Nune, Nune, Nune!!!. I don't know where to begin. I so wanted to give my business to this cleaners. 3 times I had walked in after eating at Good Neighbor restaurant, 3 times of calling to ask a simple question. This woman is just simply RUDE,IMPATIENT, DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I heard few good things about her, the business, and her work. But, since she doesn't give you a chance to talk and explain what my question is all about? Or what needs to be done to my clothes. Clean? Shorten? Hem? Press? Iron? She just doesn't give you a chance to open your mouth. Let me by saying that she answered her BUSINESS phone like she is in her own house by saying HELLO?? HELLO?? Several times. I Mean it is a business phone right??? That has happened few times that I, or couple of my friends had called her. Hello?? How about Valet Cleaners how can I help you? PROPER GREETING. And her famous line is that she is VERY BUSY and hangs up the phone on you. I had asked my son yesterday (11/21/2024). to go in and find out how much would she charge to hem my pants that I paid $10.00 for from a sale rack and she gave him a price $30.00 w/out even taking a look at it. WHAT?? SERIOUSLY?? For what? All she had to do is saw the fabric inside the pants which would take her only 5 minutes and not too much use of thread. It shouldn't cost her more than roughly $10.00. What is she going to do with the rest of my money? What is this RAVE all about?? 5 or 4 star reviews?? And I have noticed few 1 star reviews that were NOT happy with her and her work. Maybe she is asking her friends, and family to write those reviews. I so wanted to give my business to her after reading those GLORIOUS, NICE, REVIEWS ON YELP, but since she never gave me the chance to open my mouth and listen to what I had to say, she lost my business. She also discriminates against her own race/culture which is so noticeable, uncalled for and unfair. If she continues with this bad behavior, unprofessional, rude & disrespectful attitude that shows a lot of anxiety in her voice and the way she operates her business; she will no longer have a business. Nune, keep in mind that there are so many cleaners in the area that will be more than glad to take my business and charge a lot less than you DO!!!! If you check my Yelp reviews, there are almost all 5 star reviews. I am a very positive person and see the good in everything and in everyone, but you have to earn my respect and business. Stay away from this business and Nune!! This one star was WELL DESERVED!! You don't have to reply to this review, but once other people read it, they will know what kind of business you are running. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PRICEY!! Try to be a little more kind, put a smile on your face, and be a little bit more lenient, and flexible. Not hard to do and doesn't cost a thing. Took a couple of my husbands shirts to get dry cleaned. When I picked them up and brought them home, not only were the shirts still stained and not cleaned, you can see the areas where they tried to clean but instead discolored both shirts trying to clean the stains. But that's not all, the shirts smelled, and by smelled I mean reeked of a woman's perfume, it was disgusting, I couldn't even keep the shirts in the house I just put them in a bag, put them outside to take them to another cleaners. horrible horrible dry cleaning job, I do not recommend this place for a dry cleaning. read more

I have been coming to this dry cleaners for years as I live up the street. Nune is always very friendly and she does a fantastic job at cleaning up all my clumsy messes on my favorite pieces. Nune was very rude . I had these pants i wanted to wear for a concert. The pants are cheap fashion nova it was an easy quick fix to just change zipper out. She was like if u want it for today it will cost u more than pants. She was charging me $60 i was like thats wild.. she like i dont have time i have alot to do basically kicking me out of the place. Very rude. I went to another place by my West Hollywood house and lady was so nice and charged me $25. Never going back to this place again rude and pricey. read more

Extremely rude woman that runs this business. I pulled up in the parking space in front of the cleaner to have a suit pressed and I was finishing up a phone call. After about a minute, she comes out of the store yelling that I am not allowed to park in the space because it is for customers only. She lost a customer and then continued to berate me as I returned to let her know that I was a customer and she had now lost my business. Poor poor poor way to treat your customers. I was using this particular cleaner because it was close to where I worked and needed something done on a shorter notice, but I'll stick to my normal cleaner near my home. Normally, I would give Valet Cleaners 4 solid stars (5 if they were eco-friendly), but I am furious with them right now! I brought my husband's formal shirt here to be cleaned for a wedding we are IN on July 5th. My receipt says to pick it up on July 3rd before 5pm. Well, I just went over there, and a sign in the window says they're CLOSED July 3rd, 4th, and 5th!!! I called the number, and there is no answer and no answering machine. Now we have to try to find a store that is open for him to buy a new shirt (and we would usually have something new from the store cleaned before wearing it, but I guess there's no time for that now) in time for the wedding we are in the day after a national holiday. Probably the best cleaners and alteration place I have yet came across. Nune is excellent with alterations and gets everything done so quickly. Not only is she professional but very sweet as well. I am so glad to have such an amazing cleaners nearby. Parking is a trouble in that shopping center but that is why Nune had a parking saved just for her customers. I am so thankful for that and she makes sure to save it for her customers only, so we don't have to worry about the parking situation. It is kinda upsetting to see that others writing bad reviews because of the parking situation when they should be more than happy that she has that space saved for her customers. If you are a customer of the cleaners you shouldn't be complaining about the parking situation because she has that saved for you. I am sure if you are a customer of cleaners, she wouldn't ask you to move the parking space, If you are not a customer of the cleaners she will kindly ask you to park somewhere else.
