Every single small washing machine is taped off/out of order, and has been for several years now. The majority of the largest machines are also consistently out of order, including the only ones that accept the "Laundry Boss" app for card pay (which is also frequently offline/not working with no warning). So many dryers are also out of order, which is especially tricky when a big section of the laundromat is roped off for their Fluff and Fold Service. May the odds be ever in your favor if you come with a lot of laundry to do here. If you own this place, your neighbors beg you to do more to help this place function...especially after losing the laundromat off Sunset/Fountain.

The most recent time I went, I needed to catch up on some work while my laundry was ongoing, and the internet connection was super fast and reliable. There's also a lot of space to fold, which I really appreciate. My only note is that I tried to purchase laundry detergent through the vending machine, and it said there was none available even though I could clearly see it was fully stocked. Also, be aware that there will be a hold on your card for every machine you use. I also love the location because being close to some food spots and Trader Joe's means I can grab snacks while I wait. Overall, it's a really convenient and well-maintained laundromat which has made me look forward to something that I usually found tedious.

I brought it back in as they said they could try and fix it and came back a week later to pick it up. They then tried to charge me again to clean up their mess and took no responsibility and just said "you asked us to try and clean it and we did" I always dealt with their attitude since it's around the corner from my place but the main girl sucks and so does the tailor.
