For reference, we spoke with Milt & Eddie's and they explained that if an item looks damaged before cleaning, the operator should call the customer before starting. That's basic professionalism. Susie was incredibly friendly and sweet, and communication was excellent throughout the process. She even texted me when everything was ready and store hours, which I really appreciated.
