my respect and business. Stay away from this business and Nune!! This one star was WELL DESERVED!! You don't have to reply to this review, but once other people read it, they will know what kind of business you are running. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PRICEY!! Try to be a little more kind, put a smile on your face, and be a little bit more lenient, and flexible. Not hard to do and doesn't cost a thing. Practice will make things better! That's all for now.
