They damaged three of my sweaters, two of which were very expensive, and then called me to yell and claim I dropped them off that way, which is absolutely not true. Instead of handling it professionally, the owner, Zach, was defensive and unprofessional. For reference, we spoke with Milt & Eddie's and they explained that if an item looks damaged before cleaning, the operator should call the customer before starting. That's basic professionalism. If you want your clothes treated with care and honesty, I'd recommend going somewhere else, like Milt & Eddie's.

The dry cleaning is always delivered on time. Broken buttons, missing collar stays? No issue and often Silvi will do it for no cost for regular customers. She practically does everything there from tailoring to fixing rips in expense jackets. She left my Northface looking like new after a nastily tear. Couldn't find the rip! I brought in my bridal veil, gloves, and wedding dresses for cleaning and preservation, and everything came back looking brand new. Susie was incredibly friendly and sweet, and communication was excellent throughout the process. She even texted me when everything was ready and store hours, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time was about a week, which felt very reasonable. You can tell they really specialize in bridal items and treat them with a lot of care and attention to detail.
