I usually don't give bad reviews, however, this is a must for everyone to know that this place is horrible. They ruined my husband's two new sweaters, which he wore only one time. Both of them making small, ruining the material, also one of them has holes which they tried to cover. The sweaters were new almost $500 two of them and my husband wore them only once. Is it fair to ruin the sweaters and even don't give money back as they were new? I really never had this kind of bad experience with cleaners. On the sweaters it says Dry Cleaning and Hand Wash only. And they even didn't look that they just threw them to washing machine. Never bring clothes here if you don't want to pick them up ruined. Worst place ever. read more

The couple that runs this shop is always welcoming and greet me with a smile. They take great care of my clothes and they come out looking better than when I first bought them. I think their rates have increased a little (I feel like it used to be cheaper). But for the quality of their work and service, worth it and reasonable compared to other shops. I appreciate their integrity as well. I brought in an old second hand coat. When I returned, they ended up not cleaning it and showed me the existing damage and rips. They wanted me to be certain I really wanted them to clean it still. Thanks for consulting. There is typically a lot of parking in this plaza but it can be tricky getting in and out because it's narrow and on a busy corner. This is my go to place for all of my dry cleaning. read more

I work in the area and have been coming here for over a year. Friendly and quick service. I'm guessing the man is the owner because he's always there, regardless of what time I pick up my dry cleaning. He always greets when he sees me and then thanks me each time. It's always been in and out for me. I've never had any issues with my dry cleaning. I continue to use this place even though we have a mobile dry cleaning service at work. It's located in a small corner lot, and has plenty of parking for customers. I always find a spot in the designated parking area. read more

I wish I could give this business negative stars. Do yourself a favor and do not take your clothes to get dry cleaned here they will ruin them. I took my brand new jumpsuit to get dry cleaned because I got a tiny oil stain on the chest and when I picked it up it was completely ruined. They had pressed it and all the seems were discolored and shiny and there were streaks of lighter discoloration throughout the jumpsuit especially on the chest. I contacted the business and he (the business owner) told me to bring back the item I did and tried to explain to him my dissatisfaction and he proceeded to raise his voice at me disrespecting me and calling me a liar. He convinced me to leave the item and allow him to "fix" it for me, I reluctantly agreed. I went back for the second time to pick it up and the item was still damaged. He again proceed to raise his voice to the point that his wife had to step in and ask him to leave. She was very kind and listened to what I had to say but still told me that nothing was wrong with my item. I had repurchased the same item to show them side by side what it looked like before they ruined it and they refused to see the very clear difference.I asked them to compensate me for the item they ruined and they refused. They didn't even offer me a refund on the price of my dry cleaning. After going back and forth the husband returned and started yelling at me again and threw a $20 bill at me which I refused to take because the way he treated me was disgusting and disrespectful. I've never been so disrespected and mistreated by a business owner before. His solution was for me to sue him. That's what he said "go ahead and sue me, stop talking and get out." As if ruining my jumpsuit wasn't enough the verbal abuse was the cherry on top. read more

I really really like this place. They immediately exude care for you and your clothes. The lady makes a point to remember clients' names. They are affordable and comparable. Love that they are open 7 days a week, and that they offer alteration service. They have designated parking, only few spots, but I never had a problem parking. They did hemming for pants for me, and it came out better than the original work. The place is pretty large, and they accept credit cards too. So definitely use them! read more

What's worse than getting a jacket ruined by the cleaners? Getting credit so that they can ruin more of your stuff. Arggg! I had a black down jacket with fur around the hood. I specifically told the manager to be careful when cleaning this item. The fur has a tendency to burn, so take steps to cover it up. When I picked it up, the fur had clearly been burned by the dryer (it looked like matted cat fur). I told him that he ruined my jacket. He promised to fix it and to come back later in the week. I came back to the same old matted fur jacket. I told him to fix it or else pay for the item. Came back a week later, still ruined. I argued with him that he needs to reimburse me for this jacket. He disagrees. I couldn't get him to give me cash and I'm insane to have accepted credit for this place. Now I'm out of a jacket and he only gave me $50 credit for the jacket. Do you know of a down jacket that costs $50? He should've given me cash for it. jerk. read more

So I want to start off by saying the lady who helped me was very friendly. Her friendly demeanor is the only reason I want to give this place 2 stars What attracted me to this dry cleaners was the good reviews, the low cost dollar sign on Yelp, and the 20% off offer on Yelp. Price wise, I was very surprised by how expensive my order was. I've been to a couple dry cleaners in the area and this was not cheap by any means. So I felt a little misled by the Yelp suggestion. However, because I had that 20% discount, I felt better about my decision to come here...I was wrong The establishment said they do not honor the 20% off posted on Yelp. The lady told me that Yelp posted that offer and they had nothing to do with it. She also told me they have called Yelp to take it down but for some reason Yelp said they couldn't do it. For the inconvenience, she told me she would take 10% off my bill. My then 50 dollar and some change bill whittled down to $49.66. It didn't make any sense, but all I know is I'm going to cut my losses with them. read more

The cleaning store is great. I have been going here more then 5 years. its located in a small shopping center on the corner of pacific and glenwood. Parking is terrific. They have there own reserved spots right infront of the store. Everytime i walk in I'm greated with a smile eather from Sun Or Gun.(they are the owners who are husband and wife) They always have my clothes nice and clean in two days. There are times i take my clothes in and they have it ready the following day because i tell them its an emergency. There has been times they pick up and drop off my clothes. I used to like a block away and it was convenient but now i live in Burbank i still go out of my way and go there. And if i cant like i said they pick it and drop off with minimum of $30. There has also been times when i just purchased new dress shirts and i needed it steamed and they did it for me for free of charge. They really know how to take care of there customers. Prices are really great here. I usually get my clothes dry clean or wet cleaning. The previous places i went they never kept me satisfied. I have mixed feelings about this spot. They've been doing a good job on my clothes for many years. One time though, about 5 years back, they ruined a piece of my clothing. It was fixable, which was great. But, they failed to tell me that they had damaged it. I had to find out when I got home and was taking out the garment to get dressed to go out that night. Needless to say I was a bit ticked off. They eventually apologized and refunded the money for the service.... but, it took some effort on my behalf. Best dry cleaners I've ever been to. I have been going here for years. I bring everything from dry clean only Armani Exchange shorts to Prada fur jackets and they always to an amazing job.
