Long time cleaners that I've been happy with every time. Great quality work, friendly staff.

This is my friendly neighborhood cleaners. I have been going here for about 10 years. They are prompt, reliable, and do a great job on my work shirts, suits, coats, and pants. Eric will take care of you! Highly recommend! read more

This is definitely one of those dry cleaning places that have been around for so long, ever since I was younger. We've been coming here for years and they also do tailoring here! Whenever I'm part of a wedding as a bridesmaid I always need my dress tailored and gosh! The little lady always does such a great job! The dry cleaning prices are pretty standard like any dry cleaning place. If you need an item sooner you can always call to ask if they can expedite it. We will always continue to support this small business because they are part of our community. Here's to more dry cleaning and tailoring as needed with them! read more

Great business ! I'll always do my best to support these types of businesses. Respectful, professional, and efficient. Thank you!

Great cleaners. Reasonable, efficient and gracious. I've been coming here for 10 years and they always do an excellent job whether it's laundering, dry cleaning, repairs or alterations! read more

Service was horrible! Took in one jacket and he told me it would take 4 days to dry clean. Very rude. Was not the usual guy that's there. Never seen this guy before and he was so rude. Lost a customer. And when I told him, he said he doesn't care read more

Wow. I took my laundry here for fluff n fold when my washer was broken and, although the clothes were clean, they were folded really badly. The tee-shirts were folded lengthwise in the middle. Who does that? Who wants a vertical crease in the middle of their torso? So then our washer was fixed but we decided to try them for our sheets, because it would be so nice to have someone else fold them, and HOW BAD COULD IT BE? THEY'RE RECTANGLES! TERRIBLE. Every sheet and pillow case was wrinkled and looked like it had been either folded by a four-year-old or a blind grandmother and stuffed in a plastic bag. Over 40 bucks and I thought my husband was carrying a bag of trash into the house. What an absolute ripoff. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Always on time and friendly staffs. Completely satisfied with dry cleaning work and highly recommended read more

I brought in 4 Jackets with Patches to be sewn on. Every one was handled with care. I will return with more clothes

I live less than a mile away from this place and after seeing it was Yelped at 5-stars, I figured to give it a try. Dry-cleaning: $6 or $7 per blazer dry-cleaned and $15 for a long raincoat. These are fairly good prices, and they did a good job. That's not why I'm giving this place an "Eek! Methinks not." 99.99% sure...no 100% positive, that they just bagged and plain and simple DID NOT DRYCLEAN my ElieTahari blazer. Perhaps because it's a satin/sleek material, they didn't know how to approach it? Or perhaps they forgot? I'm not sure how this mis-step occurred. My other blazer and long coat were obviously dry-cleaned, and well at that. How am I so certain one of my blazers was not actually tended to? C'mon..we all know when something you've worn several times and is in dire need of a good cleaning hasn't been cleaned..from the look of it, the feel, the smell, and not to mention the very obviously soiled areas that had some spillage spots.....still very much there! On my way out, I checked this particular blazer by an area I knew a spillage spot had been, and much to my surprise, spillage spot still there. I walked back to Palm Cleaners to ask about it. She very kindly told me that spots like that just don't come out...for anyone. I asked, "Even if I take it home and scrub it myself...it won't come out?" She assured me no, it won't. I believed her. But upon going home and further examining this piece outside the bag in the light, it was just as dirty as I had left it. Don't get me wrong, the woman who worked there was incredibly kind, my other 2 pieces were cleaned well for a fairly good price. It is, however, quite upsetting when they had my clothing for 5 or 6 full days and I get it back with only 2 of the 3 items actually dry-cleaned, when I paid for all 3. That's just not right. Bottom line: Don't come here for dry-cleaning if the something you want to have cleaned is made of a material that is arguably difficult to clean (i.e. anything satiny), I suppose. read more

This place is AWESOME! Julie, the owner is super nice and always has my clothes ready when it's promised. Great service, fair prices!! read more

This place is a rip Off! They messed up all my clothes, faded them and got small. All of them, they don't dry clean!! They sat they do, they don't . I've been taking my clothes to places , many places and this place messes up my cloths! I went in there screaming and yelling at them because I was so up set! Stop cheating your custumer's man!!!! read more

This place used to be one of the best and my go to cleaners but as of this year I don't know what has changed if maybe the ownership or what but it has ruined their quality work. They have ruined so many pieces of expensive clothing. The owner is a liar who claims you bring damaged clothing and never takes the blame for ruining your clothes. She's so unprofessional and rude. I have stopped going and will never ever return. read more

Good service. Fair price and convenient location. Plus a 2 for 1 blanket special is December!?!!? How can you beat that?

I came here for wedding dress alterations, and I gotta say, the whole process was excellent and affordable! I tried the dress on to show the owner what I wanted altered, and she immediately noticed that the dress needed to be taken in on both sides. I came back a few days later and the dress looked much better on, but when I tried to take the dress off, the zipper stuck! This wasn't the fault of the owner, but the dress maker! The owner lady had to practically cut me out of the dress and said the zipper needed to be repaired. She ended up putting in a new zipper and hiding it, all for no extra cost. How awesome is that? Overall, a great experience! read more

Been coming here since I was in HS! Maybe that's why they still have my maiden name in their system! It may be a bit inconvenient with no parking lot but they know what they are doing! Not like some places where they add so much chemicals that your clothes stink! Reasonably priced & tech savvy w/ their computerized system. They also do alterations, esp for jeans! read more

I take my husband's shirts here for drycleaning and I haven't been disappointed yet. Soon, the lady at the counter is very pleasant. She is always smiling and always professional. The owner also is very nice. She is courteous and also professional. I always get the shirts on the day they promise but sometimes I even get it a day earlier and it's ready. I love this place!!! read more

I have been going here for few months and we had few incidence, I took my husbands pants in and went to pick it up and they couldn't find it till a week later. I took in my dress and it had few spots of Choclate marks from my kids. Went to pick it up and all the same stains where there. I like there customer service however there cleaning and miss placing my items are not what I was looking for in a cleaner. Will never go back. read more

Took a pair of jeans in to get hemmed and the lady messed up one leg, I had to take them back and although she fixed it the second time around it was a hassle and a waste of time. I've experienced way better.. read more

Love this place! Always friendly, quick turn around and does a great job with alterations. Glad that it's in my neighborhood :)

No customer service at all. Unreasonable prices and unreasonable time delay. Very disappointed

Friendly, fast service. My clothes looked great. I will definitely be a frequent customer here from now on as it is convenient and has reasonable prices. read more

I normally don't write bad reviews but please beware of this place. They DO NOT dry clean your clothes. We took my husbands clothes in about 12 ted baker shirts, all of the shirts had not only been shrunk but the colors were COMPLETELY faded. All of the clothes that were a dark color wear all faded and it was obvious that they had just thrown it into the washing machine anyone that has every done laundry in their life could clearly notice it. This is not an honest business what so ever I'm writing this review so that anyone else out there doesn't get their clothes ruined by this business read more

This is the best dry cleaners in the area. Their prices are great and they always have my clothes ready in time. They have sewn on missing buttons and sewn up holes in my suit pants more than once without even telling me, which I thought was so sweet and genius, because it made me a loyal customer. Great job! read more

Prices are good. They tailor too! I've had some expensive jeans tailored here. They fit you and do a good job with the dry cleaning.
