I found Hye Cleaners on google, and was so happy I did. I brought 6 pieces of very expensive, delicate clothing, and they were all treated with the most amazing care. They fixed my vintage Givenchy jacket with tearing and one of my white blazers was in such a rough spot with stains I almost threw it out, but they were able to save it and make it look brand new! I will never go to another dry cleaners. Thank you! read more

Three weeks ago I was on the hunt for a place that does "expert" alterations. After reading many reviews in the Burbank/Glendale area I finally chose Hye cleaners. I liked that they specialize in alterations for formal wear aside from all the other services they have. I met with Aram the owner and he was just awesome. So nice and helpful. Rima, (I think that's her name) is the seamstress and she did such an amazing job with my dress. I was worried because there are beads with such delicate material. Again, fantastic job! highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back read more

I Had some new jeans tailored with the original hems. It cost $25, and was expertly sewn.

Affordable prices and above and beyond customer service experience! Will recommend to others especially if they need alterations!

This review is overdue, but omg i am soooo happy with the service i got at hye cleaners! the people at the front/phones are always the nicest and are super communicative. I came in to get a dress altered, and this was the second place that i have ever gone to where i have been 100% satisfied with the results! (the first place being where i got my wedding dress altered.) I will definitely be coming back here with more of my clothes! :) read more

Completely got the animal smell out of several specialized pieces. So happy with their work, I will be returning again in the future!

I love this place. I had three pieces I needed altering and one piece for drying cleaning. Dry cleaning was about $12 for a cocktail jumpsuit -- pretty standard compared to other places. Alterations all together came out to be just under $70 -- which was very well-priced, especially considering the work needed. If I tried to get the same work done elsewhere, it would have been $100 minimum. Furthermore, the alterations were extremely well done; very precise and exactly to measurement. Definitely would recommend and will definitely go again for any other alternation needs. read more

Awesome cleaner. I called on a Tuesday afternoon to see about getting a suit cleaned for a wedding I had on Thursday. My time frame fell outside of their normal 48 hour turnaround but I explained what I needed and they were willing to get my suit taken care of a little early. Everything was ready on time and the suit looked great. Awesome service, reasonable price! read more

Pricey! Make sure you use the discount option here on Yelp. Also, cash only if your amount doesn't exceed ($10?). Overall, standard dry cleaners. Not bad. Will probably try a place closer to my house. read more

I have been going here for 2 years because they are the most detailed and reliable cleaner/tailoring service I have ever been to. Even when I moved out of the city, I still drive back here when I need some services. I've had very delicate tops handled expertly when they needed to be cleaned. I really like that they assess the clothing with you for "trouble spots" that need to especially be cleaned, and they mark them with special tape. I've had curtains tailored, as well as delicate jackets, skirts, etc. The attention to detail is fantastic!! Come here if you want your clothes taken care of, worry-free. read more

Service is about how a company handles their customer service both good and bad. Mistakes happen. However I have had better experience with some of the Bloomberg's ranked most hated companies than I have with Hye Cleaners. Back in Feb of 2014 I started a new career and purchased a new wardrobe. I was working at Disney at the time and decided to utilize their onsite Dry Cleaning service who sources their Dry Cleaning to Hye Cleaners. A couple of days later I went to go pickup my Clothes and I was informed that there was a fire. That all of my clothes were gone. But not to worry because I will be reimbursed through their insurance. A month went by and there was no insurance form that was provided. By the time I got the insurance form it was a template form off of some "ez form" website. No official business header, nothing. Months went by and Hye Cleaners refused to provide me with their insurance information. In June of last year I was provided finally with an adjusters name. This adjuster was responsive and helpful. He was quickly "pulled off the case" and another insurance adjuster from LIGMSI took over. They have some great reviews. http://www.yelp.com/biz/lig-insurance-company-glendale Since last June there have been repeated attempts on my behalf to contact him but still no response. This whole process has been really horrible. When I talk to Hye Cleaners I keep getting the same templated response about "Make sure to contact insurance" However no one responds. They have since informed me that they will contact their insurance company but now they are not receiving a response. tl;dr Overall horrible service. I would avoid like the plague. read more

Ok so this place is the definition of a family business. Everyone inside had a smile on and made my first dry cleaning experience a good one. I asked for them to do military crease stitching and without hesitation they accepted my request. 2 days later, excellent work and exactly what I needed. Prices were very reasonable! Just the fact that they were so hospitable is the reason I'll be going back for all my dry cleaning/alteration needs. read more

I had a party to be at Saturday night and I need my dress altered ASAP. I dropped it off right when they opened, and she had rebuilt it totally by 2:30pm that SAME DAY. I payed $50 for rush charges, but it was worth every penny. She did an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable. It's pretty much $12 to fix anything, jeans, shirts, etc. I haven't used their dry cleaning services, but I'm certainly going to always use them for any alterations I need. read more

Amazing service!! The owner Aram, really goes out of his way to get things done for you. I took in my husband dress shirt and pants for dry cleaning at 3 pm and desperately needed it for the next day. Literally called the next morning and said it's ready for pickup. Thank you so much! read more

Charming staff and good prices on dry cleaning, laundered items and alterations, at this point I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I have literally driven here several times straight from lunch / a meeting, where I had, as it turns out rather dramatically spilled various and sundry burrito elements onto my up until then clean dress shirts, to have them made clean again. The cleaners I go to after my yelping goes slightly awry. read more

My go to cleaners! Everyone is super friendly, and they do a great job cleaning my husbands shirts. He's super picky about the way his work shirts look and this place always does the best job ! read more

Great service, personal and kind. I bring my comforter and large decorative pillows here regularly. My go to!

