Time to find a new dry cleaner. Been a few times it's been affordable, but the last time I found one of my most expensive dresses sleeve completely damaged. Not only was it damaged, they didn't tell me it was damaged. And I got to find out it was damaged after taking it straight from the dry cleaners to my suitcase and discovered on my honeymoon. Mistakes happen but just sneaking this irreversible damage into my dry clean pick up and charging me for expected cleaning. Infuriating. Devastated. read more

I took my dress here because of the reviews that said "same-day service". I got there around 10am and was not greeted(should've taken that as a sign). I asked if my dress could be ready by 3 PM before leaving it there( I just needed it taken in a bit) and he assured me it would be ready before 3. I got there at 3:20pm and my dress was under a pile of clothes, it hadn't even been touched!!! He asked me to give him 30 minutes because he "forgot", so I left with my dress just how I took it! It seems like they have their own clientele and their own people to cater to. I would not recommend them nor would I go back here. read more

This place is very affordable, however the quality does not suffer for price. We take here our weekly dry cleaning and they are always come out good quality. We come here from Pasadena, since no place in Pasadena can match that quality with that price. We take our alteration only here too, and must confess that the quality work they do is compatible with high-end Beverly Hills tailoring. Even complicated staff is done very clean and precise, i.e. we have taken some of my husbands expensive designer suits for alteration - these people have real sense how things needs to be done.
