This business is the best when it comes to providing professional customer service and genuinely caring about their customers. Every single time I needed help from them they have delivered whether it is alterations or dry cleaning. Thank you guys so much for always taking care of me during important occasions. read more

Location is great because it's just few blocks away from me. Parked on the side, walked in,the lady took my info and I'm gone. She was that fast but friendly. I redeemed my stuff and paid $40+ for 2 gowns, a dress and a blazer. I guess that was ok. I was a happy customer. read more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! I've been going to this dry cleaner for 3 years. Never been impressed with their drycleaning but I wanted to support a local business and I liked the owners -- the wife, anyway, who is lovely. But they just returned a pair of pants to me with a spot still in it. When I returned it, the husband refused to take it and even said he'd charge me again for it! I asked politely if he's ready to lose a steady customer over this and he said YES. (I come in every week and spend about $150 a month on drycleaning for 3 years.) So I never thought they were good - clothes never came back crisp and clean like my old dry cleaner when I lived in Atwater Village - but I tried to support them anyway. NO MORE!! read more

Have been a customer for some time, pre pandemic, and am very happy they are back! They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Fabulous and honest service. Highly recommend. Location is so convenient. My clothes come back looking brand new. If you have a stain and they tell you it's unlikely to go away... trust them. read more

I really love this cleaners; I enjoy the excellent service and nice people, They're fast, and everything comes out exceptionally clean and beautiful. read more

The owner will make you never go back there again!!!!!!! Extremely rude man, cussed me out and told me to get out of his face when questioned how he runs his business ruining articles of clothing that people clearly do not know how to treat themselves or know how to properly handle. Is that not the whole point of this? The pathetic response besides cursing at me in both armenian and english was that he has 0 care if I or anyone else returns to his business as he does believes that America is wrong about "Customers First" and his approach is the way to go. keep doing what you're doing buddy it's going to get your business into more problems than you expected. THIS IS NOT ARMENIA. read more

Fast friendly service. The owners do a great job in keeping my creases for my uniforms. I highly recommend this cleaners.

Fast, friendly, reliable service! I've tried most local cleaners and none compare. I've used their dry cleaning, laundry and alterations services and they've exceeded my expectations. Prices are unbelievable too so there's absolutely no reason I'd go anywhere else. read more

Positive: I've been using this cleaners for about 10 years for an array of clothing needs. From tailoring, dry cleaning, etc. They are good for basic cleaning. Took my 11 year olds rain coat in and they were able to get it looking pretty good after my daughter appealingly drug it they a mud run (lol). NEGATIVE: UNFORTUNATELY, my run with this cleaners has come to an end. That same rain coat I took in to be cleaned cost $20 to clean and I was a bit put off, wait ALOT-A_BIT out off when the owners wife asked me to pay in advance. That's unheard of when I've given them so much business over such a long period of time. NEVER GOING BACK THERE, sorry. That's not good service. She told me the reason was because people leave clothes there. Sorry, that's the risk a cleaners takes. That fear shouldn't be put on the backs of good customers. ADVICE: These owners need to understand that there are too many other cleaners out there in competition. read more

I finally found a place that's super convenient and a place where I can trust. I had over 8 dresses and 2 dressy coats with stains that other places had hard time taking out and fortunately for me, this place was able to make it spotless! The woman who helped me out was super friendly and actually advised me on the type of service I needed for each dress based on the beading and materials. Also I took it all in on a Thursday and everything was ready first thing on Monday. Very fast service and clean job! read more

Top notch tailoring service! Seriously! It's like I have a new wardrobe now. I refused to throw out those few outfits at the back of my closet that never really fit quite right and instead I took them to the owner Anna. She's got a good eye and fashion sense for how things are supposed to fit or how they would fit you best. I highly recommend Hi-Tek for all your dry cleaning needs. read more

I don't take my clothes for alterations or to be dry cleaned anywhere else but here! the owners are an absolute charm to be around, and they do an amazing job. Nice people, great service, and open Saturdays. I took a shirt with a missing button, pointed it out to the gentleman, and he said they'd take care of it. When I got my shirt back, the button was replaced with the spare button (on the inside bottom), and I wasn't charged extra. They'll always get my business for this reason alone. read more

Location of this dry cleaners is very convenient for me. There prices are also very competitive. I paid $10 to dry clean a suit. (Pants and jacket) I believe it is a family ran operation which is always a good sign. The lady who works at the front is also very friendly and nice. It literally takes less then 60 seconds to drop off my clothes. (I park right in front of the store in the red since it never takes long) My clothes have always been ready within two days. I believe they do in house washing and dry cleaning. Probably explains why there prices are so much cheaper then everyone else. I've never had to take my clothes back, they get the job done right the first time. read more

Nice folks but failed to tell me they had burned through the underside of my shirt collar. I didn't find it until I put on the shirt about a month later. Way too late to complain . Not to be trusted !!!! read more

Excellent service clothes always come out clean and fresh. Friendly staff with good pricing.

Excellent customer service and great prices. Anna is very friendly and treats me like a friend not just a customer. Just like most of us, I always end up taking my clothes a few days before I need them and they always accommodate me and with a smile. read more

I picked up my suit, when I wore it I noticed it had double lines on it (iron lines). I took it back, the lady accused me of ironing it myself at home! Why would I iron it when I had just picked it up from them???? Make matters worse, she never apologized - instead tried to place the blame on me!!! She is extremely rude and they are known for making errors - hence their defensive attitude towards it!!! read more

Never had a problem. Great job, on time, and a lot less than other local cleaners. Hard to find a good one, and they are it!. read more

I took my cashmere sweaters and they shrank all 3 sweaters. I used this cleaner for convenience but won't be using them again.

This is a great location but don't bother with this establishment. Husband & Wife run this place. The wife is ok but watch out for the husband. He is rude, condescending and has no patience with his customers. Why be in business servicing the public if you don't know how to treat your customers Mr. Owner. We had been going there for quite sometime and in one visit your bedside manners ruined everything. You were extremely impatient, didn't care to listen or respond to our questions about cleaning a particular item & ultimately handed the item back to us & said you weren't going to help us. You yelled at us & got downright mad because you were being challenged. This whole confrontation was taking place while other customers looked on. You didn't care who heard anything and had no regard for your childish behavior. Will we go back there? Absolutely not!!!!! Listen to me POTENTIAL customers.....don't do business with this place. read more

amazing cleaners, but do yourself a favor do not take anything for alteration. my dress was ruined once before, but went back since love their service, got ruined twice and guess what i had to pay double to get it fixed somewhere else a day before my event. and yes they asked for the money for hemming the dress. read more