Great place for great work! They did a very clean job on all alterations that I have taken to them.

1. My wine stains were completely gone. 2. They did alteration on my pants professionally. 3. I feel super comfortable and safe bringing my clothing here. 4. Their prices are great and affordable, honestly lower than average in glendale. 5. Great convenient parking and friendly staff with experience in clothing. 5 out of 5 cleaners on glenoaks blvd. read more

To say that they did a PHENOMENAL job would be an understatement! It was my first time using them and I typically do not trust dry cleaning places with some of my expensive pieces but I'm so glad that I did because my clothes look even better than the day I got them. Will only be using them from now on. They pick up/deliver to your home and the owner is very friendly and accomodating. Great job guys!!! read more

This is the best dry cleaners in Glendale! They have done last minute bridesmaid dress alterations, dry cleaning and alterations services for me - all have been amazing. I would recommend this cleaners to everyone. I finally found a family owned place that I can trust. Thank you Hye Cleaners! read more

They did a good job, when I went in to show what I wanted the person who actually does the tailoring was not in. So someone else like pinned my coat. I just wanted it taken in and hemmed. He told me it could probably be taken in like an inch and there would be a long seam, I said fine but he like mansplained that it's a coat, so it doesn't need to be "tight". Tight is not what I wanted I just wanted it to be a little more fitting it's rather large. I didn't need that, and what I want is what I want so like? I'm paying for it you know. I'm not an idiot. So I explained that I needed it pretty quick and I'm assuming that's why it was a bit more than what I was quoted when I had called a few weeks prior but having that info would have been nice. I explained that I had a flight so as early as it was ready if I could be called, that would be cool. He said 9:00am. I said yes, please. Day comes around, I'm scrambling and it's like 10:30, no one has called me. So I call and she says yeah it's ready. I get there, she was like idk not super nice so she rings me up, it's a bit more than I anticipated, fine it was done in a few days and I don't have time to ask. It was only hemmed, not taken in and there was no explanation about it. They did a fine job but I wouldn't go back nor refer anyone to them. read more

Honestly, I've been to many different dry cleaners over the years but never have I received the personal service I received here. The alterations I asked for came out perfect, and let me remind you, I'm a picky guy. Most places don't pay attention to the detail to make your jeans look original with original stitching and so on. Highly recommend this place. Give it a try... read more

Talk about your neighborhood cleaners! Its local with super easy parking. They do good work here guys.I'm talking about quality stuff here. The lady that does the alterations is amazinggg! She pays attention to the little detail stuff I like on my suits. The laundry service is awesome, nice crsip dry cleaning as well. I always like the cool little family businesses because of the treatment you get, these guys are def the prime example of a "one-on-one" relationship. They get an A+ in my book. I know they have a free pick up and delivery service too, which I honestly haven't taken advantage of (which I really should). Anyway, they're awesome... check them out. read more

Ashley is amazing!!! She seriously pulled off a miracle for me. I needed a dress altered on VERY short notice and everyone else I asked told me it wouldn't look right if I made the changes I wanted to make to it. Ashley was very confident and assured me she would have it done on time and that it would look great. She lined my dress so it was no longer see-through and shortened the straps just like I asked. The dress turned out perfect (I was literally jumping around in her store I was so happy). Not only that but she was really funny and nice and made me feel less stressed out about the whole thing. AMAZING service. Definitely going to her for all alterations from now on. read more

This place is fast, reasonably priced, and solves problems efficiently. I won't go anywhere else unless I absolutely must.

reasonably priced and good customer service. sorry to say i had a cpl issues with the shirts i brought in. they patched a hole in the one, which i was so grateful for bc its a linen material (and one of my favorite shirts). the patch of material, though, was just enough of a different color that i had to do my own patchwork on it (aka remove most of the differently colored material so it didnt look like a random block design). today, i just pulled out another one of the shirts i had drycleaned to find a few horrible creases on the collar. they weren't there when i brought the shirt in, ya know? read more

This place gave me such an Amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing of some top tier tailoring. I'm very particular when it comes to how clothes fits me. W/ that being said the owner was super helpful and his father did some amazing work on my Military Service Uniforms. He was easy to work w/ and understood exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. Price wise I got a steal and he still added a discount on top of it. Another tailor was charging me $90 for what I needed done and I ended up paying only $36 here. It was such a great job that I had to tip these guys on top of it. read more

My alterations and cloths that need special handling dont go anywhere else. This place is right on a main street, so its easy for me to drop in once a week to pickup/drop off my cloths.
