They were able to remove muddy dog paw prints from my husband's bespoke wool trousers, food residue from a silk scarf, unidentifiable yellow stains from a white cotton skirt, and most importantly, stains from a pair of silk pants that 3 other cleaners had attempted to clean but instead added more stains. I brought the silk pants in fully ready to come back to them as I'd left them and give up on ever wearing them again, so I was thrilled to find them like new except for a tiny barely noticeable dot. They did a fantastic job taking care of my clothes and the owner/manager and employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, too. I'll only be coming to this place for dry cleaning from now on.

When I picked it up, I didn't inspect it right away, but later I noticed multiple holes, especially around the neckline area. This damage was not there before (photos attached). I went back to show them, and the experience was immediately uncomfortable. The owner came out without introducing himself, avoided eye contact, and from the start kept insisting they didn't cause the damage. He showed me a video after the cleaning, but the turtleneck was folded in a way that didn't even show the damaged areas. What made things worse, he pointed out a dirty spot on the sleeve and tried to say I must have worn it like that. In reality, I hadn't even noticed that they returned the sweater to me still dirty, which just shows the lack of care in handling my item. Communication was difficult due to limited English, which made it very hard to have a clear conversation about resolving the issue. Lucy, the employee who originally inspected my item when I dropped it off, stood there agreeing with him and making it seem like I was the problem instead of helping resolve the situation. When I asked if they could at least repair the holes, he refused and shut the conversation down completely. At no point did they offer a solution or take any responsibility. Instead, I was made to feel like I was the problem, when my item was clearly damaged while in their care. Between the holes and the fact that it was returned dirty, it's clear this garment was not handled properly. I trusted them with a delicate piece and got it back in worse condition with no accountability. I would not bring anything here again.

We needed some stuff, so we placed a call in with our insurance and was told we can connect with the cleanser directly to pick a time for a pick up. Arranging for a time was super easy and we were able to get within a few days. We popped in last week pick up a few items we needed and they were very nice and helpful with locating our stuff. All of our things was handle with care, everything was cleaned and pressed nicely. We even got the chance to met the owner too, he was very compassionate about what we went thru and was very helpful. I'm sharing before-and-after photos because I still can't believe the results. My son is a postal carrier, and as many of you know, their uniforms are made from very thick fabric. I accidentally forgot to check his pockets before doing the laundry, and there was a pen inside one of his shirt pockets. The ink exploded during the wash and stained all of his uniform shirts. I tried everything I could to remove the stains myself, but nothing worked. I was convinced we'd have to replace all of his shirts, which would have cost us hundreds of dollars. As a last resort, I took them to Presto Cleaning located in Glendale. I honestly didn't think the stains could be removed, but Michael worked his magic and got every single stain out!
