Location is great because it's just few blocks away from me. Parked on the side,walked in,the lady took my info and I'm gone. She was that fast but friendly. I redeemed my stuff and paid $40+ for 2 gowns, a dress and a blazer. I guess that was ok. I was a happy customer. read more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! I've been going to this dry cleaner for 3 years. Never been impressed with their drycleaning but I wanted to support a local business and I liked the owners -- the wife, anyway, who is lovely. But they just returned a pair of pants to me with a spot still in it. When I returned it, the husband refused to take it and even said he'd charge me again for it! I asked politely if he's ready to lose a steady customer over this and he said YES. (I come in every week and spend about $150 a month on drycleaning for 3 years.) So I never thought they were good - clothes never came back crisp and clean like my old dry cleaner when I lived in Atwater Village - but I tried to support them anyway. NO MORE!! read more

Positive: I've been using this cleaners for about 10 years for an array of clothing needs. From tailoring, dry cleaning, etc. They are good for basic cleaning. Took my 11 year olds rain coat in and they were able to get it looking pretty good after my daughter appealingly drug it they a mud run (lol). NEGATIVE: UNFORTUNATELY, my run with this cleaners has come to an end. That same rain coat I took in to be cleaned cost $20 to clean and I was a bit put off, wait ALOT-A_BIT out off when the owners wife asked me to pay in advance. That's unheard of when I've given them so much business over such a long period of time. NEVER GOING BACK THERE, sorry. That's not good service. She told me the reason was because people leave clothes there. Sorry, that's the risk a cleaners takes. That fear shouldn't be put on the backs of good customers. I finally found a place that's super convenient and a place where I can trust. I had over 8 dresses and 2 dressy coats with stains that other places had hard time taking out and fortunately for me, this place was able to make it spotless! The woman who helped me out was super friendly and actually advised me on the type of service I needed for each dress based on the beading and materials. Nice people, great service, and open Saturdays. I took a shirt with a missing button, pointed it out to the gentleman, and he said they'd take care of it. When I got my shirt back, the button was replaced with the spare button (on the inside bottom), and I wasn't charged extra. They'll always get my business for this reason alone. read more

Location of this dry cleaners is very convenient for me. There prices are also very competitive. I paid $10 to dry clean a suit. (Pants and jacket) I believe it is a family ran operation which is always a good sign. The lady who works at the front is also very friendly and nice. It literally takes less then 60 seconds to drop off my clothes. (I park right in front of the store in the red since it never takes long) My clothes have always been ready within two days. I believe they do in house washing and dry cleaning. Probably explains why there prices are so much cheaper then everyone else. I've never had to take my clothes back, they get the job done right the first time. read more

I picked up my suit, when I wore it I noticed it had double lines on it (iron lines). I took it back, the lady accused me of ironing it myself at home! Why would I iron it when I had just picked it up from them???? Make matters worse, she never apologized - instead tried to place the blame on me!!! This is a great location but don't bother with this establishment. Husband & Wife run this place. The wife is ok but watch out for the husband. He is rude, condescending and has no patience with his customers. Why be in business servicing the public if you don't know how to treat your customers Mr. Owner. We had been going there for quite sometime and in one visit your bedside manners ruined everything. You were extremely impatient, didn't care to listen or respond to our questions about cleaning a particular item & ultimately handed the item back to us & said you weren't going to help us. You yelled at us & got downright mad because you were being challenged. This whole confrontation was taking place while other customers looked on. You didn't care who heard anything and had no regard for your childish behavior. Will we go back there? Absolutely not!!!!!
